其實都唔想寫咁差,但無辦法:魚生可以不用叫,海葡萄 ok 因為沒有技巧可言,熟食只有那個薄燒和牛可以放入口,花生豆腐只有醬油味,已經放進黑名單,去銅鑼灣可以不用考慮呢間。如果我想食沖繩菜式,我會選擇太古城那間。 continue reading

識咗楚楚好多年,不過未試過一齊食飯。佢話想食海葡萄,咁就嚟呢間啦環境裝修特別,有啲似日本嘅居酒屋,盡頭有張U型吧檯,四圍擺滿唔同嘅酒;其餘嘅係普通檯櫈,其實所有嘢都好好,唯一比較倒胃口及破壞環境嘅係啲皮櫈,一出lift就已經見到幾張爛櫈,係爛到要黐膠紙。再行入嚟,就見到好多張同樣爛到要黐膠紙嘅櫈,其實係咪應該換咗佢呢?海葡萄 ($68)我同楚楚都最愛嘅食物,今晚嘅主角非常新鮮,就算唔淋醋或豉油食都好有口感,逐粒逐粒咬破嘅時候會散發出海味嘅芳香。以$68嚟講有咁多,係好抵食!三色刺身 ($298)有白身魚、海膽及牡丹蝦,全部都好新鮮,尤其是牡丹蝦,真係啖啖鮮味,食到冇停口Agu with Yuzu sauce ($198)沖繩嘅另一種特產,就係「夢幻之豚」Agu豬,肉質細嫩甜美,膽固醇比其他豬肉少3/4。燒過嘅豬肉外脆,散發住香濃嘅柚子味道,內裡脂肪分佈平均,肉質軟嫩,絲毫臊味都冇,肥而不膩,點少少柚子汁好惹味!$198一碟好似好貴,但其實呢14件Agu豬真係好味得好緊要.....炒麵飯 ($82)諗唔到食麵定食飯,撈埋做炒麵飯吖笨!唔食就真係笨喇... 材料豐富,加入豬肉及新鮮韭菜花除咗令成道菜更加好味之外,仲口感倍增!估唔到鬆香嘅飯跟口感十足嘅麵原來係咁襯㗎喎呢度冇水供應,想飲茶嘅話要叫$55一壺嘅綠茶;而且一坐低就每人有一碟枝豆(+每人$20),即係未叫野食已經要先俾$100......食物真係好好味,環境都OK,但係爛凳嘅情景真係令我念念不忘...... 扣咗好多分...... continue reading

是日即興相約好友用膳,兩個女仔本來去食素晚餐,但8點上到悠蔬食唔知要等到何時,所以轉呔去食其他野。  記得上年十一月尾由另一好友介紹"樂宴"這家沖繩料理,吃過後印象很好,所以碰碰運氣(因為頗常滿,要有位最好預約)。樂宴係一家居酒屋,有BAR檯也有ORDER檯, 今次無訂檯下好彩啱啱有兩個BAR檯位。 好啱傾計飲野同食野 !牆身櫃有很多酒樽,可作放置亦可以作陳列裝飾之用。我面前有好多酒糟有些木牌仔坐下不久,侍應拿著這個小黑板介紹是人新鮮精選 。每位的前菜,今次係枝豆這個沖繩炸魷魚鬚勁好味,上次食過番尋味,唔理得膽固醇.....今晚又食!  炸漿剛好,不多不少;魷魚有番咁上下厚肉,肉質彈牙,又一新鮮好味道之選。我一向都食苦瓜,嚟得食沖繩料理梗係要食苦瓜啦~梅肉梅汁同苦瓜混合一起,絕配 ~ 甘甜味美 !去日式食肆,我好鍾意ORDER 銀杏,當然ORDER前會同侍應CONFIRM一下要係日本銀杏才會要;日本銀杏較香港雜貨舖買嚟煲糖水用果D肥嘟嘟可愛D是日刺身拼盤 HK$498牡丹蝦、海膽、帶子、油甘魚、赤貝、深海池魚、石鯛、鮪全部都非常新鮮,賣相又好吸引,眼睛味蕾肚子好滿足 !炸蓮藕片 ~ 色澤暗淡無光...略嫌唔夠乾身食落有丁點油膩感;可以切得再薄些少效果會更加好(在灣仔果間島華亭拉麵店食過炸蓮藕片,好薄好脆喎!)好友要吃的明太子雞翼 ,漲卜卜好足料餡料釀得滿滿,味道不錯,食咗一件都係覺得油咗些少  continue reading

Friday night,我地兩pair 情侶四個人去呢間沖繩居酒屋聚舊,重温一下我地幾個月前一齊去沖繩旅行嘅日子。點解會book 呢度?數月前第一次來過,佢地裝修好有日本居酒屋feel,令我留下不錯的印象。 更重要係,星期五晚揾地方食飯真係頭都大!呢度竟然無分上下兩場,亦無分時限,真係少有。我地就可以放心食嘢慢慢傾計!今晚我地被安排坐係房中,脫鞋入座真好feel! 再加上隔黎枱係一班日本人,我地即時覺得置身係日本當中 Oops,可惜無耐我地呢個日本夢醒咗,坐喺房到十世無人入來,佢又無鐘仔比我地叫人,下下都要起身(因坐和式插對腳落去嘅枱)再隊半個身出去叫人入來寫單收嘢...全晚就係咁樣起身坐底,即時無哂日本feel 喇。強烈建議要改善房嘅服務呀,加返個小鐘仔啦!今晚試咗多樣小食。朋友飲酒,我叫咗蕃石榴汁飲。果汁清甜濃郁無溝水的味道,如我喺沖繩同台灣飲過的巴樂汁 沖繩苦瓜炒豬肉:日本沖繩苦瓜一啲都唔苦,配以香滑嘅炒蛋嘅同沖繩嫩豬肉,讚如沖繩食過呢度菜一樣好味。 明太子雞翼:皮同雞肉都有點乾,睇落脹卜卜釀咗好似好多料,但明太子的味道不是太香或突出。 燒和牛:望落啲牛肉雖然好紅好生咁,但肉質入口其實啱啱好very good! 外層grill 得香,中間啲肉好soft入口溶化,牛味香。點蘿蔔蓉加酸汁食,中和牛脂嘅油膩感。 炸藕片:好香脆,好似食厚切薯片咁,點來一齊食嘅辣醬辣度適中帶點點酸味,食到停唔到口咁濟 好似係牛肉定什麼燒芋餅。我原以為會係牛肉薯餅金黃色嘅樣子,點知咁奇怪深啡色一條條的,令人想起狗的便便。賣相扣分,味道亦係古怪,外層硬硬地又靱又油,內裡甜得來又鹹鹹地,唔知想點 舞茸菇天婦羅:炸漿太厚,內裡嘅舞茸菇無乜味道。感覺只食到炸漿,然後未食到舞茸個菇已溶咗咁。 燒飯團:有明太子同三文魚(鮭)。燒得不好,無乜塗醬油燒過咁,外層看似香脆但其實無乜味道。最差的是內料極少,不論三文魚或明太子都係食咗3/4 先喺個底部有少少材料(我地初時仲以為明太子只係得飯團上的那一點點!),感覺似食無味白飯一樣。失望! 結論:食物質素一半半,睇下叫唔叫得啱食。價格偏高因份量較少,性價比唔係太高。還好星期五晚無時限,服務有待改善。 continue reading
