To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 望落清淡,但食落口充滿火腿嘅鹹香,撞落綿滑嘅烏雞露,肥西自己覺得效果一般,素燕份量頗多,為呢道菜加返些少口感。

👅龍蝦油珍珠蛋白龍蝦 (8.3/10)
好吃!一粒粒大小不一但嫩滑可口嘅珍珠蛋白,圍住中間晶瑩通透嘅彈牙龍蝦球,再mix 埋紅潤嘅龍蝦油吊一吊味,成件事就係啱啱好可以taste到唔同食材嘅鮮味🌞

👅禪衣和牛肋 (8/10)
煮得軟淋嘅和牛肋,表面裹上一層酥脆唔油膩嘅天婦羅炸衣,底部就浸係濃稠嘅牛肉汁到,一刀切開放入口辣親條西脷🥵心機嚟講畀滿分💯無可否認係一道處理得十分出色嘅菜式,只係個人麻麻地個特濃醬汁同脆淋相接嘅口感~

👅小象拔清湯泡白玉 (8.2/10)
呢碗湯望落平平無奇,但完美咁消除咗上一道濃味菜留係口腔入面嘅餘韻。中間嘅冬瓜入口即融咁濟,完全冇渣👍🏻同爽脆嘅小象拔同豆莢粒粒一齊放入口,清甜得嚟又有啲咬口,本身以為啲白色波波係普通薏米,點知勁煙韌,surprise 咗一秒😗

👅鍾水餃 (7.2/10)
餃子皮正,薄身得嚟有嚼勁,包住飽滿嘅肉餡同爽脆嘅蔬菜粒,再mix 埋香辣嘅辣椒油,好食嘅。但放係呢個接近八百蚊嘅tasting menu入面,作為最後一道鹹食,似乎就比較失色😌

👅白冰馬蹄露 紅妝雪梅娘 (7.5/10)
涼浸浸滑捋捋嘅冰粉有爽口嘅馬蹄粒增加口感,味道淡雅。雪梅娘creamy嘅餡入面暗藏芒果粒,中和返無咁膩。

間嘢裝修好decent,樓底高,空間感足,sofa位都坐得好舒服,朋友一句總括:溝女一流(不代表本台意見)😌食物唔差但未去到impressive,服務係同水準餐廳嚟講合格嘅👍🏻由家庭聚餐到semi-formal meeting到約會嚟講都適合嘅一間中價位餐廳。

第二次光顧大館的Chinese liberty 這次是生日晚餐在Chinese liberty,這裡無論環境、食物…各方面都excellent.每次吃到好吃的食物我都在想:跟著這裡大㕑學藝的,將來去到哪裡都可發光發亮是quality 呀!是日選了北京填鴨:香氣撲鼻,還有8款不同的配料及醬料令人食慾倍增金沙海鮮炒飯:飯與飯之間粒粒分明質感乾爽加上咸蛋黃的金香席上各人讚不絕口清湯松茸煮勝瓜:不得不提這個勝瓜下的清湯鮮甜清新小孩子也非常喜歡濃湯雞頭燴意大利南瓜:甜甜的南瓜很有口感的雞頭豆鮮甜的蔬菜混合濃湯既健康又好吃脆皮手斯雞:雞皮很脆雞肉亦很嫩滑是佐酒的佳餚蔥油黑白雞:黑白相間的擺設又如鋼琴上的琴鍵雞肉軟滑帶麻而不辣是一道不錯的冷盤

香氣撲鼻,還有8款不同的配料及醬料
令人食慾倍增

金沙海鮮炒飯:
飯與飯之間粒粒分明
質感乾爽
加上咸蛋黃的金香
席上各人讚不絕口

清湯松茸煮勝瓜:
不得不提這個勝瓜下的清湯
鮮甜清新
小孩子也非常喜歡

濃湯雞頭燴意大利南瓜:
甜甜的南瓜
很有口感的雞頭豆
鮮甜的蔬菜混合濃湯
既健康又好吃

脆皮手斯雞:
雞皮很脆
雞肉亦很嫩滑
是佐酒的佳餚

蔥油黑白雞:
黑白相間的擺設
又如鋼琴上的琴鍵
雞肉軟滑
帶麻而不辣
是一道不錯的冷盤

廣東人喜歡一盅兩件,除了是吃早餐外,也是談天的好地方。平日要返工,唯有weekend 先可以好好嘆茶。知道大館開咗間中式點心餐廳,仲係weekend 時間有點心放題,可以等你慢慢食,慢慢傾,何樂而不為?年初時已從朋友口中已經得知呢間點心放題,但相約朋友需時,終於第4季約到時間成行。雖然是放題點心,但水準有保證,而且點心都是即叫即蒸,新鮮熱辣好好味,而且份量除非特別指明外,會按人數而出,唔會混亂唔知一碟有幾多粒,好清楚明白。餐廳走精緻路線,不是大堆頭那種,點心有心思地將傳統加入新味道,令人有耳目一新的感覺,雖然是放題,但選擇的款式都還okay, 大路的點心都有,如蝦鮫、燒賣、叉燒包、腸粉、甜品、粉麵都有,整體味道都好好,而當中比較特色有:🔸椒麻蝦餃蝦餃皮薄彈牙,有輕微的味,但又唔好辣,幾襯🔸黑蒜燒賣燒賣底包了一粒仔黑蒜,有黑蒜甜甜酸酸的味道,都幾特別,但我個人就麻麻🔸紅菜頭餃(大約名字😂)加入紅菜頭個顏色變粉紅色好靚,紅菜頭味道也沒有很強,混和起來是okay的🔸魚香脆茄子將茄子切條炸脆,上面再加上魚仔肉碎等,幾特別幾惹味,初時完全食唔出係茄子整體味道是水準以上,環境寬敞舒適,而且服務很好

加入紅菜頭個顏色變粉紅色好靚,紅菜頭味道也沒有很強,混和起來是okay的
🔸魚香脆茄子
將茄子切條炸脆,上面再加上魚仔肉碎等,幾特別幾惹味,初時完全食唔出係茄子

整體味道是水準以上,環境寬敞舒適,而且服務很好,不停為你添茶水,不錯。
