提前幾日已訂了枱,當晚同朋友二人到 了reception, 服務員便安排了四人卡座,雖然唔係坐响窗邊位置但因為餐廳有兩層,樓底亦很高所以一樣係望住維港夜景而且每張枱之間都有闊寬距離,餐廳設計又很有上海制色,令到氣氛同環境都很舒適同朋友先點了支阿根廷嘅紅酒Malbec 2017 Reserva🍷及兩隻大閘蟹🦀食落很新鮮又多膏前菜就係花雕醉雞 很入味而且雞肉亦無浸到霉霉的,蔥油海蜇 十分爽口,而主菜是上海名菜 花雕蒸鰣魚 (時價,當晚是一千三百幾 半條) 魚肉很鮮甜酒味好香水煮魚🐟魚肉爽滑,紅燒原條牛助排🥩肉煮得鬆軟入味,賣相亦很吸引,干戈菜花 🥦有小小辣 嘢味,最後我們二人共飲了兩支紅酒紅酒🍷大家陶醉地離開

香港好食既上海菜唔多,而「夜上海」絕對係其中之一,當日三人行去食晚飯,點了七道菜,每一個菜都唔錯,而且環境幾好松子魚 (時價)呢條魚做得好好,魚肉夠滑,炸得啱啱好,重點係d汁好好味釀蟹蓋係蛋白上面鋪滿蟹肉,加埋陳醋,真係好夾,好好味雲吞雞比較清淡,不過算係足料脆鱔好高質!炸到好脆,加上調味不俗,食到停唔到葱油雞脾茹呢個好適合做開胃小食,有葱香之餘,亦唔會覺得油腻鎮江肴肉比較普通,冇咩驚喜,正常水平花鵰醉雞份量算ok,雞肉都好滑雖然定價偏貴,但係食物質素同環境對得住呢個價錢

屈指一算,除了在屋企自家煮外,已足足三個月沒出外吃中式晚餐,那管是粵菜,抑或係京川滬菜。所以當可以選擇既話,中餐定必是我的首選。這夜來到夜上海,筆者是期待的,皆因此處的出品從來穩陣,餐廳搬了過K11 Musea後,我亦未曾到訪過。格調跟以前在馬可勃羅酒店時差不多,但新店分成兩層,感覺更具氣派,加之附送無敵維港景,大概是比昔日更為吸引。難得高興,先喝一杯!Jasmine Fizz是加入了茉莉花茶的 Cocktail,賣相美不勝收之餘,味道亦平易近人,不錯喔~來幾款冷盤打開胃口,花雕醉雞皮爽肉嫩,唔怕死實實,滲出陣陣酒香,有理無理連吃幾件才收手。燻蛋可以再流心一點,但這個溏心程度個人也可接受,最重要是蛋香濃郁,還散發出絲絲煙燻的香氣,合格有餘。再來的燻魚入口鬆脆,味帶微甜自然合我心,若你是不怕魚骨的話,呢款涼菜大概可討你歡心。忽然想飲啖湯,朋友揀左刺激的酸辣湯,我只想喝口濃香的醃篤鮮,味道真太好,咸肉與鮮肉,以及百葉結,我清至一點不剩。中秋前後,蟹粉菜式也該登場,所以點來蟹粉釀蟹蓋。迷你版本,岩我胃口。新鮮焗起香噴噴,鮮甜的蟹肉配上甘香之蟹粉,好吃得令人大呼膽固醇萬歲!滿心期待的乾燒明蝦球

甜點的杏仁茶香濃暖身,仲有粒黑芝麻湯丸在內,追月夜吃這味,很應該。棗皇糕更是意料之外的出色,其實我有點吃這東西,有時又黏身又酸,不過呢份質感軟熟,香甜熱暖,幾乎想安哥一籠。

醃蘿蔔有少少辣 偏鹹
鴨蛋係流心既 幾靚但係食一個會有d濟
蘿蔔酥幾好食外面好酥入面d蘿蔔好糯
蔥油餅層皮有d太厚偏乾 但係蔥係好食既
糖醋排骨食落冇酸味只有南乳/甜味 似叉燒多d
蟹粉焗蟹蓋 不過不失 但係佢用既薑醋真係太甜
蝦仁好食 唔知係唔係真係河蝦 細細粒但係好彈牙
小黃魚炸得幾酥 都多肉

香港是美食天堂,全世界大部分食品都有得嘗試,當然不少得中國各種菜式。上海菜館在香港也不算少,尖沙咀海港城的夜上海也做得不錯,停業多月,搬到K11 MUSEA,更强的裝修,更强的景觀,但菜價相若,原因又是疫情。由7樓入,要落樓梯到6樓,見到熟悉的經理,很好,午市有個二人套餐,才$500,超抵食,碟頭是正常尺寸,美味上乘,基本上食唔晒,加上面向維港景色,疫情下的苦中作樂。餐廳比舊店略細,記得要訂位,免白行一次。
