蘇豪區一直都係成個中環最多元化嘅地區之一,呢度有好多好有特色嘅bar, 唔少我都想試好耐,見倒呢度有單點優惠,我就拿拿聲book黎試吓先呢度環境係幾昏暗,一坐低就已經serve咗welcoming drink,係sparkling wine黎。我覺得好順口,慢慢飲,飲咗成餐今日係慶祝紀念日,所以都食咗唔少野Chicken Bruschetta係用咗意大利紅酒醋煮過嘅三色椒同雞肉,配上Altamura麵包。口感食落有少少似法包,但鬆軟啲Beef Tartare都非常出色,牛肉食落好新鮮,完全冇怪味,肉味仲好濃好豐富Cooked Ham and Mushroom Pizza好Juicy, 一啲都唔乾,唔會怕熱氣。佢呢度除咗傳統餅底,仲有Thin Crispy同埋Deep fried兩種,鍾意試多啲意大利風味嘅朋友岩晒Main Dish我地叫咗Medium rare嘅Tender Loin,佢嘅肉味係好香,即使係半生熟但仍然平衡倒外層嘅焦香同埋內裡嘅嫩滑呢個其實係side dish - Carprese Salad,呢度嘅side dish份量都好大,實在係非常抵食另一個Side係Black

知道生牛肉他他係一道名菜,但本人其實對於食生牛肉有少少抗拒,但既然講到話想食正宗意大利菜所以決定一戰。真心比我想像中好食,個感覺呢完全唔似食緊生牛肉,其實有啲似食緊吞拿魚刺身,加上呢佢用咗啲洋蔥調味,令成個菜式好開胃。

話明係Mom’s姐係全部係homemade而且好有家鄉味,佢個番茄醬加埋肉煮咗六個鐘頭,個味唔會淨係得酸甜,仲配上肉味嘅濃郁,令到成個千層面好惹味有層次,佢再加埋三種唔同既芝士(雖然我淨係識Mozzarella),超濃味又拉絲,同老公兩個要爭食。

350g 肉眼姐係大約12oz,其實個份量應該三個人食都足夠,紐西蘭嘅牛好重肉味,岩哂牛魔王,特別想講佢伴碟係4個sauce,包括black truffle,lemon,chili同vinegar,四款sauce都係用橄欖油用個base再加少少調味,味道唔搶,淡淡地足夠吊味又唔會搶左牛本身既肉味,唔同香港好多西餐廳,伴碟個sauce其實係超搶味。

都係果句啦,食甜品真係另一竹個胃,The Italian Club既tiramisu真係signature,佢個cream好滑好香,配埋Illy Coffee加蛋糕,冇得輸,五分鐘ko。

成餐飯由頭盤去到甜品十分之圓滿,特別想講食西餐除咗味道外,環境同服務都係超級重要嘅一環,而依一間餐廳係依方面可以話9.9分,所以我成個用餐都好滿意,邊個要同女朋友老婆慶祝,快d book一定冇死。

朋友相約SOHO食意大利菜,去到知道所有菜式做半價,真開心,可以盡興。飲杯 Prosecco 意大利汽酒,味道甜美,配免費的香脆麵包棒或意大利火腿都得。Culatello Zibello -據說這款意大利火腿比巴馬更優勝,肉質的確很柔軟,鹽分不高,不像常吃到的風乾火腿。Fassona Beef Tartare-生牛肉由百分百意大利 La Granda Fassona Beef 牛肉製造,味道好,肉質柔軟,配沙律及多士。Rigatoni Italian Sausage 忌廉意式通粉真係好好味,意大利腸仔弄碎混合作汁調味。主菜吃 USDA Tenderloin,用熱辣辣鐵板上,等於面對仍在煎,即取即吃,最佳質素。配茶點了 Roasted Potatoes 及 Oven Baked Parmigiano Reggano Baby Spinach,菠菜特別。Tiramisu 意大利芝士蛋糕原來有很多口味,真是第一次見,菠蘿、芒果、士多啤梨等,我選了芒果口味,很有新鮮感。朱古力 Profiteroles 好好味,朱古力香,不太軟身有咬口。
