Best dish goes to the Pork Belly, super flavourful sauce with the marination, with excellent fatty and lean layers, served on top with a bao bun.
However, the 火方 was the dish to avoid... soggy and unbalanced flavours, a disappointment.
Still, I appreciate that our server accepted our feedback and hope they bounce back stronger with more consistent and quality dishes!

As the signature dish, the baked stuffed crab shell was brilliant, with finely shredded crabmeat and generous crab paste going so well.
Other dishes were fine which did not surprise us too much. Overall, it is okay for a visit but not a must-go for me.
