To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐廳分室內同室外,室外環境真係一流,座位可以望到赤柱海景同卜公碼頭,用餐當日聖誕節,所以除左圍欄有聖誕裝飾之外,每張枱仲要有啲聖誕發光棒/玩具比食客,加上應該冬天同埋聖誕既關係,室外既枱都加左火爐喺座位旁邊,暖得黎仲好好氣氛。食物方面,款式都好豐富,龍蝦(每人限半邊)、火雞、德國豬手配酸椰菜、德國腸、烤羊架、烤牛肉、燒蠔、燒扇貝、螺、青口、白灼蝦、燒菠蘿、螺絲粉、雞翼、咖哩角、春卷……仲有其他冷盤、熱盤等。甜品方面,有芝士蛋糕、朱古力蛋糕、冬甩、木糠布甸、慕絲、焦糖燉蛋、Dreyers 雪糕等等。食物最出色都係佢招牌既德國豬手配酸菜,食完會再encore,外皮夠脆,肉質充滿鹹香,配搭埋酸椰菜一齊食,食多啲都唔會太膩。聖誕最特別係有火雞食,佢係原隻火雞焗,再喺你面前切片,不過火雞肉唔算嫩滑,都係意思意思,應下節。食物整體黎講唔算出色,因為天氣凍,食物唔係好keep到熱度。另外,侍應人手亦都唔係好夠,好多時候都唔係即時處理到食客要求。自助晚餐 $824 per 2(加咗$30 升級無限量添飲汽水、果汁、茶、咖啡)

一直都好中意食德國🇩🇪豬手 終於同friend發掘咗間喺赤柱開嘅德國餐廳 餐廳名叫 king Ludwig Beerhall 赤柱分店 佢環境十分安靜 可能去既時候係下午茶時段 佢有露台可以坐出去望到海景 不過當日天氣比較熱 所以就坐室內 叫左👉🏻德國豬手 ($290)💓💓💓💓💓 👉🏻德式芝士麵團配辣肉腸豬牛丸 ($180)💓💓💓 👉🏻芒果大蝦沙律 ($115)💓💓💓💓五個心心最高分 先講吓德國豬手,呢間德國豬手外脆內軟,唔知其他餐廳食過嘅豬手裡面咁乾身。咁啱當日去到個豬手新鮮熱辣辣出爐,所以食落個口感真係非常唔錯。我覺得呢個係性價比當中最高,因為佢一隻豬手兩個人食都好足夠夠大隻👍🏻而德式芝士麵團配辣肉腸豬牛丸,雖然佢芝士味都好濃同埋配上辣肉腸同豬牛丸都非常之夾,豬牛丸都好Juice 但食到最後可能有啲漏冇食晒😵💫😂不過整體嚟講佢性價比就冇豬手咁高。👉🏻芒果大蝦沙律呢道菜配合埋上面嗰兩道菜,簡直就係畫龍點睛。佢解決晒豬手同埋芝士麵團呢兩道菜既太漏,加上佢酸酸甜甜既芒果配合酸酸meimei既大蝦真係好開胃,可以大食一餐都冇問題🤓不過之前去已經係早幾年前,唔知價錢餐牌有冇變動。所以只供參考。🫶🏻🫶🏻 帝樂 - 德國餐廳 (美利樓) (赤柱)地址 : 赤柱美利樓2樓202號舖

有一日特登嚟到赤柱行吓散吓心,行完市集之後已經係夜晚,就要搵餐廳食晚飯。一路都見過呢間德國餐廳評價好好,所以就決定試吓。餐廳提供室內同埋室外嘅座位,喺室外坐嘅話就可以享受到赤柱嘅靚靚海景,而餐廳嘅位置一流,可以邊享受赤柱嘅海風,一路食住晚餐。我哋選擇咗德國豬手,外皮焗到超級香脆,大大嚿又多肉,食到好滿足。我哋又再嗌咗芝士麵團配豬牛肉丸,係好有特色嘅德國菜式,值得一試。餐廳職員亦十分友善,服務質素好好。

平日去赤柱食午餐幾好,風和日麗唔多人,上年仲未除口罩食過一次,覺得豬手幾好食,每個set lunch 都會有沙津吧、飲品&甜品。1. 脆皮燒豬手配酸椰菜及薯條:烤得好脆,肉質唔會乾,仍然有肉汁,份量5個人剛剛食得曬,都好大隻,上一次3個人就食唔曬。2. 厚切美國西冷牛肉配薯菜(7色熟):切開一件件仍有少許肉汁,冇咩脂肪但都唔嚡,幾好食。3. 白汁時菜伴意粉:有燒翠肉瓜、紅青椒、菇菌等,香口味道淡淡,白汁唔膩。4. 白汁香煎魚柳配飯:魚柳肉質嫩滑,香口美味,份量適中。可能本身有沙津吧,午餐份量都唔會好大,沙津吧有蘋果沙津、沙葛沙津、紅菜頭、各式沙津菜,磨菇湯、炸物、雞翼、金沙骨等,甜品是木糠布甸+迷你芝士蛋糕。坐係outdoor 好舒服,食物品質高、沙津吧refill快、服務員親切有禮,讚讚讚!!!

今天和媽媽慶生,到久違了的赤柱美利樓用膳,揀了這餐廳吃豬肘。媽媽看了餐牌一遍,想吃些有澱粉質的東西,自說自話說有沒有米粉。怎知那女服務員竟說: 「這裏不是茶餐廳。」甚麼?當我們未吃過西式?竟然說出這樣無禮貌不屑的說話,把一個開心日子搞垮……你可以說說我們有意粉有面包,推介下德國美食,而不是這樣待客!
