To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. The bagel was generously filled with crab meats and creamy guacamole. The freshness of the crab meats, paired nicely with the smooth guacamole.I decided to get the Earl Grey Latte priced at $46 to go with the meal. 是晚同朋友想搵間chill cafe食飯搵左依間長期人氣餐廳試下天氣唔熱我地仲坐左出面既枱食飯我地叫左兩樣野，全部都好大份黑松露炒蛋bagel 有好重黑松露味，炒蛋好滑好香，而且bagel熱又脆，下面仲有沙律菜！暫時係香港食過最好食既熱食bagel兩個女仔share 好飽我地仲叫左個牛油果醬意粉，同樣都好好味牛油果醬意粉有好多汁，d汁重牛油果味，一d都唔會話好青味好重，有creamy 既口感，而且份量都多，食埋bagel 加意粉已經好飽推薦俾大家約朋友三五知己聚會，夜晚少人，可以享受下港島chill 既慢活生活。

SP_CE cafe & lounge上環早排晌社交平台見到不少廣告，又鄰近工作地點決定一試。店外與店內均設有座位，裝修感覺就幾休閒feel，幾岩慢慢嘆all day breakfast咁。進入店舖內～～由於鄰桌點了意大利黑松露滑蛋貝果🥯上桌，黑松露香氣滿滿。 蟹肉蟹黃醬炒滑蛋貝果🥯：在黑松露油與這個猶豫再三，最後選了這個。坦白講有少少後悔，香氣上不及黑松露。味道上蟹籽蟹黃蟹肉略淡，未能好好帶出加成效果。滑蛋切開入面有蕃茄、生菜及半邊貝果，第一口感覺略咸，貝果🥯質感硬身，蛋內層過老，滑蛋只得表面。整體味道一般，價錢略貴，感覺唔值$168，飲品$48up，加埋一總消費$230up。另外，12月餐單與4月份對比，發現每款bagel滑蛋價錢急劇加價$30，CP感略低。 PS:店舖親善動物，有不少帶狗狗光顧的客人，缺點係主人看不住竉物，狗狗跑入廚房，雖然無做成騷動，但個人感覺不太好😵💫。

難得星期六早起梗係要打開bookmark咗嘅cafe list揀間靚cafe同媽咪去打卡啦！呢間喺上環嘅Cafe雖然唔係喺大街需要由上環站再行一段路先去到🏃🏻♂️但去到嘅時候已經差唔多坐滿人！真係幾受歡迎㗎～呢個黑松露瀑布蛋好好食！黑松露味道好重好濃郁，炒蛋處理得好滑份量超級大，早餐嚟講真係兩個人都夠食啊Begal係溫熱嘅，外表脆脆裡面鬆軟唔會好似食啲硬法包咁好易𠝹到上顎😆如果附近近車站嘅話，一定會成日過嚟食個靚早啊！
