今天海外親戚訪港,本來抱著「旅遊大使」的心態,說好香港飲茶美食故事,結果體會到「沉浸式精彩體驗」。#1. 送餐延遲,趕客秒速 訂桌時候已獲知用餐時限90 分鐘,桌子只會保留15分鐘。 所以1130 準時到場,但是點了一些點心等了15 分鐘仍未送達。離還桌時剩下15分鐘時候,部長「親切」提醒要結帳,好的,我配合;離場時限剩下5分鐘,加點的點心突然奉上,OMG! 但當我們正要品嚐遲來的點心時,部長再說 「你們的時間到了,要交還桌子!」 - 翻桌效率厲害,部長比日本的火車還要準時👍#2. 服務員忙碌不知道是什麼原因,服務我桌的姐姐邊服務邊滑手機,手機事情真的這麼精彩嗎?這種體驗我也沒有在其他餐館體驗過🤗工作時還能滑手機,這神仙工作實叫人羨慕🤤#3. 催趕結帳,結果是找了隔壁桌子帳單!當我狼吞虎嚥地吃完遲來點心,按部長指示匆匆以信用卡結帳,準備離開時候,心想我總算趕上了部長瑞士火車般的準時美德。誰不知突然聽到服務姐姐氣急敗壞地叫嚷 「 先生,你沒有找數啊!」 細問一下,原來我剛才是替鄰桌子結帳了 。這次體驗讓明白了除了守時,還須應付隨機帳單 。服務姐姐還要我留下來補差價。(不是應把我該付的帳單給我嗎?)也好,反正餐廳教會的這麼多美德,我也虛心的配合了 。#在責任上,給錯帳單客戶是 客戶責任還是餐館責任?雖然我很配合完成差價結算,但是我在想 - 如果剛才的帳單多收了錢,她會追出來退款嗎?🧐#由於整個「沉浸式體驗服務」實在太震撼了,點心好不好吃,也精彩到忘記和美食拍照🤗#從另一角度,我也學到本餐廳用餐的一課- 用餐要點是準時叫完,趕快吃完,有時候會幫別桌結帳🤓#最後我的海外親戚給的意見是 「怪不得香港飲食業生意比之前我到訪時候差了」🫠#Hello Hong Kong, Add Oil Lei Garden (Elements) 💪🏻 continue reading

2月23日因女兒 在附近酒店擺婚宴 ,所以中午就走到這間圓方利苑酒家飲茶,一個半小時 要交還枱 ,食物遲上, 夥記態度極差,一放下最後一碟食物,未食即叫你要埋單, 食物都未食完就趕客走, 寧願你取消單都要你埋單走, 從未試過飲茶飲到要鬧人 這間店以後都唔會再去,所以禁多人北上消費,就是有原因,浪費香港政府的宣傳振興香港 continue reading

12月初,星期三,晚上,與親友聚餐,訂枱時已規定只可6點或8點,好啦,食6點,一到8點,已俾張單你叫你埋單,好喇,埋咗單,等親友去洗手間,即刻有侍應埋嚟話“我哋要攞返張枱”,我哋冇同佢嘈,免勞氣兼有失斯文,當時個埸有幾張空枱,心諗真係好好生意?好多客等咩?,去到門口,只有幾個知客係度掃電話,一個客都冇!平日夜晚圓方都好靜,揸車去,入停車埸已知個埸冇人啦!所以,唔好話餐廳酒樓冇生意,係你哋自己整死自己㗎!8點鬆d, 又冇客等,都要趕客走??以後都唔會幫襯利園! continue reading

乘搭高鐵從內地回到香港已是中午,選擇在圓方內吃午餐。很久未飲茶及是假日中午,因此選擇了中式的利苑。叫了包括蝦餃、羅漢齋煲和牛肉腸粉,整體來說味道合乎口味。蝦餃的餡料新鮮,蝦肉鮮嫩,皮薄餡足,但在味道上缺少了獨特性,未能帶來驚艷的感受。羅漢齋煲中的蔬菜燉煮得相當軟嫩,雖然口感不錯,但整體風味顯得稍嫌平淡,缺乏一些調味上的巧思。至於牛肉腸粉,肉質煮熟恰到好處,但粉皮稍嫌厚重。總的來說,這些菜色都表現平穩,味道合乎口味,但未能帶來令人難忘的印象。若能在菜色創新和風味調控上有所突破,相信能提升整體用餐體驗。 continue reading
