To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 現在香港內多了很多夏威夷魚生飯的店舖,位於深水埗的poke go也很出名,今天和朋友慕名而來試了,味道果然很好。店內外有很多特別且可愛的擺設可以拍照,更有很多魚類的圖案,很符合店舖主題更很可愛。想不到點什麻便點了ONO bowl,餸菜有三文魚,溫室青瓜,雞蛋絲,蟹棒沙律,果仁芝麻醬,芝麻。一整個滿滿豐富的bowl呈現在眼前,把餸菜醬汁和米飯撈在一起,非常清新又好食。三文魚很大粒亦很新鮮,配凍食配料很夾。另外自選了三文魚,壽司飯,甜粟米,紫洋蔥,雞蛋絲加山葵乳酪醬。因為配料選擇了全都要,所以賣相非常豐富,滿滿的蛋絲和木魚絲,令口感和味道更有層次豐富。他的紫洋蔥味道剛剛好,不會有因為太生而出現的辣味,但仍然配有紫洋蔥的甜味和爽口。 continue reading

夏日炎炎 ~ 行到身水身汗,來吃一大碗Poke Bowl 簡直大大滿足,第一次食便愛上,叫了OHANA 和SHOYU AHI ,特別偏愛OHANA,三文魚大大粒,飯量起級足夠,原認定三文魚一定要點壽司豉油,誰知與他們配搭的蜜糖芥末醬有驚喜好味🤩 午餐還可配椰青水👍🏻另外,其實SHOYU AHI 都好食,但相比OHANA之下,OHANA突出一些😚和朋友第一次試已愛上,再open rice 睇原來有唔同分店,連旺角都有,所以約定朋友下次去其他分店食🤭🤭 continue reading

時不時想食light d feesh d 就會食Poke Go.今次食自選,揀咗「Tuna, Sushi rice Brown rice, Cucumber, Seaweed, Quinoa @Dashi shoyu Nuts Pink salt, Bonito Crispy garlic, Nori Without Sesame」,呢個套餐嘅份量好足,觀感又極富層次感。首先有鮮美嘅吞拿魚,同嚟料理簡約又清新嘅什錦蔬菜如青瓜、海帶同藜麥,好配襯。佢哋用到特有嘅柴魚露汁以及香脆又唔油膩嘅蒜末調味,加上鰹魚醬汁帶嚟嘅酸甜滋味,真係令人一口接一口。雖然整體完全冇什麼肉質油膩感,但仲係好飽肚又健康呀!另外揀咗「Chicken Breasts, Brown rice & Green salad, Onion, Seaweed, Tofu No sauce, Crab meat @Dashi shovu, Sauce On Side *AIl Seasoning」。呢款雞胸肉加上green Salad,相信唔少顧客最鍾意呢個選擇。雞肉味道純正回彈, 完全唔鞋,零肉腥味,食到雞肉嘅原味,好好配襯上面嘅蟹肉同海帶絲。主菜選了Brown Rice and Green Salad,飽肚又健康。揀咗醬汁另上,所以上檯係完全冇醬汁調味,反而可以更清晰咁感受到每種食材自身嘅鮮甜滋味。醬汁可以自己倒落邊d 款,淨係倒落salad 唔倒落飯,推介大家都汁另上。整體嚟講,Poke Go嘅食材新鮮優質,調味既簡單又到位,好適合追求健康輕食嘅朋友。另外,佢哋仲特別畀你可以自選配料同調味,好貼心呢!如果你鍾意吃有機蔬果又喜歡海鮮類嘅poke,我肯定推薦你一定要嚟Poke Go試吓! continue reading
