To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

    見酒店有推廣，立刻book位同家人吃。位置在大堂中空，比JW cafe景觀開揚。中式食物有鮑魚，片皮鴨，燒味，蒸蝦，炒蟹/小龍蝦，點心，煮得唔錯，鮑魚有咬口彈性。冰鎮蝦和長腳蟹好大件。魚生質素高，同JW cafe一樣。燒牛肉有牛味。甜品選擇不少，但蛋糕由切餅轉了小方塊，自家雪糕都有3款幾好味，另加HD牌子。中式甜品有豆腐花和難得有芝麻糊。整體性價比高，員工服務好好。 continue reading

      這家位於JW Marriot 的 The Lounge 吃下午茶自助餐，食物款式不算多，味道也不突出。可能因為半年前已食過一次，感覺今次差別也不大。不過自助餐的食物衹是貴多不貴精，所以沒有太大的期望。食物的款式也離不開魚生、即煮粉麵、簡單熟食和甜點，每一款吃一點都夠飽。今天印象較深刻的為燒乳鴿，味道明顯比上次入味。環境方面，今天算是滿座，當時有些客人也被安排坐到隔壁的 Bar Q88；可幸的就是服務員數目足夠，所以整體服務也不錯 。 continue reading

        一個月內又再次到訪金鐘萬豪酒店，今次我哋揀咗去The Lounge 食晚市自助餐。當晚食物選擇有蟹腳，蝦，壽司，魚生，沙律，麵包，芝士，羊架，燒牛肉，义燒，脆乳鴿，海南雞，鮑魚同大花菇，中西式湯各一款，同我最鍾意嘅片皮鴨！甜品方面，最驚喜嘅係有麵包布甸，豆腐花，芝麻糊同軟雪糕機！其他的bite size 蛋糕同生果都有不錯的選擇！每樣野試食少少就已經好滿足！唯一係杯歺茶叫咗lemon tea，我覺得 冇JW cafe 個杯咁好飲🙂歺廳環境樓底好高，枱與枱之間亦有足夠的距離，而且我哋6:50pm 左右到達就已經可以入座，安排滿意！ continue reading
