雖然話佢係主打沖繩料理,食唔食到沖繩嘅味道,都要睇下你識唔識得叫餸,最重要係食材新鮮,你到呢啲地方貴少少都係預咗,所以氣氛好,味道好我覺得先至係最重要。四個女仔一啲都唔細食,完全唔理啲嘢幾多錢,想叫就叫,咁先至食得開心。刺身拼盤 - 絕對唔關沖繩事,但係真心推介,每一樣刺身都好新鮮,絕對值回票價!沖繩腐乳 - 唔識欣賞,都係廖孖記食好多花生豆腐 - 好得意,花生味好香,豆腐嘅口感好紮實,鍾意花生味嘅你一定要試吓,如果想追求豆腐滑褸嘅口感,呢樣野你就未必鍾意,推介!炸苦瓜片 - 大大碟嘅炸苦瓜片,可能我對佢期望太高,所以有少少失望,明白佢要炸所以苦瓜片偏薄,但係我覺得太薄反而揸得好乾,調味唔出色,唔食苦瓜嘅人都可以試下泡菜雞翼 - 出乎意料地好味,一份有三隻,我估係來貨,但係品質好好,亦都炸得啱啱好,推介燒明太子 - 我對明太子有情意結,大部份明太子食物或者副產品我都覺得好好味,佢呢個明太子唔太鹹,如果燒得香口啲會更加好,份量有啲小,送酒推介海葡萄 - 記得以前細個好鍾意食海葡萄,鹹鹹地,咬落去果下爆汁好得意,依家反而唔係太鍾意食,作為沖繩特產,我覺得係沖繩食會開心啲燒雞腎 - 烤得夠香口,唔會太實,調味亦都唔錯,送酒推介柚子胡椒黑毛豬 - 好好味,柚子甜味唔會過重,黑椒令到個豬好香,豬肉煎得啱啱好,一啲so味都冇,好味飽肚推介要再嚟,只要揀幾樣自己鍾意嘅食物,飲番杯生啤,一樂也! continue reading

呢間餐廳已經食過幾次,環境舒适,好有日本小型居酒屋 feel 。侍應同師父都有日本人,連食客都好多日本人就知道有幾咁正宗。但價錢略高。適合一大班朋友嘅聚會;咁就可以試多啲唔同款式嘅菜。最鐘意食苦瓜同埋海葡萄。呢兩樣唔係到到都都得食。另外花生豆腐都好好味,好有豆香。個人認為,黎得呢間食就唔好點壽司刺生果嗰啲。因為價錢唔平,又唔係沖繩菜嘅主打。都係叫返小菜好啲!酒方面,有好多選擇,價錢唔貴,一大班人黎叫多幾枝飲住吹水都幾開心。 continue reading

大概10年前開始光顧,由尖沙咀店開始,花生豆腐由$45大大舊食到宜家$65細細舊。不過都係必點!其實尖沙嘴店多好多野食,起碼一堆日本直送的鮮魚可以做刺身🐠🐟🐡🐙🍣,又有松葉蟹自助餐🦀今次去有少少唔開心因為無左雞肉棒😭,只好點個雞肉餅。赤身都唔算好靚,其他食物都好好,最後個飯團幾好味,可以試,下次試埋另一個口味。有一點想表達下,d酒瓶好多塵,一打開飛曬d塵落酒度,又俾返個客飲🤭吸下塵先開檔好d。 continue reading

呢幾日食得幾清,而且今晚努力做完Gym,可以食得放肆少少!話雖放肆,都有小心選擇,盡量去些不太邪惡的餐廳!最後揀了日本菜—樂宴;而在食物方面亦盡量避免炸炒煎那些烹調方式。餐廳不算大,我們二人坐吧檯那邊。偏暗的燈光加上實木吧檯,營造出一股神秘感;室內的裝飾與說着日語的顧客,很有日式氣氛。* 枝豆 * 每位客人一坐下便送上一小碗,我沒有特別檢查這是否收費,不過是挺甜的。* 海葡萄 * 之前在別的地方都有吃過,比我記憶裏的鹹少許,但加上醋汁是很好味的!而且我喜歡那一咬即破而且有種黏黏的感覺。* 豆腐白飯魚仔沙律 * 豆腐又滑又有豆味,清清地就可以食出魚仔味。醬汁不多,這對我來說是加分位。* 是日刺身拼盤 * 新鮮甜美,尤其喜歡赤貝、牡丹蝦及深海池魚。帆立貝味較淡,相比下有點遜色。* 鹽燒銀杏 * 沒料到是連殼燒的,很有趣。不過味道上沒甚麼特別。* 墨汁帶子茶杯蛋 * 蛋滑,不太削身。襯出帶子的甜味。墨汁加了好像都沒甚麼分別。 continue reading
