To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 提前幾日已訂了枱,當晚同朋友二人到 了reception, 服務員便安排了四人卡座,雖然唔係坐响窗邊位置但因為餐廳有兩層,樓底亦很高所以一樣係望住維港夜景而且每張枱之間都有闊寬距離,餐廳設計又很有上海制色,令到氣氛同環境都很舒適同朋友先點了支阿根廷嘅紅酒Malbec 2017 Reserva🍷及兩隻大閘蟹🦀食落很新鮮又多膏前菜就係花雕醉雞 很入味而且雞肉亦無浸到霉霉的,蔥油海蜇 十分爽口,而主菜是上海名菜 花雕蒸鰣魚 (時價,當晚是一千三百幾 半條) 魚肉很鮮甜酒味好香水煮魚🐟魚肉爽滑,紅燒原條牛助排🥩肉煮得鬆軟入味,賣相亦很吸引,干戈菜花 🥦有小小辣 嘢味,最後我們二人共飲了兩支紅酒紅酒🍷大家陶醉地離開
