To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日難得同同事出街食lunch，所以特登行遠少少去灣仔食。原來灣仔都真係有幾多餐廳選擇，今次同事咁岩經過呢間粥麵店時話想食粥，所以揀左呢間曾經拎過米之蓮既餐廳試下。招牌雲吞麵 ($46)店員係上枱時先至將個湯倒落左去麵果度，倒湯既過程聞到勁香蝦味🤤 呢個做法唔錯，又可以減少麵身浸係湯既時間。個麵底好幼身但幾好彈性，食落無咩鹼水味。不過雲吞的皮算薄，咬落去有蝦味，但d蝦相對細粒，唔算特別有驚喜。
