第一次到訪以梵高為主題的西餐廳,餐廳內及牆上每件佈置都是精心挑選,令人目不暇給。點了一份精選午餐-意式輕煎虎蝦蒜片意大利粉,加$38就有齊湯,沙律,餐飲及甜品,很不錯。朋友點了行政套餐-芝士焗龍蝦意大利粉伴車厘茄忌廉汁。先上沙律,一款是油醋汁,有火箭菜及蘋果片,清新爽口。另一款是凱撒沙律,生菜爽脆,沙律醬配搭得宜。餐湯是店員推介我哋必試98%野菌忌廉湯!果然名不虛傳,飲落啖啖野菌粒,好有咬口,整個口感順滑但又不會太漏,食得出是自家製的味道。而跟湯的2件麵包亦是香草包,配野菌湯一流!主菜意式輕煎虎蝦蒜片意大利粉,2隻虎蝦大大隻有香煎過,虎蝦好爽口彈牙,意大利粉有蛋香,味道簡簡單單沒有太多汁料,已經好好味。芝士焗龍蝦意大利粉,意粉汁真係無得彈~好濃的龍蝦味及輕量干邑酒味,同外面用罐頭湯無得比~芝士焗龍蝦亦彈牙好食!甜品有crème brûlée 法式焦糖燉蛋,做得好出色,焦糖脆皮加上燉蛋嫩滑,推介!另一款奶凍都很不錯。見到呢度甜點Tea Set都好吸引,$118可以揀6款甜品,下次同朋友再嚟試吓先! continue reading

呢間以凡高畫作做主題嘅餐廳,不但到處都係適合打卡嘅角落,而且佢地嘅炭燒西冷牛扒更令我留下唔錯嘅印象☺️除左因為炭燒令其香氣份外濃郁,牛扒本身既有彈性亦鮮嫰,縱使有筋,都唔難切開同唔會過韌👍🏻 而煎比目魚外皮香脆,油香豐富,如果魚肉嘅調味再鹹少少就更好🤏🏻雖然呢個四道菜晚市套餐已包括有心思嘅奶凍甜品 (擺盤貫徹藝術風格,而且綿滑好味😋),但喺好奇心驅使下我亦另外叫左佢地玩味十足嘅畫布蛋糕😆 呢件蛋糕可以俾客人隨意畫上獨一無二嘅款式,佢地會預先將蛋糕雪硬啲,俾客人慢慢設計,所以唔怕蛋糕會溶🤭 而蛋糕面頭應該係糖霜之類🤔 所以我建議畫完同影完相之後,主力食裡面嘅朱古力味蛋糕比較好。個人覺得呢個適合情侶或閨密製造共同回憶💚餐廳度有部鋼琴,聽講偶爾會有鋼琴演奏或其他音樂會,睇下下次來有無機會欣賞到☺️ continue reading
