今次介紹嘅係一間由2016年開始連續三年獲香港米芝蓮指南推介嘅美國菜餐廳,The Butchers Club係2015年成為10大米芝蓮街頭小食,係國際媒體《Time Out》香港版得到5星級漢堡評級,又曾獲媒體頒發最佳牛扒、最佳漢堡等殊榮,講到呢到都知呢間餐廳來頭唔小,食物質素有品質保證,除咗出名漢堡之外仲有特創嘅鴨油薯條。-The Butchers Club係香港首間乾式熟成牛肉專門店及網店。乾式熟成就係將味道最濃、油花分布勻稱既牛肉切肉塊,唔加任何包裝置係恒溫、恒濕控制既冷藏熟成室中,利用牛肉本身既天然酵素同外在的微生物作用增加牛肉既嫩度、風味、多汁性,令肉質變得更加細緻,味道更濃厚。餐廳自設熟成工場,牛肉至少經過兩星期或以上的乾式熟成,溫度係攝氏0度左右,濕度控制係50%~85%之間,令肉味更濃郁和肉質更鬆化。-🇭🇰分店灣仔總店選址係小區內街,係中環、鰂魚涌、尖沙咀、黃竹坑都有分店,尖沙咀分店更加設於K11,位置方便,非常適合九龍區既朋友。-排隊🧍🧍‍♀️🧍‍♂️今次黎到灣仔總店,假日黎都唔使點排隊,大概兩點到入邊都仲有一半既位,兩點半之後多咗一班人入嚟之後就接近滿座。-付款💳餐廳係先付款後取餐,會有專人送餐去你嘅位置。-環境🪑餐廳裝修係一個典型美國酒吧🍺,中間有張八人枱,另外面向街景有三個靠窗吧枱座位,面向小巷就有五個位靠牆卡座,全部都係高枱高櫈,佈置係好寬鬆。店鋪係播歌方便都好有taste,唔會係spotify既TOP50 playlist,當日隨左有播hiphop最classic既a tribe called quest外,仲有好似經典柔情歌killing me softly with this song。-🍔 Double Happiness 💰180(👅: 8.5/10)份量非常驚人,就算唔加薯條淨係食個包都會覺得好飽,我覺得係可以兩個人share嚟食,因為個包非常高身,好難可以一啖由頭咬到落尾。Double 顧名思義就係啲份量都打孖上,無論係塊牛肉漢堡定係塊麵包都係打孖上,車打芝士有4塊,配料有煙肉同埋酸瓜。麵包採用bread elements 既出品,出名著重品質既麵包製造商,外皮脆,內鬆軟,因為有烘底,牛油味會好出,唯一嘅缺點係下邊嗰層麵包會因為醬汁浸到腍左,唔同上面嗰層麵包咁脆。牛肉係採用原產於蘇格蘭嘅黑安格斯牛肉,喺美國最廣泛繁殖嘅牛肉品種,而且我叫佢經過自然風乾熟成,將肉嘅味道變得更濃郁,不過食落去覺得牛肉冇想像中咁多肉汁,牛肉味重,但有啲overcooked,入口會乾,配料同醬汁冇込佢個肉汁迫出嚟。酸瓜冇咩特別,煙肉就燒到好香,迫晒啲油出嚟,車打芝士基本上因為溫度已經溶咗,會同塊肉同配料融捚一體。由於配料非常豐富又有兩塊漢堡,再加上蔬菜比例唔夠,酸瓜無為麵包增加水分,食落都會覺得有油膩感。任何漢堡加$20有鴨油薯條🍟 Duck Fat Sidewinders +💰20(👅: 7.5/10)店嘅招牌鴨油炸薯條,做法係將鴨嘅脂肪攞去炸,有啲似豬油既做法,用鴨油反覆將薯仔炸三次,令到薯條特別鬆軟可口。話佢係薯條不如話佢係薯角更貼切,食落口感係酥脆,薯條皮唔會好厚同好硬,鴨油唔會令到條薯條味道好特別,只會聞到微微鴨油嘅味道,溫度係非常足夠係會辣口,證明係新鮮即叫即炸,係炸得唔錯嘅薯條,但調味方面個人覺得鹽唔夠多。醬汁方面店舖提供茄汁同埋Tabasco 辣椒醬,食完原味嘅鴨油薯條可以點唔同嘅醬,除咗有新嘅味道之外,亦都食落冇咁重油膩同冇咁Heavy。-🌟總括黎講double happiness係味道唔錯嘅漢堡,但價錢唔平而且份量都幾多,建議可以兩個人share食,如果係一個人食可以試其他份量冇咁大嘅漢堡,店舖提供10幾款漢堡。另外唔想咁Heavy食薯條都可以轉沙律。喺港島、九龍區來講係一間唔錯嘅漢堡同美國菜餐廳。-👅味道: 8.5/10🍴環境: 7/10💰消費: $180 + $20 (服務費: NA) continue reading

店舖的外賣包裝都好用心,特登用有錫紙內面的紙袋保溫值得一讚,黑松露薯條嘅松露粉都唔少,條條都好有松露味,炸得香脆,冇油益味,都冇苦味番薯條炸得外脆內軟,唔會炸到成條好硬好乾身唯一美中不足,就係外賣嘅時候冇俾到茄汁🤣🤣下次幫襯嘅時候會記得拎🤣今次係外賣自取,同埋唔知係咪佢哋比原定時間早咗完成食物,所以到拎嗰陣已經發現出倒汗水,雖然啲薯條都仲脆,不過就唔夠熱,所以建議想外賣嘅人,直接喺舖頭等都唔好行開咗,如果唔係就食唔到熱薯條㗎啦🤣 continue reading
