行勻成個商場好似得呢一間食肆要排隊等位,好彩有先見之明book咗位。我哋叫咗上海粗炒、薺菜肉絲炒年糕、雞絲粉皮、小籠包、松鼠桂魚同埋酸辣湯。上海粗炒同薺菜肉絲炒年糕都吵得乾身而且冇乜油,食落去冇咁罪惡。上海粗炒唔會好甜,好怕其他地方食到好甜嘅上海粗炒。薺菜好香,令到個炒年糕特別好食。雞絲粉皮做得唔錯,佢個粉皮係厚身少少同埋比較彈牙嘅,唔會一pat pat。另外佢個麻醬嘅份量啱啱好,有時出面其他地方太多麻醬會搞到個雞絲粉皮濕納納。小籠包最有驚喜,皮夠薄入面嘅肉又好有鮮味,做得非常好。松鼠桂魚$208真心抵食,落咗好多松子仁同蝦仁,條魚仲要起咗骨所以基本上都係啖啖肉嘅。酸辣湯$58一位$108一鍋梗係叫一鍋啦,都可以裝到六碗,份量都算多。最後想讚吓呢度啲侍應服務非常好又有禮貌實在非常難得。 continue reading

餐廳位於東港城裏,很方便去。這次預先訂枱,所以不用排隊,食物質素很高,很有上海風味,我比較喜歡松子魚,脆皮雞,獅子頭和嫩雞煨麵,松子魚魚很新鮮,帶有少少脆,雞就很有雞味,咬下去非常脆,雞肉很滑,獅子頭適合配飯,它的肉質完全不柴,帶有一點肉汁,至於湯麵的雞湯很濃,味道很好,整體也算不錯。環境很舒適,枱與枱之間也算寬敞,坐得很舒服,職員很專業和積極,我們一坐下,想洗碗碟時,職員立刻奉上一個大碗,而且我們每吃完一道菜,他們替我們收碟,服務很好! continue reading

今晚3人去食,大約20:45入場,服務員問我們:”介唔介意坐6人枱?”(入場時坐滿,只有剩下兩張6人枱和1張12人枱), 我們接受服務員的安排入坐,入坐後員工說明21:30最後落單;入內後環境闊落舒適的。點菜發覺特別要讚揚設有素菜選擇.點了一松子魚、上海粗炒、一素紅油炒手,食品味道做得唔錯,後加了一津白和高力豆沙。用餐時一名Trainee在執拾身邊的枱,來來回回的行,-邊行一邊咳,沒有帶口罩、亦沒有用手遮蓋口部😖-素紅油炒手原本很讚賞,怎料食到中途,發現一條約一吋半微卷曲的黑色毛髮(是頭以外身體其他部位)黏著🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮過份!咩胃口都無晒!!向經理反映,經理隨即取消此碟食品,說唔好意思和已取消,並送上點了的高力豆沙。食到中場剛才沒有口罩在側邊來回咳的Trainee好勤力的不斷行埋我們枱看(當時很害怕她行埋來時會咳)有沒有食完的碟,只要一完便立即收走🤔其實是否想我們快點離開?🤔這晚餐真的起起落落,埋單跟經理反映,經理以為我再提食品問題,立即先道歉回應:”唔好意思有啲錯失”,後來跟經理反映trainee 的問題,希望香港的餐飲業做得好,留住客人在港消費;埋單後便快快離開算了。怎料回家才發覺原來收了6人茶水費,1. 單上列入6人,3人怎變6人?2. 3人算6人茶費?3. 店家沒有3人枱推6人枱給客,只問客”介唔介意坐6人枱”,算不算是穩形收費?餐廳要做好,隨了在環境、食品味道,其他衞生、員工服務和收費監管若如此,客人怎樣下次再去光顧呢?☹️ continue reading

今日嚟坑口東港城家上海食個上海lunch,新開張時已經來過一次。🥢淮揚五福拼盤蜜汁脆鱔甜甜地最正,呢度本身醉雞都好入味,酒味又夠香,另外仲有水晶肴肉,青瓜海蜇頭,四喜烤夫,總共五福🥢脆煎灌湯小籠包用鐵板上枱,咋咋聲熱辣辣,包底香脆,食小籠包又有食生煎包嘅感覺🥢蓮香蜜餞火方火腿加脆片,同淋上蜜汁,好好味👍🏻淨食粒蓮子都正~🥢上海海參酸辣湯有少少海參算足料,未算好辣但夠酸🥢招牌十景揚州炒飯炒飯粒粒分明乾身,好香口。 continue reading
