今次我去嘗嗰間餐廳,真係有啲出乎意料之外嘅驚喜啊!首先脆皮燒腩仔,啲皮脆到彈口,肉呢就好似絲絨咁滑,入口即溶,真係掂哂!秘製手拍小黃瓜,酸酸地帶點辣味,開胃到不得了,幾適合做開場菜㗎!桌上嘅香爆象拔蚌,鮮味仲要溶到係咀裏,稍微帶點脆勁,食落過癮!而嗰啲高湯蟹黃翅就完全別樹一格,鮮濃又滑溜,一碗接一碗,咁濃郁嘅湯底係有啲令人停唔到口嘅。至於蟹件,那花雕酒香噴鼻,蟹肉鮮美間唔中露出嘅蛋白,我真係嗌好呢!講到個蠔皇鮑魚配鴨掌,呢個就微妙,講真鮑魚👍,但鴨掌韌勁略嫌唔夠。嗰隻清蒸大杉班,肉質滑而唔膩,清新自然嘅海味係我食過最正嘅其中一次。嗰碗高湯拌白麵,普通嘅一碗面係咁樣變得不普通咗,每條麵條都吸滿咗蝦湯嘅精華,令人食指大動!而甜品部分呢,蛋白杏仁茶同極品棗王糕就係完美收場,杏仁茶滑溜溜,濃厚香口;棗王糕香甜得嚟又有啲似椰汁糕,一咬下去就知道用心良苦㗎!整體黎講,每一道菜都令我想尖叫咁讚好,食得開心又滿意!👅🍴💯 continue reading

此評論只針對尖沙咀分店,利苑餐廳作為米其林名錄上榜的名店,光顧過全港多間分店,一直以來都是高雅環境優質優價的代表。然而此餐廳位於一個冷清的商場地庫,落樓的過程我一度以為此處已經結業。點餐之後的經歷堪稱離譜,八道菜的大閘蟹晚宴用了兩個鐘時間上了四道菜,而且不是一道道送來而是漫長的等待後突然送上兩三道。等到食到最後一道,已經凍噻!管理層應該深刻檢討廚房和露面的工作安排!!!新註冊無法upload相片,但係公道自在人心! continue reading

今日中午同親戚黎飲茶,利苑我都冇印象之前有冇食過。我地都算多人,成枱都成九定十個人。所以點心都叫左唔少,但有影相既就得燒味同甜品。不過佢地既野食我覺得做得真係唔錯。叉燒一上就俾人夾左幾舊。叉燒香甜,肉質軟腍。半肥瘦既口感就係食得舒服,調味都做好,有蜜汁同爐燒既味道。燒鴨皮脆肉嫩,唔騷又有鴨香。脆皮咸香,肉又唔韌,又係食得舒服既一味。燒肉十分精緻。精緻到一粒粒呢個地步,一定係已經揀左最好食果part。一層層既結構,皮香脆,肥膏有但唔厚,半肥瘦既肉咸香唔柴。味道口感冇咩挑剔,size就真係冇諗到既咁細份。呢個好似係炸腐皮捲。外酥脆,餡有菇菌,有口感,幾好食。後面既沙薑雞腳,我覺得都係做得唔錯,入味得黎,炆到好腍又軟滑,骨膠原既感覺。鴨翼同雞腳一樣,炆得夠入味又夠腍,食得舒暢。甜品都做得幾好,奶黃千層唔會太甜,又唔好膩。紅棗糕香甜得黎又煙韌。整體黎講,唔知係唔係特別合我口味,我覺得佢地既野食係幾好食。但價錢就唔清楚,唔係我埋單,但我估唔平。 continue reading

大家下午二時找吃,去飲茶是最好不過,友人選了地庫這間酒樓,已經到了門口,被告知最後下單時間是2:45pm,惟有快快點吃吧!「瑤柱蛋白炒飯」 $130炒到是粒粒米飯分開,啖啖也吃到瑤柱絲,雖是細粒瑤柱,帶鹹香味。「鮮蝦腐皮卷」$39腐皮卷,三文治般的夾法,雖皮脆蝦也鮮,但感覺頗單薄。「蠔皇叉燒包」$33包軟不黐牙,叉燒芡汁不過甜,我們還加了單。「原隻蒸蝦餃」$42外皮晶瑩微韌,蝦鮮少油,也可以。「迷你瓦罉蒸飯」$28用小器皿盛了碗白米飯,面舖上份量不多的醬汁肉碎,味道還可以,類似台灣肉燥飯,下次不會再點。 continue reading

今日約咗幾個好朋友來到這間酒樓,因為疫情關係我們已經很久沒有相聚一起喝茶了,這一間餐廳有幾個點心我覺得非常之特別蘿蔔絲酥外脆而裏面餡料鹹甜適中又多汁,蝦餃方面皮比較薄還很有彈性蝦肉亦都非常之新鮮彈牙還有少少汁液感覺非常之咁誘惑,還有一個我覺得非常驚喜的就是春卷,冇聽錯係春卷啦但係這個春卷上面加上海膽,感覺非常之不一樣新鮮嘅海膽和鬆脆嘅春卷皮看上去雖然有點格格不入但混在一起感覺好像水火相融的味道,還有一個賣相非常之特別嘅鹹水角外層黑沉沉但係裏面嘅餡料非常之咁滋潤味道同普通鹹水角差唔多但係食落嗰個外皮就真係好鬆脆,今次這間酒樓幾個點心係我覺得非常之咁有代表性嘅。 continue reading
