一上菜便嗅到馬拉糕的香味! 急不及待趁熱試一口,一試之下,正是傳統馬拉糕的味道! 糕身又鬆又軟、味道甜而不膩! 現在好多酒樓都用「奶黃千層糕」代替馬拉糕,能夠做出傳統馬拉糕風味的餐廳已少之又少。

酥皮焗叉燒包 $12
眼見在坐差不多每桌客人都必吃的! 賣相不錯,不過就比較細個。一試之下,包身鬆脆香口, 酥皮好好味,唔會一食就碎! 值得一提的是叉燒涵好足料,正是皮薄涵靚! 試過一次之後,馬上明白點解每桌客人都order 了!

金銀蛋廋肉粥 $12
相比起其他食物,這裡做的粥就比較平凡。不過依然係足料製作,啖啖都食到蛋同肉,不過不失!

黃沙豬潤腸 $15
一般酒樓都係用叉燒、牛肉、鮮蝦等做腸粉材料,用豬潤的我們都係第一次試! 熱辣辣的腸粉又係皮薄涵靚! 腸粉及豬潤的配搭相當美味! 雖然豬潤唔算好多,但啖啖都食到豬潤香味!

實在係非常滿意的一餐! 開飯之選! 我們下次一定會再來!

昨天一行4人試食此間餐廳先不論是否得獎及其他老饕的評價本人的吃後感想是<<不值一晒>>在餐單上的東西我們點了總共19樣的食品應該有超過他們提供的食物種類90%左右很多網友美食家說讚好吃的食物都在我們的點餐裡<<論招呼>>與是對此間的評論拿號碼輪候本來是一個比較公平的作法現場叫號到181號本人拿的是191號心想只差10個號碼應該很快可以有位所以決定留在現場等待當叫號到188號時有幾位拿票號164, 173....號等3至4位已超號的老饕回到現場要求安排位子我聽到負責叫號及發號碼的餐廳職員跟他們說馬上可以安排位子給他們他們都是已經超過24及15個號碼, 為何一回來就有可以安排位子呢?我在餐廳的大門及玻璃上找尋有關輪號超過時的安排方式及說明, 但一無所獲所以我直接問那個負責叫號的餐廳職員本人:超過幾個號碼才可以重新安排坐位?餐廳職員:超過多少號都可以安排本人:那不是對現場等待的人很不公平?餐廳職員:我沒時間跟你解釋,你都去行啦,唔好係度等(說完後即轉身回店裡)之後我聽到其他在現場輪候的人也在議論紛紛時最勁的係那個餐廳職員丟出一句

昨天一行4人試食此間餐廳
先不論是否得獎及其他老饕的評價
本人的吃後感想是<<不值一晒>>
在餐單上的東西我們點了總共19樣的食品
應該有超過他們提供的食物種類90%左右
很多網友美食家說讚好吃的食物都在我們的點餐裡

[混亂][不堪]是對此間的評論
拿號碼輪候本來是一個比較公平的作法
現場叫號到181號
本人拿的是191號
心想只差10個號碼應該很快可以有位所以決定留在現場等待
當叫號到188號時
有幾位拿票號164, 173....號等3至4位已超號的老饕回到現場要求安排位子
我聽到負責叫號及發號碼的餐廳職員跟他們說馬上可以安排位子給他們
他們都是已經超過24及15個號碼, 為何一回來就有可以安排位子呢?
我在餐廳的大門及玻璃上找尋有關輪號超過時的安排方式及說明, 但一無所獲
所以我直接問那個負責叫號的餐廳職員
本人:超過幾個號碼才可以重新安排坐位?
餐廳職員:超過多少號都可以安排
本人:那不是對現場等待的人很不公平?
餐廳職員:我沒時間跟你解釋,你都去行啦,唔好係度等
(說完後即轉身回店裡)
之後我聽到其他在現場輪候的人也在議論紛紛時
最勁的係那個餐廳職員丟出一句話來
餐廳職員:都叫你地唔好係度等,塞住晒條路,你地去行啦,8點半前號碼都有效既.
後來本人再一次去查看他的號碼登記簿
原來在號碼登記簿下面還壓著一張卡紙
卡紙上寫著4-5個是超號回來等補位的號碼
本人即時說原來仲有好幾個號碼要等
餐廳職員看見我發現了此卡紙及對現場等待的朋友說話
即時把卡紙上的號碼全部劃掉及重新用號碼登記簿遮掩
此時已有多位現場輪候的老饕不滿
在餐廳內的招呼亦沒有任何改善
坐下時侍應準備要幫我們倒茶
因為朋友懷孕不能喝,所以我們馬上要求倒2杯水
侍應:要水呀,好麻煩架喎,飲茶啦
本人:沒有水嗎?

侍應:你點解唔要茶
本人:本人懶得回答此種低水平的問題所以沒有回應
侍應:咁你唔飲茶,飲咩野?
本人:咩野都唔飲,唔要茶唔要水,得唔得呀

另外一個好笑的事情是發生在鄰坐
客人坐下來問侍應點菜單在哪裡
侍應:我點知點菜單係邊(木無表情)
客人:(呆若木雞)


<<論食物>>
食物水平只能說一般,乏善足陳
在此只略述一二
1)陳皮牛肉球,牛肉球好”林”,沒有口感,
牛肉味不是多,可能是機絞免治牛肉的關係
陳皮不多,所以提味能力有限,陳皮二字應該只是點綴之用
2)古法糯米雞,可能本人未夠老,唔知古法的配方如何
但只以食材而論沒有特別,糯米香軟是基本要求沒有可吹虛的
餡料只有幾片肉片及一些醬料吧
本人喜食糯米雞凡廿五載,暫時覺得大家樂的糯米雞比較好吃
3)蝦腸,堪可算合格,皮薄餡料尚算新鮮

<<論環境衛生>>
1)來此店前已有準備對環境不會有太高要求,就是一般的小餐廳
2)但店內悶熱的程度真的很難想像,雖然看到樓頂上有3台分體式冷氣出風口
但店內溫度依然很高,不知是店主想趕客定係廚房太近,熱氣又無法有效被抽出
只見抽風口置放於很高的位置,應該無法有效抽走熱氣吧
3)衛生亦只屬一般,本人及另外一位朋友在此進餐後皆有腹瀉的情況,本人是腹瀉了2次.

若此文與其他老饕期望不符請見諒
口味各有不同,對餐廳的要求亦各有高低

牛肉腸粉:知道這裡的豬潤腸粉很不錯呢!而我之前也曾吃過味道真的很不錯!不過因為媽媽不吃豬潤關係,今次改了牛肉腸粉,或許這裡的牛肉真的很不錯,所以這個腸粉每一口也能嚐出牛肉新鮮及嫩滑的味道呢!


蝦餃:至於蝦餃,本身這個是媽媽最愛,但今次來到時,發覺每粒蝦餃都像縮了水啊,size真的細了很多
從前這個蝦餃我最少也要分兩口才能吃下,但今天,我只能給它一個新的綽號:(一口蝦餃)!至於味道是ok的,只是size的問題啊!

咸水角:這個當店員送來的時候還很熱呢,立即食真的很不錯,咸水角通常大部分酒樓都會用肥豬肉吧,但這裡選用不肥不瘦的,所以吃起來不會有很膩的感覺,熱熱的吃起來真的很滋味啊!


最後,本身準備埋單的時候,我同媽媽見到隔離既一班鬼仔每人叫了一客mango布甸呢,仲食得津津有味咁呢,我同媽媽頓時就比呢個小小的布丁吸引著啦,媽媽就立即問我乜有呢個甜品架咩?咁我就立即check下張單啦,因為平時我地都從未係度食過任何甜品既!之後見到除左布甸之外仲有糖水呢,不過因為我地都被布甸所吸引住,所以就立即叫了1個2份試食一下啦!因為甜品關係所以不用等,一叫店員就送來了,當媽媽食完一啖之外,佢就竟然不禁張開個口爭大雙眼望住我大讚好好味呢!!所以我都立即試了一啖,嘩,真的嘩了一聲,因為真的十分美味啊!!
真的難以想像這裡的甜品也做得很不錯,雖然沒有試過另外幾款甜品!所以我只能說這裡的芒果布甸真的是十分十分的推介呢!每一口都溶入好濃郁的花奶味道,儘管佢無比花奶我,亦都十分之夠味了,因為佢本身就落左花奶先去雪既,所以事後既花奶都不需要了!就連平日十分嘴雕的媽媽,都也被這個美味的布丁馴服了!haha


我知道這裡因為主打就是點心,可能大家和我一樣都忽略了他們的甜品呢!
有機會再來這裡的話,竟然也排了這麼耐啊,也不妨在飯後試試這個布甸小甜品

昨晚同男友行經旺角, 突然今晚好想食點心, 當然去"添好運"食點心啦。一去到阿姐要我地等15張, 我地心知最少要等9個字以上, 所以走去YWCA 嘆番杯要先再黎。等到9點15分, 好快到我地有位, 入面好窄我地要一齊坐無得面對面TIM。我地叫左糯米雞, 蝦腸, 陳皮牛肉球, 酥皮叉燒包, 加埋咸水角。等左唔夠10分鐘就有得食, 服務好快速, 阿姐態度都唔錯, 不停幫大家加水。個糯米雞收$20 都係值既, 因為真係好足料, 好多雞肉同豬肉O係入面, 不過如果我無記錯, 以前的是有隻蛋O係入面, 硬係太多肉....好飽....不過都係算好食。蝦腸出乎以料的滑, 仲有好多蝦, 抵食。牛肉球咬得出不是雪藏貨, 牛肉好鬆軟, 而且好入味最好的食物真的會留O係最後食, 咸水角一D都唔似酒樓炸起的死實, 反而係鬆脫無比。酥皮叉燒包趁熱食最好, 出面好似墨西哥飽, 入面D 叉燒汁慢慢流出來, 很多也沒有食過甘好食的叉燒飽。食得晒都已經好飽啦, 呢度個老闆娘如果見你食剩會俾埋個外賣袋你, 叫你唔好浪費, 打包回家。客人多數都會聽完後打包回家, 呢一間少舖除左好有人情味仲好"環保"呢!!! 大家都要記得有

想試食好耐la,但每次經過見到嗰條人龍就驚,今日終於食到la!!!!!!!!!!!!雖然等位等咗好耐,d 位又窄又逼,好彩d 點心冇令人失望,試咗酥皮叉燒包, 牛肉腸粉, 蘿蔔糕, 藕餅, 蝦餃同燒賣,同fd 都係最鍾意食叉燒包同腸粉,下次再嚟都會encore.

終於有機會試吓!之前一次太多人,要等成70個籌,所以放棄。今次等30個左右,响附近行吓約1個鐘後返去,等多一陣就到我哋。Order酥皮焗叉燒包、豬及叉燒腸粉、蘿蔔糕、燒賣、牛肉、咸水角同排骨反。最先到係酥皮焗叉燒包同蘿蔔糕。好正!尤其係叉燒包,皮脆,D函又好味,一家三口一人一個啱啱好。 蘿蔔糕又多蘿蔔唔會食到成口粉,不過多D臘味重正。其他點心都十分有水準,最緊要係價錢好底,無記錯最貴都唔使20蚊,咁嘅價錢又有咁好嘅食物水準,真超值!最後,仲encore咗個酥皮焗叉燒包。

古法糯米雞還是大隻, 糯米仍舊柔軟又帶煙韌又帶點濕潤; 內裡包著的仍然是是大量的瘦肉, 味道OK, 不過吃起來卻比較嚡口, 雞件只有一塊, 而且很像雪藏貨, 沒甚味道. 雖然仍是很大隻, 不過感覺上材料已經比上次的少.

鮮蝦皇燒賣的賣相和味道依然保持水準, 蝦與豬肉的比例相約, 燒賣內也沒有半點肥, 符合現代人的健康飲食原則.

陳皮牛肉球的陳皮味仍然芳蹤杳然, 馬蹄也只有一兩粒, 牛肉雖然滑, 不過今次的牛肉賣相有點怪, 紅紅的, 看起來好像還未蒸熟! 整體只是過得去.

香滑馬拉糕帶有雞蛋香味, 又軟又輕, 水準雖然不及大榮華, 但已經很不錯.

招牌菜酥皮焗义燒包, 味道仍是义燒包和菠蘿包的混合體, 頂部的酥皮依舊香, 不過, 份量卻少了, 沒有以前那般香脆, 而且比較甜; 义燒包的义燒醬和义燒都算很多, 不過咬下去已經沒有"漏汁"了, 好在义燒粒也全是瘦肉,雖然較以前的遜色, 但仍是水準之作.

黃沙豬膶腸是最令人失望的點心, 豬膶吃下去很硬, 以前的又軟又起沙的豬膶已經不再. 腸粉雖然滑, 但也彌補不了黃沙豬膶的硬, 跟上次吃的黃沙豬膶腸的比較, 水準大大下跌, 失敗之作!!

可喜的是侍應已經甚少送錯或送漏點心, 而且甚少一下子全部點心同一時間送上, 不會放涼點心, 影響味道. 較令人失望的就是門外等位仍然甚混亂, 而且起碼要排一兩個小時, 太花時間了! 而且位子又少又擠迫, 環境又嘈雜. 由於出了名的關係, 價錢亦比以往上脹了. 最重要的是食物質素正在下降中, 不單是普通點心, 連招牌菜也出現同樣情況! 有說是因為大廚到了深水埗的新店, 所以水準差了. 希望此店能保持原來的水準, 否則下年分分鐘會被米芝連"除星"!!! 下次再光顧的話, 大槪會去新店試試, 因為花個多兩個小時去排隊吃點心, 實在不值得, 不如花這些時間去做其他事情還來得實際!

3 ) 鳳爪排骨飯
飯好香 蒸得岩岩好 不林亦不硬

4 ) 家鄉咸水角
有少少油 食左一粒就夠
不過個餡都幾足料 肉粒幾香

5 ) 白汁雞絲春卷
是日之highlight (!!!!!!) 好好味啊 (!!!!!!)

好大舊 不過好似無乜特別
係幾有荷葉香ge其實 入面都有d肉片啊菇啊之類

Baked Char Siu (BBQ Pork) Buns ($12/three) was probably our tables' favourite dish. Each bun was the exact same size, with a very thin layer of the sweet buttery crispy topping, and inside were lean char siu and lots of piping hot sweet sticky sauce...9/10

Glutinous Rice Dumpling (Lor mai gai) ($20) was sticky and moist. Inside was some lean pork and Chinese dried mushrooms, as well as this gravy which gives lor mai gai its slightly sweet and salty taste. This glutinous rice dumpling was actually really tasty, and I would definitely order it again. 7/10

Spring Rolls with White Sauce and Shredded Chicken filling (Chun Guen) ($14) is I believe, not available every day. Fillings for spring rolls are rotated, and today's was not bad but not great either. I would've preferred some fresh bouncy marinated shrimps... 5/10

Fried Turnip Pudding (lor bak go) ($10) was not as crispy as I would've liked. Perhaps they could've made a drier turnip cake then fry it in a hotter pan? Any how, the turnip pudding was really soft - too soft. I did like the fact that it had small thin slices of turnip within it though. 6/10

Shrimp Dumplings (Har Gow) ($18) was alright. For the price they charge here I expected something more. The shrimps were fresh, but the skin was so over-steamed it sort of ruined the dumpling for me. I believe my dim sum place downstairs can do a better job than this! 6.5/10

Steamed Spinach Dumplings ($12) was better. Although the skin was again way over-steamed, the filling had ginger and garlic flavours that paired so well with the spinach. Also, the spinach didn't have any of that bitterness which the oxalic acid in the plant can sometimes give off when cooked... 7/10

Chiu Chow Dumplings (Fun-gwo) ($10). If the spinach dumplings and har gow above don't look over-cooked, this definitely looked really over-steamed at the table and the skin looked too thick.... did not try.

Deep-fried Glutinous Dumpling (ham sui gok) ($12) was another dish I didn't get to try, but apparently my friends loved it so you might want to give it a try.

Steamed brown sugar sponge cake (Ma-lai go) ($10) here was really small in portion - definitely not enough to justify its price, and taste-wise it was just alright. I would've preferred if the cake wasn't so 'wet' and had a bit more structure - perhaps too much liquid in the cake batter? Also, it was a little lacking in sugar... this isn't usually the case with brown sugar cakes but here it was. Definitely not the best I've had. 5/10

After the above, we ordered some more dim sum plus four more of the baked char siu buns to-go!

Will be back for more - I heard the congee + rice/noodles aren't bad!

今晚與朋友行完街‥記得添好運是在附近‥去到看到好多人,我們等了一會兒就可以入去‥好有茶樓FEEL,點心也是即叫即弄,新鮮和熱。我們點了 酥皮焗叉燒包、黃沙豬潤腸、潮州蒸粉果、滑旦牛肉飯‥‥雖然等了一會兒,可是上來的是熱‥服務員態度也很好~看到這店拿了好多獎,都是值得的﹗下次要再去食~^^
