好耐冇去長沙灣搵食,原來而家長沙灣廣場 3樓啲食肆裝修到好靚!見到呢間居酒居環境唔錯,出面果邊勁似小清風嘅cafe,而餐廳另一邊就比較燈光昏暗,充滿日式居酒屋嘅氣氛,仲有得飲埋特調Cocktail,就決心要同朋友食下呢間居酒屋啦~前菜有好心思,有食落去好清爽嘅柚子蘿蔔同埋走咗辣味嘅麻辣枝豆,味道好味得來又夠哂獨特~三文魚腩串(一串)💰HK$38三文魚腩燒到外層好香脆,呢到仲好窩心,特登配搭咗柚子醋比客人點 ,大大減低三文魚腩嘅油膩感~雞胸軟骨串(兩串)💰HK$48呢個雞軟骨係選用咗雞胸附近嘅軟骨,所以燒完出來會更香脆,一咬落去真係啖啖都sha sha聲,而且仲連住少少雞胸肉,成個口感更豐富~燒年糕(一串)💰HK$28用咗自家制嘅醬油來調味嘅燒年糕,醬油味道唔會偏甜,年糕口感軟糯,好味~醬油漬糖心蛋鴨湯拉麵💰HK$88鴨胸肉質軟腍,拉麵麵質彈牙!超中意呢個好清甜嘅醬油湯底,但又帶有陣陣鴨香味,真係令人忍唔住想飲哂成碗湯~古法制南蠻雞💰HK$128原本以為南蠻雞係炸嘅,但係原來古法製作嘅南蠻雞係香煎嘅,店員話呢道菜係呢到No.1嘅招牌菜!佢地特意選用雞上髀肉,用薑汁去醃再拎去香煎!鮮嫩多汁嘅雞肉再加埋蛋沙律同埋淋喺面嘅黑醋汁一齊食,估唔到個味道係咁夾,不愧為全店嘅No.1招牌菜~Cocktail (青) 💰HK$98貪得意叫咗呢杯有wasabi嘅Cocktail,原來呢款亦係最多人叫嘅Cocktail之一!一飲落去個前調真係有少少wasabi味 ,之係迎來嘅就係青蘋果汁同埋菠蘿汁嘅酸酸甜甜,隻味有啲似飲緊乳酸,成件事好清新好有驚喜,呢款Cocktail用來配壽司刺身就最好不過啦~甜品就係花生酥,充滿香濃嘅花生味,入口酥脆,食埋呢塊花生酥剛剛好滿足哂~ continue reading

今次我地去左一間好有heart嘅食店,當中有好多用心製作嘅特色飲品同食物。點咗一杯yellow cocktail, 裡面有rum酒、青檸、菠蘿汁同蛋混合嘅飲品。呢杯飲品飲落去好特別,唔同味道交織一齊,有調酒嘅香醇同青檸嘅清新,加埋菠蘿汁嘅甜味同蛋嘅滑順,好有層次感。Fuji mountain:係classic cocktails加埋荔枝味。呢杯飲品好味!佢哋獨特嘅classic cocktails混合埋荔枝嘅香甜,味道鮮美又清新。飲落去令人心情愉快。小食方面,柚子吉烈大蝦脆口多汁,加埋柚子嘅酸爽,味道鮮美。大蔥雞肉串烤得香嫩多汁,大蔥嘅香氣更增添了風味。脆炸番薯條外脆內軟,食落去香甜可口,非常美味。日式炒麵炒得香氣四溢,麵條彈牙有嚼勁,味道出色,唔會有日式炒麵個種過甜感覺,份量亦好滿足二人!最後,腐乳松阪豬豚串烤得香嫩多汁,加埋腐乳嘅特殊風味,真係好開胃,松阪豬肉汁大爆發,超出我認知嘅豬肉口感!而中式花生酥係老闆娘自製,絕無添加,堅持人手用心做,味道濃郁,花生香味十足。花生酥更受歡迎到製成禮盒呢!好精美呀☺️呢間食店嘅飲品同小食真係獨特又美味,味道豐富多樣,老闆亦好好傾好有心做,下次再黎支持! continue reading

今日同朋友去了長沙灣看電影, 看完了後, 朋友說想吃日本菜.  走著走著, 剛巧看到這間餐廳, 很像很吸引, 便決定進去吃午餐.餐廳有提供開胃前菜, 都幾好食.芝士甲羅燒蟹肉意粉 $168:  芝士非常香口, 然後甲羅燒蟹肉真係好正, 好多蟹膏, 真係超正! 蟹膏, 蟹肉份量都好多, 好豐富, 好鮮味, 幾好食.吉烈豚肉小町米飯 ($98) :  吉烈豚肉炸得好好食, 好香口. 係真係好香脆, 好好味, 豚肉個口感又好她, 不錯.另外小町米飯的日本米真的是很香, 個質感好好, 食到米飯果種香.我真的很喜歡日本菜, 是喜歡那種對細節的用心, 那種精細, 連細節也不會忽略, 絕不馬虎.在這餐廳裡我也是吃得出這種感覺, 即使是米飯也是很講究, 用優質的日本米.Apple Mojito ($48) :Apple, mint, lemom, soda好好飲, 甜度適中, 不會太甜, 個味好清新, 幾好飲.甜品 : 花生酥 :非常好吃!!!好軟熟, 非常香的花生味, 又不會太甜, 好好食, 有特色.洋甘菊茶: 用這種精緻的日式茶壺去沖茶, 特別有風味, 洋甘菊都好香, 不錯. continue reading

大家好今晚到了長沙灣廣場3樓Food Court既食野這個Food Court 人唔係太多不過都幾多唔同既餐廳今次既餐廳Mata Japanese Cuisine係一間居酒屋有好多唔同既野食其中炸物同燒物都幾多首先點了兩杯飲料第一杯係 Fuji Mountain 味道係果汁仲加檸檬梳打仲有D泡泡 個樣都幾似富士山第二杯係Pineapple coco就係菠蘿汁同椰子汁再溝檸檬梳打這杯椰汁味比較突出D跟住就係小食牛蒡山其實係將牛蒡切成薄片再去炸好似有薯片既質感不過比較健康味道係甜甜D另一個炸品吉列池魚扒配脆炸甜番薯條池魚炸得好香脆仲保留左肉汁番薯條也都係炸得好香脆本身有少少甜品同埋個他他醬係特制加左黃色果種日式醃蘿蔔會有少少和風既味道用來點池魚同番薯條都好好味跟住講下這裏既串燒第一款係叉燒和牛兩串和牛比普通牛肉會腍身少少同多D油香同焦香加埋叉燒醬會甜甜地另一款腐乳松板豬串燒都係中日Crossover松皮豬都幾鬆軟都係燒到有少少焦香用腐乳來調味就更加惹味跟住主食點了福袋烏冬好特別既地方烏冬係裝在用豆腐皮做既福袋裏面湯頭有少少木魚味烏冬係比較偏身同豆腐皮一樣可以吸收到湯汁既味道最後仲有小甜品自家制花生酥送比較香調味唔會太重手總括這間店食物在佈置同烹調方面都幾花心思 continue reading

之前食過一次覺得嘢食非常好味,今日三大三小嚟幫襯,開頭見到以為服務員見到有小朋友黑面,但原來佢哋服務勁細心,即刻安排小朋友餐具,仲介紹小朋友可以叫啲咩食。超讚。叫咗個福袋烏冬、右口魚丼、炸墨魚炒拉麵、茄子大阪燒,全部都好高質。最後送嘅花生酥更加唔使講,係招牌。今時今日享香港好難搵咁好嘅服務態度,不停斟茶、自動自覺攞小朋友餐具,作為食客唔使出聲,已經自動過做晒俾你,極度欣賞同推介。帶住小朋友關係,無影相。超讚。 continue reading
