聖誕臨近,又到了聚會的佳節,聚會右穿右插和朋友真的可能要一個月才約到,到時節日都過了。但想不到美利酒店The Tai Pan已經率先推出了節日晚市套餐,而且仲長達一個月,正好適合一班由12月到1月都仲約緊聚會的朋友。以$888的價錢於5星級酒店食5道菜節日晚餐,可算十分實惠,我們加$488搭配了餐酒,盡興一番。2款香脆麵包先上枱,飲酒前可填一下肚。頭盤是鵝肝凍批,一旁是一磚烤得香脆的麵包,凍批灑上了焦糖、燕麥、開心果碎,為鵝肝的豐潤口感增添了香甜焦脆,和麵包同吃正好解膩。食落輕盈但又不失肥美。 配2020年的法國白酒,香甜易入口,很合我意。第二道菜香煎帶子,以魚子醬、柚子、馬鈴薯及韭菜奶泡環抱,及以木薯脆片伴碟。帶子肥美,奶泡幼滑。食貝類配2019年德國的Riesling最夾。接住的白鱈魚超級嫩!雪白方正的一件,魚肉彈牙又不失嫩滑,滿滿的龍蝦粒伴以濃湯、海露筍、大蜆、菠菜苗等,有三種海鮮鮮味!尤以龍蝦味最突出!配淺紅色礦物味濃郁的阿根庭紅酒,淡淡的紅李子和乾覆盆子味。主菜點了medium rare的菲力牛扒,肉嫩腍而不失咬口,上枱一刻已菌香四溢,墊底的薯蓉質感細滑,菲力扒伴上雞油菌、乾葱、羊肚菌和黑松露等多重香氣,喜歡牛扒又喜歡菌的朋友,小小一塊,絕不夠喉。唯有飲多幾啖加州的赤霞珠止癮。甜品是聖誕帽蛋糕,造型超級可愛!蛋糕是雲呢拿慕斯和香料酒梨蜜棧,一邊是肉桂雪糕。配2016意大利甜酒,酒真的很甜,有肉桂蜂蜜鳳梨、無花果等多重果香。好友預先相聚,望著成枱的酒杯,和食剩少少的蛋糕,大家都好滿足,食飽抖完再出去聖誔樹度打卡,已經感覺自己過緊聖誕,滿有節日氣氛!! continue reading
