To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

九龍城是吃泰國菜的集中地, 小曼谷是我喜歡的一家餐廳, 今天重臨, 味道依然出色。大大蝦球,酥脆的外皮,爽嫩的蝦肉深藏著美味的芝士汁,令人垂涎欲滴, 人間美味令天使的動容。 鹹肉炒椰菜苗, 很多泰國餐廳的椰菜苗很老, 這裡的椰菜苗能吃出新鮮的味道, 加上鹹肉的鮮味, 微辣的香味, 令清談的蔬菜也變成美味。 冬蔭功四人份量用火鍋上, 味道不會很辣, 很合我口味,酸辣的味道在口中交織著, 是會上癮的。餐廳每一道菜的份量都偏大, 不像很多泰國餐廳減少份量來變相加價。小泰國在九龍城起家, 區內的分店也越來越多。 唯一不變保持水平。 今天吃飯已過了繁忙時段, 小菜的味道特別好, 希望下次繁忙時段來也同樣出色。
