覺得呢°d嘢都幾貴,平時都好少來食,不過難得親愛嘅媽咪生日當然要揀間好個喇,利苑作為家老字號雖然貴d不過d嘢都幾好!飯前嗰碗靚湯真係架勢,湯係響螺湯,裡邊材料非常多,雞腳紅肉響螺……煲出來嘅湯都膠曬,滿滿嘅膠原蛋白吖,我媽都大贊吖!臘味飯上面一層臘腸臘肉潤腸,顏色好豐富,香味好濃,d飯好入味!特別係煲底嘅飯焦,勁吖。燒肉好有特色,切成細細嘅一塊塊,其實分量真係幾少下,人多d都唔夠分吖,不過燒肉肥瘦適中,皮非常之脆,食起身好香,我妹唔食肥肉嘅都揀咗兩塊皮來食。東星斑夠惹味,鮮嫩十足,正!另外嘅芥蘭同椰菜粉絲煲麻麻地喇,過得去。總體來講食得好開心吖! continue reading

一家人食飯通常都食中菜,利苑係我地首選!環境舒適,服務一流,食物仲好好食!是晚叫左方燒肉,枝竹龍躉腩煲同蒜蓉炒菜。方燒肉皮脆肉嫩,一層肉一層膏層層分明,入口柔軟有油香亦有肉香,皮十分鬆脆,一舊一口剛剛好!另外枝竹龍躉腩煲亦十分出色,不太油,龍躉腩彈牙鮮味,枝竹索盡鮮魚腩嘅汁,超鮮甜好味!送飯一流!菜亦火喉剛剛好,不會太老,菜味亦濃夠新鮮!利苑出品,實屬佳品!同屋企人黎呢度一定無錯! continue reading

今天中午我们team lunch 来利苑,九个人第一轮点了快十道点心,根本不够塞牙缝。后来前后点了二三十道点心又加上主食, 才算填饱肚子。我个人的最爱一向是脆皮烧腩。利苑的烧腩是我在香港吃过最好的一家。皮真的很脆香,肉也很扎实,配上黄芥末酱刚刚好,一点都不会油腻。可惜一盘分量不大我们人又多,所以只吃到两口。虎皮凤爪和豉油凤爪都很不错,入口即化,富含胶质,确实比添好运那些的水准高一点。萝卜丝饼味道很不错,酥皮入口即化,就是馅的比例可以再提高一点不要让酥皮喧宾夺主。流沙包和叉烧包味道还不错但是没有特别出彩,和添好运比差不多。两种肠粉和虾饺烧卖也是,味道过得去但没有很特别的地方,和添好运差不多但是贵不少。虾饺和烧卖的分量也比较小,不能和王子饭店的大小比。至于红油抄手,味道不正宗并不推荐。小笼包倒是皮薄肉多,只是没什么汤汁,比起名点心的差一点。叉烧还是不错的,很入味很香,不会太甜,很快就被大家分光了。后来叫的咕噜肉感觉面粉和肥肉部分太多,有点干腻,不推荐。炒饭很香,分量够大,粒粒分明,也最终填饱了每个人的肚子。总的来说味道不错但是分量真的很少。如果是自己和朋友来吃的话,我觉得脆皮烧腩是必点,其他的性价比就没有添好运那些高了。 continue reading

新春團拜,長輩於圓方「利苑酒家」設宴兩席慶賀新禧;嘻嘻,菜式豐盛之餘,仍然單身o既小肥同哥哥仲有利是逗添 !「利苑」分店遍佈港九新界,XO仔其實都只係去過灣仔一間,今次一訪圓方分店,入門一刻已有驚喜 。西式o既正門金碧輝煌,室內美輪美奐o既裝潢卻又不失傳統中國色彩,行經走廊可見瓦磚屋簷、石磚圍牆、古屋木窗等。就連洗手間門都用上獅子門扣,感覺真係有啲似個御苑咁。牆壁上浮凸o既花品清秀嬌美,格調高雅 。晚宴於廂房內進行,大圓枱配上紅色o既絨櫈,舒適大方。每個座位前都有齊備o既餐具及酒杯。房邊一角仲擺出一個消毒機,長期為碗碟消毒,餐店明顯地極之講求衛生 !人齊食物即起,餐桌中央一盆艷麗靚花亦正式離場。 江南小品之金蒜拍青瓜:青瓜清爽醒胃,不過如果可以加重少少金蒜應該會更惹味。 江南小品之冰燒三層肉:如相所示,豬腩肉肥瘦均勻,層次分明。皮層不但香脆,而且仲鬆化無比,腩肉香軟中富彈性,超級美味 ! 江南小品之蜜汁叉燒:叉燒有瘦有半肥瘦,為咗要以形補形,XO仔當然係揀半肥瘦嗰啲啦 !叉燒軟腍甜美且肉汁夠,無得彈呀! 江南小品之蓬萊素鵝:素鵝層腐皮外層雖然好夠乾脆,但卻因過份厚身,食落就變得唔夠鬆,令菜式略為失色 ,幸好個雜菌餡清香唔膩,成功挽回不少分數。 生拆蟹皇燴翅:橙黃色o既蟹皇翅由溫婉o既姐姐分,每碗同樣份量十足。蟹皇翅不但顏色鮮美,入口先覺香滑,接著口腔一遍濃烈o既鮮甜,不需加入醋汁,食後一啲都唔會溜滯,實在完美 ! 薑蔥焗珍珠蠔:以煲上o既珍珠蠔熱辣鮮香,惹味非常。 油鹽焗冰海珊瑚蟹<伴盅仔菜>:珊瑚蟹連蟹蓋呈上,極之震撼! 蟹肉可用雙叉拆出,簡單易食。蟹肉質感幼嫩,而且又鮮又甜,極品也 !配角豆苗都好翠綠嫩甜。 珍珠躉二食之古法蒸球:蒸珍珠躉鮮嫩幼滑。 珍珠躉二食之椒鹽頭腩:椒鹽頭腩亦毫不油膩,香脆又乾身。 龍蝦湯過橋象拔蚌米線底:過橋米線即場續碗灼煮,以確保象拔蚌唔會過熟,服務絕對貼身 。滑溜o既米線,配上脆卜卜o既油炸鬼、爽脆薄薄o既象拔蚌、及鮮甜濃郁o既龍蝦湯,口感味道同樣豐腴 。 秘制手撕雞:雞隻以鐡板上,師傅用雞皮遮蓋雞絲,再砌出雞形,單睇外表真係冇諗過原來係手撕雞,手勢當真巧妙。同桌o既長輩大多都最怕食雞皮,XO仔好似執到寶咁,幫大家掃清脆滑o既皮層,越食越興奮  !猴年團拜,長輩悉心安排多款美食及利是,晚宴十分豐盛!晚輩除咗見識到「利苑酒家」升呢版之外,整晚更聽到不少長輩o既蝦碌趣事,房內洋溢一片歡樂笑聲,在此願祝家人龍馬精神,萬事勝意,心想事成! continue reading

只是朋友說起不如去試試立苑的蝦餃,點單才覺得真的不適合兩人來,除此之外,環境,服務,味道都不失為一個好餐廳。 點的蝦餃份量很足,皮薄餡多,汁水香濃。 還值得推薦的菜品就是冰火三層肉,個性的選用芥末味調料實在讓人覺得夠膽!味道竟然也不錯。喜歡那種焦焦的肉皮香味。 鮑汁鳳爪味道也很正,湯汁濃郁,鳳爪入味,朋友徹底被折服了。 煲仔飯的味道就一般了,不多說了。 continue reading
