朋友同我慶生,專登揀選了這間極多like的餐廳。到了二樓電梯大堂,好像進入了時光隧道一樣,一幅一幅梵高名畫展現眼前,到了梵高的藝術世界!餐廳裝修雅緻,梵高名畫、吊燈、向日葵、書籍、輕快的背景音樂......營造出與別不同的artistic feel!先來了蘑菇湯,果然真材真料,每啖都有粒粒蘑菇肉,十分鮮甜美味!我和朋友不約而同地點了「美國安格斯牛肉漢堡伴香草薯角」。麵包外脆內軟,牛肉份量十足,熱呼呼的,十分juicy,實在太好吃,忘了將牛肉漢堡影出來。薯角很有薯味﹝雖然這個評語好像很行貨,但極能反映事實!﹞最後是甜品,我們加錢轉creme brulee,果然沒令人失望,富有濃濃的雞蛋味,超香滑,配合微酸的士多啤梨和藍莓,味道就剛剛好,不會太甜,讓這頓午餐劃上完滿的句號!這餐飯實在非常好味,吃得出廚師花了不少心思煮出來,謝謝朋友請客!備註:這間餐廳果然能貫徹始終,連枱墊和洗手間也充滿藝術氣息! continue reading

今晚喺銅鑼灣行完街見肚餓,搵吓附近有乜食,諗起呢間位於軒尼詩道嘅「凡高廚房」,店內裝修以畫家梵高為主題,甚具藝術氣息。餐廳有進行離子消毒過程,確保店內環境乾淨衛生,疫情下食客都能食得安心又放心❤️另外見餐廳亦都做埋外賣🥡Sweet Love 同 Red Sangria 做緊$68買一送一優惠~ 想chill啲,叫咗兩杯Red Sangria飲吓先。 用香醇紅酒調製,加入鮮果,甜甜的,啱哂同朋友happy share。歐陸式前菜小食芝士蕃茄伴沙律,雜錦沙律菜新鮮爽脆,蕃茄夠哂fresh,配芝士味道好夾,開胃前菜👍🏻。98%野菌忌廉湯由八種磨菇同黑松露打磨成蓉後加入奶油忌廉而製成。質感濃稠,每一啖都能細味到粒粒蘑菇蓉,口感豐富,菇菌香氣亦非常香濃。椰菜花忌廉湯用新鮮椰菜花加入忌廉熬製,口感順滑,充滿鮮味。香草蕃茄包烘至金黃香脆,塗抹牛油後更加香口,個人喜歡配湯吃,不過蕃茄包唔熱有點失色。紙包焗銀鱈魚由於煎刁草挪威三文魚柳售罄,所以老闆轉左銀鱈魚比我地,用紙包焗的方法炮製魚柳,保留左魚肉鮮嫩口感,啖啖肉,味道好鮮甜!配上白豆牛油檸檬忌廉汁,更能提昇魚肉美味。火焰美國Prime護心肉牛柳串🇺🇸配牛肉燒汁伴蒜蓉香草醬薯角護心肉牛柳同青紅椒串成串燒,再放置於鐵板上,點火後營造出火焰效果,好震撼!護心肉牛柳肉質比較結實彈牙,牛肉味道濃郁,質素不錯。另外伴碟的炸薯角亦非常值得推薦,薯角炸香後拎去焗,再塗抹上蒜蓉香草醬,特別香口惹味,外脆內軟,令人忍唔住一口接一口。Natvia法式焦糖燉蛋甜度源自Natvia天然甜菊糖,健怡又健康,女士們食多幾啖都唔怕肥~燉蛋口感相當滑溜,充滿雞蛋甜香。朱古力心太軟跟餐甜品加錢轉左朱古力心太軟🍫賣相精緻有心思,一上枱已經有濃濃朱古力香氣撲鼻~心太軟口感鬆軟,流心效果剛好,每啖都充滿濃郁可可香,甜美可口,不得了哦。 continue reading

同朋友食個生日lunch平日兩點黎到,無咩人有三款lunch set menu~~選擇都算多我地叫左兩款share餐湯係雜菜湯,足料又夠味,酸酸地好開胃蕃茄餐包份量岩岩好,而且都好軟熟牛肉漢堡, 牛肉食得出係自家製,有牛味而個口感岩岩好,唔會太鬆散除左芝士可以再溶多d 之外,其他配料都配合得唔錯,漢堡包皮都係外脆內軟,好食無影到薯角,好有薯味,同埋似有新鮮薯仔整,好好食!!出面完全食唔到依種薯角依個失色左少少,龍利柳同上面芝士好鹹,溝埋薯蓉一齊食都ok薯蓉夠哂滑又夠薯味,係鹹度扣左分lunch set 包是日甜品mousse cake, 面頭有d 百香果汁酸酸地,下面mousse 好滑,估唔到依個都有d 驚喜另一個加左$38 轉cheese cake, 成個擺盤都好靚, 而且cheese cake 都好味餐飲我叫左普通熱啡就偏苦澀左d值得一提係服務, 侍應跟得好足,時不時就過黎加水,成餐lunch 都好enjoy continue reading
