To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早排想喺尖沙咀搵一間中餐廳同屋企人食,有朋友推介東來順食淮揚菜,所以過咗嚟使下,真係一啲都冇失望!第一次嚟梗係要點一啲招牌名菜,好似「鶴湖蟹影」呢道菜,非常之有意境,真係色香味俱全!影相一流~蟹形狀嘅係用胖大海做嘅啫喱,圓圈嘅係芋片,再配上鮮味嘅蟹黃同鍋粑,食起來味道鮮甜又可口……再帶點涼涼地,非常特別。另外推介「內蒙古烤羊肉串」(唔記得影相),本身個人係好鍾意食蒙古嘅串燒,因為覺得孜然粉配埋羊肉嘅味道非常好。東來順嘅羊肉串肉味好濃郁肉質亦都比較嫩,在沾上一啲孜然粉食,不知幾有口福~打電話book位嘅時候我亦都預留左一份「蒙古烤羊肉」,肉質非常細嫩,色澤好好,切得厚薄均勻,又再一次加上孜然粉⋯⋯微辣中帶出羊嘅鮮味其實我覺得烤羊肉下次可以預訂兩份,每人食一條骨其實唔係好夠!之後點左湯品「富貴全家福」,湯底係清甜嘅天津白菜,配上魚翅、鮑魚、海參同埋乾鴨絲,成個湯feel到有好多精華,湯料份量亦都唔少。甜品方面叫咗驢打滾,荔枝玫瑰糕同酒釀丸子,糕點幾唔錯,但最出色嘅係個酒釀丸子。酒釀丸子嘅酒味非常香甜,煮得好入味,丸子質地煙韌有咬口。
