另一道主菜是慢煮豬腩肉配焦糖蘋果藜麥及酸子汁。這道菜的豬腩肉香噴噴,豬肉層層分明,有香脆的豬皮,肥而不膩的啫喱層,還有啖啖肉的瘦肉部分,整件豬腩肉相當好味。然後配上了焦糖蘋果藜麥,還有配上了酸子汁,所以藜麥味道酸酸甜甜的,能夠中和豬腩肉的油膩感。

我最愛的是香蕉蛋糕,這款香蕉蛋糕內有香蕉片,所以香蕉味濃十分好吃,而且cream的質感相當幼滑,吃起來Creamy,令人愛不釋手想一吃再吃。
另外Tiramisu都相當出色,又滑又重咖啡香氣,啖啖都十分滿足。
紅酒燴啤梨,啤梨帶有微微的酒香十分清甜,而且啤梨做得相當腍身,入口即溶,口感奇妙,而且帶有清甜和微微的酒香,烹調得相當出色。

最近睇D飲食節目講到食蠔,攪到好想食就決定book間專食蠔的做晚餐。叫咗三種流量最高的蠔 : Pacific , Spanish Rock XL同埋 Gillardeau 。每種都大大隻,我鍾意🥰。味道由淡到濃,由creamy 到爽口。但奇怪的係我比較鍾意 Pacific 。吞拿魚沙律:有creamy 的牛油果加新鮮的蕃茄蔬菜同埋吞拿魚剌生,西式餐廳有日式沙律,感覺fusion 。蔬菜豬肉包:大片爽脆的生蔬包住炸到金黃色的豬肉粒,清甜之餘又有香口的豬肉味,好似進階咗的上诲生蔬包。鮮蠔🦪忌廉湯:超濃的蠔味,但湯好滑。😍😍黑松露忌廉磨菇湯有粒粒的口感,另一種的感覺。加拿大豬扒:好厚身但係好Juicy👍🏻👍🏻,好香豬肉味。香蕉切餅:係香蕉同埋cream完美的成品。cream 夠厚身而把香蕉緊緊的包住。香蕉又不會太生或太熟。餐廳搬新地址後第一次來,更大更舒適更享受。
