記得當年年紀少,利苑係好高級食府,鄉下妹的我,覺得佢係一顆明星,好難才光顧,早陣子翻查openrice佢分店在此處,別樹一隔,仍保留當年色彩紅燈籠,吸引我是一大幅中國牆畫,就決定來會面。進入好時中心,就已反應昔日尖東光輝沒落,大部份舊舖,做遊客生意,靜過鬼,酒樓舖位在地厙,地厙中間一堆廢料,神秘路上找到門口,時光倒流。雖然舊式裝飾,保持整潔,枱與枱有一段距離,豬肝色木椅,白滑枱布,明亮食具,環境頗舒適。生煎窩貼$40,不油膩,肉嫩汁甜,最喜歡煎底香香,而不焦燶。雪嶺餐包$42,有些酒樓穌皮面重牛油味及厚身,我就喜歡佢薄脆,無咁膩,暖暖軟熟,餡以為义燒,原來奶黃。馬拉千層糕$39,我以為咸蛋黃椰絲唐冬瓜懷舊嗰隻,原來鬆軟蛋糕,,中間夾兩頁奶黃,雖然不是心中所想,但都好有蛋香味。蒜香排骨陳村粉$42,排骨易嚼富彈性,但量小,微蒜少豉少汁,但都滲入粉中,淡中有味,粉薄像越南河粉。來到懷舊地方,又談舊事……花城、花都夜總會,大富豪,canton disco, 醉琴情……往事如煙! continue reading

A regular sunday yumcha with my fam at this new place to us: Lei Garden @ Tst EastThree of us ordered a lunch set for two with two extra dimsums. they even gave us dessert btw, but i didnt like it XD I think the staffs are nice but maybe they’re having a hard time with their business, once we sat down they just keep asking us to take our order and ask us to try more dimsums😂 I think the food are normal and the soup is a bit too salty. 之前食過沙田和九龍灣分店幾次,都覺得價錢不算相宜,人少少兩三個俾我揀都會揀酒店中餐,相差不會太遠,今次友人話事,平時吾多覺尖東這個位置有一間利苑,夠哂隱閉,還要在地庫低,應該質素麻麻哋!點了幾款點心+一碗龍蝦粥,放低以為白粥腸粉,牛肉吾錯,千層糕吾太甜,好軟熟悉。貪佢人少易揾位,吾錯選擇。 continue reading

一向一家人聚餐都經常幫襯開利苑,灣仔、圓方都是常客。對大眾化酒樓自問要求不高,最重要是整潔,食物質素可接受和工作人員有基本禮貌就ok。其實週未一家人飲茶都只係想開開心心食一餐見下面,真係吾需要太挑掦。It’s the company that counts. 第一次貪近貪方便致電至尖東利苑訂位飲茶,我諗接電話位姐姐真係想令所有顧客知道佢其實只係賺錢買花戴嘅啫,隔住個電話已經完全感受到佢最好你吾好嚟,佢可以吾使做咁格。訂位訂到落口供一樣。態度衰到一個點係令到我要嘗試人生第一次開post表揚佢。一個人可以喺三兩句說話之間已經可以令人無法接受是一種由內至外的修為。一個需要訂位的生意,竟然可以由一個完全無phone manner的人把關,東西再好也是枉然,更何況只是一所連鎖酒樓,賣的只不過是普通不過的東西。可悲的是它們永遠吾會知道佢地門口有撻污積,人家在電話聽到咁已經吾會去,連清理同檢討的機會都吾存在。今時今日出面咁嘅市况,佢哋一定吾使慌會執笠,做到幾衰都吾會,因為係大集團!你試下換咗係餐廳仔,死左9年!終於緊係無去,去番自己去開的圓方利苑。全院滿座,工作人員態度超好,敬業樂業。食一樣的東西,感覺完全兩回事。 continue reading

平日夜晚來尖東這間利苑食晚飯, 很容易便可以攞到位, 不用排長龍等,舒舒服服食一餐飯!冰燒三層肉真係好好食,另外點了酥皮鴨,中間夾了一塊鵝肝,很精緻,有創意的一款美食! continue reading
