To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 808 午餐夏威夷碗$118 主菜係吞拿魚刺身,餸方面有和式青蔥、枝豆、木魚絲、三文魚籽、雜菌香菇、山葵乳酪醬同埋芝麻。飯方面揀咗珍珠糙米飯,大大碗,而且糙米好健康。成碗裏面加加埋埋應該都有差唔多10嚿吞拿魚粒!三文魚籽有半個拳頭咁多!鐘意食刺身嘅朋友一定食得好enjoy 。成碗都冇油,都係啲健康嘅配料,最啱減肥想keep fit 嘅人食。如果覺得珍珠糙米飯都係太Heavy嘅話,可以喺主食嗰度揀沙律菜,或者仲可以揀壽司飯。ONO 午餐夏威夷碗$108 主食係三文魚。而配料方面有溫室青瓜、雞蛋絲、蟹棒沙律、果仁芝麻醬同埋芝麻。依一款午餐夏威夷碗就再fresh 啲,青瓜好爽脆,雞蛋絲切得夠幼同埋唔會油。蟹棒沙律唔會有太多沙律醬,所以見到蟹棒嘅量都好多。果仁芝麻醬好送飯,大大碗夏威夷碗好快就清左!
