元宵節晚上,與男朋友逛到西環邊逛邊尋覓晚餐的地方,一踏出地鐵站已經見到好幾間優雅的食店,地鐵通車後果然為這區帶來不少商機,多走幾步,我們看中了這間燒肉店,有室內或室外的位置選擇不抽煙的我們選了室內的位置,烤爐放在桌子中間的位置,有獨立的抽風管,感覺像韓式的燒肉店甫坐下便看到有$138一隻龍蝦的優惠,也算抵吃的先看看餐牌,和牛的選擇也不少,除左日本還有美國牛燒肉又怎會少了啤酒?選了Suntory Premium 500ML,如果你是啤酒當水飲的話,可以點1L的,價錢更抵黑豚荔枝卷:先來的是黑豚荔枝卷,故名思義就是豚肉卷著荔枝肉,燒過後的荔枝更甜更多汁,讓豚肉更香甜嫩滑蒜蓉牛油燒扇貝:男友最愛,蒜蓉牛油跟扇貝是分開放的,蒜蓉牛油在烤的途中再下,扇貝雖不算大隻,但很彈牙,配上蒜蓉牛油很惹味呢!香草羊架:羊架上放了很多香草,$58有兩隻算是抵吃,不過其實牛才是主打,點這個只是因為我愛吃而已,烤過後的羊架不算乾,不過自己不太會控制火力,裡面仍是有點生A5鎮店之極上霜降和牛肉眼扒:重頭戲是這份A5和牛肉眼扒,說是鎮店之寶當然要試試啦,有鹽燒或燒肉汁可選,我們點的是鹽燒,看那油花分佈就已經流晒口水,

週末又是朋友小聚的好時機,今次一個住港島的朋友提議去堅尼地城食燒肉,我想想,的確很久沒有食燒肉了,加上開通地鐵可直達堅尼地城,如此方便於是答應了朋友的約會。首次乘搭地鐵抵達堅尼地城,此站不大,很容易找到C出口。行出地鐵,再行過對面,就見到今天食燒肉的餐廳:七輪燒肉日本和牛的等級分A、B、C。肉質等級再分1至5級。A5屬於頂級。A5極上霜降和牛肉眼,仿如均勻的雪花般的表面,密而平均,油花分佈細緻均勻。色澤鮮豔吸引。美國黑毛安格斯牛西冷的光澤奪目耀眼,可惜表面深色部分有少少氧化現象。不過沒有影響味道及口感。趕快放到爐上燒,一會兒就香味撲鼻,令人垂涎。食起來更是入口即熔,鮮嫩多汁。牛的濃香滇入囗中的每個部分,令味蕾得到極上的享受。香草雞腿肉,肉質鮮嫩,香味足夠,非常好吃。價錢也適宜。黑豚腩肉薄燒,金黃外表,帶油部分適宜燒久一點,食起來更加香更不顯油。最後喝一杯巨蜂提子汁,清新口味,令所有剛才食物的油貳的感覺消失。

今日經過堅尼地城地鐵站,發現附近多咗好多好多新嘅食肆,其中一間我喺地鐵站一出已經聞到好香嘅味道,係一間燒肉舖。A5和牛原來呢間鋪頭係食靚料嘅燒肉,我就試咗個黑毛和牛A5嘅,上枱已經好特別佢唔係用鐵碟上,佢係用放壽司嘅木碟上枱。嗰塊A5和牛大過上枱嘅碟要摺起,佢整得好爽脆味道麻辣好食 ,佢既A5牛望上去色澤均勻加上雪花好多,我唔識分都覺得佢好靚, 烤板旁邊放咗一嚿脂肪,俾我起爐用。因為牛肉嘅關係所以喺爐上面輕輕一燒就已經熟,唔洗好耐就已經將和牛燒好。燒出嚟已經非常之香,和牛既味道非常濃郁,入口即溶, 我基本上唔需要點醬汁已經好好味。雞心 喺香港唔多地方有得食雞心,咁一定要試下啦,雞心側邊連埋啲雞油燒起上嚟非常之香,雞心燒到有少少焦香,加上少少醬汁外脆內嫩嘅雞心好好味。青蘋果汁佢嘅青蘋果汁好似係濃縮果汁, 凍冰冰的果汁用嚟配熱辣辣嘅燒烤一流。

大腸個皮燒完脆卜卜,入邊嘅脂肪燒香噴噴軟淋淋,食落去一啲都唔靭。西班牙黑毛豬肉眼厚切,正因為黑毛豬燒起上嚟非常之香,一啖一塊正。
