To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the League Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去赤柱行逛,少不免到美利樓看一下。記得之前二樓有一間德國餐廳和一間西班牙餐廳,今次去到西班牙餐廳已變為H&M(很久沒去赤柱了!)看樓下的海鮮餐廳,餐牌的價錢比較貴,所以決定今次去德國餐廳吃鹹豬手。過往去這間餐廳,因為同伴怕肥,也沒有叫過德國鹹豬手,今次的朋友很堅決的說兩個人食一個豬手,所以就點了這個set lunch。餐牌大部份的價錢都是過$200.1人,而德國豬手是$375(未加一)可以兩個人用,還包括自助沙律吧、餐茶和甜品,所以算是抵食。如果只是吃沙律吧,一個人都要$155了。沙律亦新鮮,特別是麵包,德國麵包非常有名,橢圓形的那個麵包內找不到提子,卻有提子乾的味道,忍不住吃了兩個。看到大部份其他的客人都是點這一個鹹豬手餐,應該不賴。豬手上來,嘩!啲皮吹到冇朋友!真的超正!豬手肉也不會過鹹,味道非常好,還有脆薯角,又脆又惹味,這個餐非常滿足!甜品則是按供應,之前看到其他枱的客人吃的是蛋糕,而我這個則是木糠忌廉,後來看到其他的是藍莓芒果布甸。 continue reading

第一次嚟赤柱,估唔到唔係早上嚟而係晚上嚟,其實一直都想嚟呢邊參觀吓今次終於有機會,不過嚟到都已經好夜係晚上9點左右了,時間有限所以好快就揀咗美利樓嘅依間 2樓嘅打卡西餐廳因為時間真係有啲夜,我地9點先入座所以餐廳幾乎已經冇咩食客啦~ 我哋揀咗坐出面,因為可以睇風景出面剩返三四枱客人, 侍應好好招呼非常有禮貌即刻為我哋遞上餐牌亦都提示我哋如果叫甜品嘅話,就盡快,因為廚房嗰邊,甜品九點就收好貼心呀,d侍應笑容又親切我哋冇嗌到甜品,直接嗌主食我叫咗呢個飯,唔記得咗叫做咩名堂了一上枱真係嚇親囉,冇諗過會咁大碟因為 我一個人食唔到咁大份....佢啲料真係好足, 而且亦都好新鮮因為佢啱啱整出嚟,所以熱辣辣即刻食真係一流囉啲飯炒得粒粒分明,顏色好靚啲味道好特別,食落去有啲酸酸地好似食緊泰國菜冬陰功之類嘅味道咁啦~呢個美國肉眼扒 亦都好有驚喜超級大碟呀! 我哋叫咗七成熟佢就真係七成熟,唔會話好似有d餐廳咁煮到太生亦唔會話熟到切唔開而且佢啲味道, 雖然煎得有少少燶燶地但係我自己覺得燶得嚟,食落去又有啲香口好鍾意嗰陣帶有d燒焦燶味嘅牛扒哈哈哈佢啲肉真係啱啱好,唔會話好韌食落去亦都好嫩口, 好易就切得開所以我哋切成一塊一塊, 兩份分嚟食真係滿足曬我呢啲食肉獸,啖啖肉好滿足!檸檬茶就正正常常啦,不過好鬼大杯 我覺得好似飲極都飲唔曬咁成餐飯食完杯檸檬茶都未飲曬,哈哈而且餐廳好貼心, 糖漿係另開上有得畀你自己倒落去, 可以揀甜度最後因為唔夠飽,所以叫多咗個 小食我哋嗌咗,炸薯條配雞翼估唔到份量都幾多下,好似有成6,7隻雞翼而且有兩款味道嘅醬料可以點我哋覺得上面黃色嗰碟醬好食啲因為係啱啱炸出嚟,所以好鬼熱呀~食落去有一種好熱氣嘅感覺囉所以啲薯條真係超級脆卜卜,勁香口我覺得都ok,唔會話係成口粉嘅嗰種薯條啲雞翼就最好味,外酥脆內軟,肉好嫩滑好開出面嘅脆皮,入面啲肉汁流出嚟呢個小食真係好滿意,亦都好有驚喜!食埋真係飽到上心口,睇到海景之餘一邊吹風一邊傾計,咁啱見到下面又有人拍戲 真係覺得好relax,坐喺度食野心情都好啲 continue reading

放假去赤柱行吓,喺美利樓有呢間咁特別嘅餐廳,係德國主題,最出名嘅就係鹹豬手,係必試!份量非常之大,兩個人都未食得晒,炸得非常之香口,稍嫌乾咗少少,食得太多會有少少濟嘅,加少少酸菜或者茄汁中和下~另外叫咗個豬扒長通粉,雖然大家都係豬,但係一啲都唔膩,口感非常之唔同,呢個係梅頭扒,滑得來有咬口👍🏻餐廳環境都十分之有氣氛,如果係聖誕嚟一定好浪漫呀,而且坐戶外嘅話係可以睇到海景㗎👍🏻飲吓嘢傾吓計好正呀! continue reading

疫情持續, 好耐冇一家人出外了。趁生日, 相約家人一齊去赤柱逛逛。去到赤柱已經係午飯時間, 個肚打晒鼓, 即刻去搵食。行到美利樓, 阿妹話不如去返5 年前影完婚紗相後去食果間餐廳回味下。去到, 餐廳仲健在喎, 咁就GOGOGO 啦! 餐廳有室外同室內座位, 因為去果時係9 月, 仲係好熱, 於是我哋二話不說揀咗坐室內。餐廳周末可以揀BUFFET 同散叫, 當時限聚令, 仲係2 人一枱, 我哋分開咗3 枱嚟坐。我哋安排咗父母食自助餐, 而我哋後生O既就散叫。脆皮燒豬肘配朘酸椰菜及菠菜釀薯皮 - 呢個咸豬手, 份量十足。餐廳職員幫我哋切開咗先上。首先要講下D 肉, 好淋好入味, 皮脆而不肥, 一咬落去就發出"咯咯" 聲. 好正! 由於只係2 個人食, 所以都算好大份下, 好飽肚。雖然夾埋D 酸菜食可以中和返D, 但係都有D漏。建議呢個3-4 人分享會好D。德式芝士麵糰配青露筍 - 呢個一食落口, 一個字: 好咸呀! 係好濃芝士味, 但係同時間好咸! 感覺食完係會面腫, 可能配啤酒食會好D!!! 不得不提呢個凍檸茶, 本來想叫一杯, 但職員問我哋要唔要加大, 價錢差十幾蚊, 但份量差一倍。於是我哋叫左一杯大, 兩個人SHARE! 抵!  continue reading
