To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上星期食過, 過咗幾日又就想再回味下今次一行三人, 我哋坐低咗就先點了幾款冷盆, 風味醬蘿蔔 甜甜醬油味幾爽口, 蔥油海蜇頭 , 花雕醉雞 酒香肉滑香菜和牛脷👅都幾重口味 泉水珊瑚魚頭 大大個魚頭湯十分香濃服務員幫我地分埋都有5,6碗, 水煮魚片 都係略嫌唔夠辣🌶 花雕蒸鰣魚 淡淡酒味同鰣魚肉簡直絕配紅燒原條牛助排, 而醉香咕嚕肉 烹煮後肉有少許硬, 橄欖油秋葵, 乾煸竹荀四季豆, 三人共飲了三支阿根廷嘅 MALBEC 2017 reserva🍷大家都~醉⋯滿意
