To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日行過旺角東果頭,見到金華既新鮮出爐菠蘿包,秒速引黎一大班人排隊,4個菠蘿⋯1打蛋tart,2個豬仔,不斷都有人一批一批包咁賣走,我再伸個頭入去望望,又真係好似好新鮮喎🙈,話口未完又有一底包新鮮滾熱辣咁出爐了！好啦,見佢咁多報紙雜誌做專訪,咁就試下佢個菠蘿油～一個油,order唔夠3秒鐘,阿姐拎起個菠蘿包手起刀落一切,錢都未收好就要拎個包😂睇住個牛油慢慢係個熱辣辣既菠蘿包到溶真係好自愈😂估唔到咁大個,咬落去第一啖未咬到牛油,但feel到菠蘿包皮好脆,到第二啖冷熱交替,真心正👍🏻好少食到咁脆皮既菠蘿包,以牛油既厚薄適中,會比包既熱力溶到大概8成,仲有少少咬口,難怪咁多人排隊😆

 睇住個牛油慢慢係個熱辣辣既菠蘿包到溶真係好自愈😂估唔到咁大個,咬落去第一啖未咬到牛油,但feel到菠蘿包皮好脆,到第二啖冷熱交替,真心正👍🏻好少食到咁脆皮既菠蘿包,以牛油既厚薄適中,會比包既熱力溶到大概8成,仲有少少咬口,難怪咁多人排隊😆
