中環地段咁既食物質素，算幾合理食左豬鞍架，好肥，但有肉香，煎得幾靚。用靚海鹽，仲有焗蒜頭，除左油左d外，都幾好味職員服務態度好有任食薯條，鮮炸同幼條，幾好味，並非用萬年油炸係杯咖啡可以好d，因為無拉花，有點頹。但跟餐嗌係加$18唧，所以收貨。下次可以再試

適逢朋友生日想食牛排就點名食呢間，真心無介紹錯！•Staff好有禮貌，詳細介紹，周不時會fill水同問fill薯條，好細心！•只要叫一個main course就會跟返一盤可以無限refill既薯條，由原個薯仔連片批出黎既幼薯條，調味適中唔會過咸，好味😋•另外有蕃茄湯同沙律～沙律正常冇投訴，而蕃茄湯偏酸麻麻地•我地3人分別叫左Special menu - 青醬慢煮12小時牛排肉質鮮嫩，易入口同時亦有口感香草平鐵牛扒肉味好出，可惜係叫medium rare但整左medium牛油果漢堡份量十足，餐廳仲好貼心用風琴包裝，就唔怕整污糟手👍🏼無論裝修服務食物味道可以話無咩投訴都唔錯～

It's not that crowded during lunch hour, considering its location in Central. The service is okay, but the prices are a bit high. 🌱🍽️ TB Smashed Burger $118The TB Smashed Burger features a 4oz beef patty accompanied by red wine onions, cheddar cheese, veggies, and house sauce.The burger is reasonably portioned, but the toppings and flavors are quite ordinary. The beef patty is cooked adequately, but it lacks exceptional taste or juiciness. Would try other burgers if I come again.

😹 I had low expectations when we decided to try out a new restaurant, but to our delightful surprise, Top Blade Steak Lab surpassed all our expectations. We discovered that it was a branch of a well-known establishment, and the food turned out to be absolutely fantastic.
