當小弟還未前往沖繩前,第一次接觸沖繩菜就係樂宴,亦都因為係樂宴,我發現沖繩菜也很合口味,所以我就跟女友去了沖繩。裝修好有日本居酒屋味道,感覺置身日本一樣,每次去都有日本客人係隔離。好少餐廳我會一去再去,因為好食既通常好貴,平既好難做到好食令我會再翻啅。但每次朋友問我有咩餐廳推介,其中一間我會講係樂宴。最簡單既菜式,最難做得好吃,苦瓜炒蛋,就係令我愛上苦瓜的菜式,唔苦既沖繩苦瓜,加上滑一滑既靚蛋,仲有agu 豬肉, 一個字:掂呀花生豆腐,帶出兩個層次既味道,鹹加花生香味,比我在沖繩食既花生豆腐更佳 continue reading

朋友生日飯食沖繩野,裝修好有日本feel同fit 晒居酒屋格局,好多日本擺設同埋日本酒(飲得架,如果有order 佢地會係你面前潷酒)。個人覺得坐吧枱比較有feel。野食都好多選擇,全部小碟上菜(所以依度岩2/3個人黎食)。個人推介:1. 海葡萄其實係一種海洋生物,海草d friend, 因為個樣似一串串提子所以叫海葡萄。其實海葡萄好難養,所以唔係好多地方有得食,個口感好似食爆珠咁,少少海水味,幾特別2. 沖繩豚肉炒苦瓜「真記得當初我們也討厭吃苦瓜」,細個我都唔鐘意食苦瓜但大個左就越來越鐘意食。呢個苦瓜我覺得苦味只有20%,朋友唔鐘意食苦瓜都食到。唔好當佢係中式的苦瓜肉片炒蛋。好欣賞廚師的刀工,真係片片都好似薯片咁薄、爽口,有少少苦味,再配埋仲有少少未全熟蛋漿的炒蛋同埋又係切到好薄的沖繩豚肉片,肉片的肉香,蛋香再加苦苦地的苦瓜片,真係食完一啖再一啖。不過佢地幾大份,好抵食。3. 花生豆腐個質地好得意,煙煙韌韌咁,有少少花生味-由於我對花生敏感所以只係食左好少,但友人都覺得好食,好香花生味。4. 燒和牛肉呢個肉真係必食!!!超級juicy,好有肉味,牛好冧身,唔洗點醬汁已經好好食!我覺得醬汁偏咸反而搶左個牛味。5. 沖繩Agu豬配柚子汁黎依度,梗係要試Agu豬。雖然無和牛咁surprise 但都好好食,個柚子汁就太甜,都係唔洗點汁就咁食就得。6. 酸汁吞拿魚呢個好開胃,個汁好fresh,吞拿魚都算厚切又新鮮,配埋蔥花好香。7. 沖繩冷麵(和風麻醬冷麵)呢個係我成晚的至愛,可能因為我好鐘意食麻醬。好鐘意食介乎烏冬同上海麵之間的粗度的麵條,每一啖都掛到醬汁,再配青瓜、粗條蛋絲、蕃茄酸酸地又好fresh又好有口感,超開胃。其他食物仲點左Agu豬餃子,最無特別的菜式,橙色係甘荀皮完全食唔出、同埋無乜饀料。芥末八爪魚新鮮,爽口,但切得太細粒好難夾。埋單每人約$500。我覺得黎依度食飯的重點唔應該係食壽司魚生,應該係食佢特別的居酒屋小菜同叫野飲。menu都好多選擇,一定會再黎,下次知道邊d值得再encore! continue reading

兩週前剛吃了,週末在銅鑼灣閒逛就忍不住又來了。一樣點了海葡萄,忘記照相了。冰草又缺貨,不知道是什麼原因。每次必點的芥辣魷魚,芥辣味道十足,但恰到好處,並不嗆。魷魚切成小塊,口感也好。炸雞軟骨,軟骨部分香脆,但外面部分稍微有點油膩。下酒好菜。Snapper Carpaccio,很多人喜歡,我卻覺得味道普通,在carpaccio裡算很普通的。無論是肉質、口感、還是味道。 我的最愛之一,沖繩紫薯很有名,個頭不到,味道非常甜,炸過以後也不油膩,配一點點鹽,太美味了。 墨汁干貝茶碗蒸,因為加了魔之所以是黑灰色的,味道非常鮮!和牛海膽炒飯,海膽份量超級少,和牛的油膩和香味沒有炒出來,普通。沖繩水雲冷麵,面很有勁道,湯味道也ok,那一大坨泡菜有點不知所云,整體一般。我最喜歡的黑糖年糕,端上來還暖暖的,口感綿密,黑糖味道十足,超級愛!不過可樂45一小杯,份量還沒有超市賣的一杯多。 continue reading

第一次食沖繩料理,食得出同其他日本料理唔同。坐喺bar枱,好有日本feel.Today special sashimi: 好新鮮,有我最鍾意嘅赤貝!燒牛舌: 同平時嘅牛舌差唔多,都幾好食冰菜:第一次食,應該係沖繩特產?好爽脆鮮甜,配蛋黃醬食安康魚肝:好creamy,一啲都唔腥豬肉炒麵:炒得好香口,咸左少少,而且豬肉都幾肥膩,不過朋友好鍾意甜品: 沖繩黑糖年糕,唔會過甜,好軟糯,一試無防。海鹽雪糕,咸咸甜甜,好食到食唔停口。整體都係好食不過價錢偏貴 continue reading

已經幫襯過幾次,水準keep住好好推薦墨汁炒飯,沖繩手羽,炸薯餅刺身好新鮮,又厚切,啖啖肉,好而且選擇都幾多,飲品都幾多款式佢仲有原條魚咁叫,勁新鮮價錢雖然比較高,但係都算值得 continue reading
