Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 《點心🥧》今朝陪屋企人飲茶,佢哋揀咗銅鑼灣皇室堡入面既酒樓,話幾好食,帶我去試吓🫶🏻😍環境坐得幾舒服,不過待應好似唔係好夠,叫好耐先有人斟茶水,最後放棄再叫佢哋自己嚟🫖🫖今次叫咗幾款點心,分別有🔆蝦餃 ($48) 🔆豬肚滑燒賣 ($42)🔆酥脆鮮蝦腸粉 ($48)🔆荷香珍珠雞 ($42) 🔆流沙奶皇包 ($38)🔆煎鮮蝦腐皮卷 ($43)👉🏻覺得最好食係腸粉同埋腐皮卷,兩個都整得好香脆可口,腸粉皮亦都好薄,食到好新鮮嘅蝦味🍤👉🏻比較唔好食嘅係蝦餃,蝦餡都還可以,餃皮口感奇怪,入口又淋又黐,夾完之後個筷子係會黐住啲蝦餃皮❌👉🏻感覺特別小小,出面好少見嘅係豬肚滑燒賣,個豬肚有胡椒味嘅,豬肚都幾爽口,而下面嘅豬肉都幾彈牙,不過少少乾身🤌🏻👉🏻另外奶皇包和珍珠雞味道就正正常常👌🏻,不過嗰珍珠雞就冇乜餡,份量亦較少。 continue reading

在銅鑼灣吃中菜,很喜歡來皇室堡八月花,因為環境舒適,而且某些小菜唔錯。今晚點了芥辣炸蝦球,帶子蒸豆腐,龍蝦汁泡飯和芝士大蝦魚麵。芥辣炸蝦球用粉漿炸過外加芥辣汁,味道很好,每次來這兒必點。龍蝦汁泡飯,飯泡在濃稠的龍蝦汁很是惹味。帶子蒸豆腐,今日啲帶子淡而無味,豆腐不滑,這個菜麻麻地。芝士大蝦魚麵,濃稠的芝士汁加上滑滑的魚麵,配上煎香的大蝦,非常美味。 continue reading

最近與班女仔friend來了位於銅鑼灣一家比較新式的中菜廳吃晚飯,整體感覺與一般的傳統中菜很不同,以精選時令食材融合中菜之中,造型也是非常吸睛,餐廳環境寬敞,品嘗美食之餘也適合來打卡!-𓐍香烤深海白鱈魚深海白鱈魚散發出誘人香氣,咬下一口,鱈魚肉質鮮嫩細膩。𓐍巴馬火腿金湯豆腐鍋用南瓜湯浸豆腐,加上Parma Ham,充滿火腿鹹香。𓐍西班牙手抓胡椒豬肋排分量超級多!豬肋排超級大塊,肉也是炆得超級嫩~𓐍雲呢拿雪糕伴嫲嫲餅濃郁香醇的朱古力嫲嫲餅口感與味道都像脆版的巧克力曲奇🍪,配上雲呢拿雪糕,帶來冰火雙重口感。𓐍花果奇緣一個超打卡飲品,超大一杯,混合了多款鮮果,像水果茶般,清新解暑。𓐍芥末蟹籽手撕雞、姬松茸香菇桶仔飯、雪燕紅豆凍豆腐花推薦!值得試試~ continue reading
