早前返內地食完湖南菜後就念念不忘,好想再食,所以就搵下香港有冇類似餐廳,結果就找到農耕記,第一次去食,都幾期待😚原來8年時間,農耕記湖南土菜已經在中國多個地方,以及海外的新加坡和馬來西亞開設直營門店!叫左成檯食物,試左幾款必點菜,都是店員推介,其中鮮炒黃牛肉真係好好食,用左吊龍部位現切現炒,肉質鮮滑同時又有一種獨特的嚼勁,帶少許油脂另外點了比較少見老面花卷,其實係銀絲卷,好鬆軟,簡單蒸炊可以吃出香甜原味,配搭辣味小菜好夾 continue reading

農耕記近年係香港開左好多分店,港九新界都有佢地足跡,今次就去銅鑼灣分店,好似係新開張,店內裝潢加入湖南鄉土元素,幾有特色~看一看菜單,食物款式都幾多,超過30多款小菜,如果怕辣,也有不辣的菜,其中果木脆皮烤雞、糖醋酥肉看似不錯🤩點了鮑魚辣椒炒肉和蒜蓉粉絲蝦仁,鮑魚仔幾足料,厚肉但炒完都唔會覺得韌,青椒肉片調味好惹味;蒜蓉粉絲蝦仁是不辣😃適合小朋友或老人家食,蝦仁爽彈,粉絲很吸味,配兩碗飯也可以 continue reading

每个周末回深圳都会吃农耕记,我最爱吃小菜,然后炫两碗饭!原来现在香港终于新开了一家农耕记,可以省下交通费来吃多几顿呢!店里的装修跟内地差不多,座位挺宽敞的每次必点的一款!!鲍鱼辣椒炒肉肉质鲜嫩有韧性,加入芹菜和辣椒之后更香!蒜蓉粉丝虾仁,一窝超级大,很有穫气!真的下饭神器!太好吃了! continue reading

铜锣湾新开的农耕记,一坐下就被那股子湖南菜的热乎气儿裹住了。🍤先上的虾仁粉丝煲,砂锅端来还在咕嘟响,粉丝浸在浓汁里,软滑又带着点韧劲,每根都吸足了虾的鲜甜和酱汁的香,虾仁个个饱满,白里透粉,咬下去弹得很,汁水能在嘴里爆开,鲜得人直咂嘴。🥗大碗花菜也很推荐,端上来满满一大碗,看着就实在。花菜切得大小刚好,带着点焦边,咬起来脆生生的,裹着辣椒和肉沫的香,辣劲儿是那种爽快的鲜辣,特别下饭。在铜锣湾能吃到这么地道的湖南味儿,热乎又舒坦,下次还想来。 continue reading
