吃完看還是很回味啊,不過這次過橋略鹹南乳的味道我覺得和炸雞不太合,你覺得呢?豬排不錯,鬆化好吃。可惜我長痘了,要不然會全部吃完哈哈略普通,不過不失。可能上桌不夠熱吧,通常啫啫通菜煲都熱著上,這次感覺不夠「鑊氣」肉呢?可能都在過橋的用掉?這個部分滿雞肋的mm還好不會說特別鮮其實以利苑的價位,感覺可以做的更好的。不過座標在九龍站,估計租都一半吧?不知道他們會不會轉駕部分租給其他分店呢?肯定會吧?畢竟價錢每家都一樣啊。挺有興趣知道的。 continue reading

上星期六晚幾個後輩才俊約吃飯,牽頭者住在西九龍凱旋門,順理成章便約在圓方利苑酒家,他是那裡熟客。在香港粵菜酒家中,利苑也算是個中翹楚,曾多次獲米芝蓮頒星。我雖曾光顧沙田及德福分店,圓方店倒是第一次來。店不算很大,裝潢與其他分店差不多,簡單典雅。我們一星期前已訂了位及菜單,那晚約七時去到,但見人頭湧湧,座無虛席。甫坐下寒喧數句,已開始上菜。我們六人訂了十道菜。首先上的是每人一小碗天麻燉龍躉骨湯,清甜但不特別;及古法生燜龍躉翅,魚肉嫩滑鮮美,汁香味濃。三樣燒味是該店必吃的冰鎮三層肉、蜜汁叉燒及燒雞。三層肉皮脆肉甘香,但每塊小如骰子,超級微型。叉燒肥瘦適中,口感豐腴而不膩。燒雞皮鹹香肉嫩滑,都不錯。兩個小菜包括蒜子上湯浸莧菜及甜酸肉,中規中矩吧!主食是海鮮泡飯,湯底鮮甜,拌了脆炒米,口感豐富。最後甜品是芝麻脆麻花及每人一客香甜美味的栗蓉焗西米布甸。很豐富,很矜貴滋味的一頓飯,不平宜,埋單每人四百多元。 continue reading

For my mom's birthday, we have decided to come to Li Yuan for its delicious Chinese dishes.The dishes are in Guangdong style, and we started with cha siu (honey bbq pork) and siu yok (roasted pork). The fat meat ratio was on point and we finished it within 10mins (so hungry!)This is a mixed veggie in clay pot, it comes with black ear tofu skin tofu and assorted mushroom. Sauced really well and when served in clay pot, everything is still kept warm making it more yummy.Mixed egg white with shrimps. The shrimp was jumbo size and the egg white was very smooth. The nest is also edible, it tastes like crunchy chips.This is my favorite and must-order when I come here. It's shrimp minced and marinated on top of eggplant then stir fried and served with this soy paste. Crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside.my mom loves a good clay pot dish.Chinese birthday party often serves the peach bun. They are not peach favored but a bun with sweet bean paste. Li Yuan gives it an upgrade and adds egg yolk in the middle of the bun, making it a interesting combo or sweet and salty. It's very creamy and we had a great time! continue reading

今日跟屋企同澳洲回來的auntie一起食飯,招呼朋友當然要食好d!花膠和白靈菇都很入味~利苑的過橋湯是濃濃的龍蝦湯,好鮮甜~豆腐煲不過不失魚好吃哦,全部都很入味,煲仔保持熱度,魚炸過脆脆的,最重要沒刺,小朋友也可以吃會意過來要照照片的時候已經吃的七七八八了!這個醬汁很讚,茄子保持嚼勁卻又很入味,大廚火候真的控制的很好哦!也要吃點素哈哈,都變食肉獸了最後食送的杏仁蛋白,濃稠適宜,甜度剛好!很好吃但我看到帳單還是嚇了一跳,吃了6000+還好不是我買單,還好!人均800塊! continue reading

昨晚一家老小同客人吃了一餐沒有服務的晚餐。6:30開始、8點唯一一次有服務員自動走過來就是叫還檯。舉手舉了一餐飯、見到都低頭過。檯上的餐具沒有換過和收過。如果不夠人手、請請多點服務員。吃甜品的時候、和一堆垃圾一起吃、差過大排檔。公平的說、菜的味道不錯、但蒸魚最後上!粵菜魚不是最先上嗎?安次序:海蜇頭 (好吃叫了兩碟)、叉燒燒肉拼盤、老火湯、(等了好久)篜雞、炸蓮O、炒帶子、金銀蛋通菜、(又等了好久)篜東星斑、(後加)篜豆腐、(叫還檯、但還沒吃完因為還沒叫甜品、當然不理他)芒果布丁、杏仁茶。今時今日、吃幾千元、米芝蓮餐廳、服務是這樣的嗎?如果不是有客人在、真想問問主管為什麼有加一服務費! continue reading
