To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日我同太太去東港城謝謝濃食午餐，當時都有幾張吉枱，職員要我地坐近廚房出面兩個位，但我見其他地方仲有位，於是我坐喺四人枱，職員話要搭枱，但當時還有幾張枱，我冇理佢坐低，當我哋坐低後，佢夾硬將張枱分開，我於是將枱推埋一齊，該職員走過來再分開張枱並話一定要搭枱，她的態度非常惡劣，其他有兩個人坐四人枱佢又唔將佢分開，跟住行開仲喺度鬧我哋，於是我離開無幫襯。唔怪得啲人話香港職員態度非常差。其實你可以話如果多人我哋就要分開張枱比其他兩人坐，無需惡言相向，死牛一面頸，做得咁唔開心，不如唔好做 continue reading

Was not expecting such high quality food found in this random mall😮Xiao Long Bao is one of my must-order dish whenever I go to a Shanghainese restaurant, theirs is definitely top-notch❗️The crust is super thin while it holds a big spoonful of soup in the dumplings, the meat fillings is also very generous😍The Sweet and Sour Fish is my another go-to but not all restaurants can make it well, but again they wow-ed me😮The fish was in big chunks hence very juicy and with a solid texture, wrapped by a thin batter that gave the perfect crispiness and dipped in a nicely seasoned sweet and sour sauce, absolutely perfect😍Then we have the Signature Fried Rice and Banana and Red Bean Souffle Ball, of course, do not disaapoint at all👍🏼Revisit: For Sure❣️ continue reading
