Despite being a layback little cafe, their food are of restaurant quality.Black truffle scrambled egg bagel sandwich | $98The scrambled egg almost spread across the entire plate! What a generous portion! It’s fluffy with a hint of truffle aroma. A good call to separate the giant egg from the bagel, so the bagel can remain super crispy and toasty. Engulfed under the egg are tomato and lettuce that provides much freshness. Everything is enormous in size and portion, quite hard to assemble them into one bite. But it doesn’t matter they taste equally good together and on their own.Spicy pork sausage spaghetti | $118Commend them for making their own fresh handmade pasta! You can tell right away it is handmade pasta, love the prominent springy and eggy texture that make such a difference from packaged pasta. The tomatoey and spicy sauce brings bold flavour with the right level of spice. And again, a very generous portion!The coffee though is a bit of a letdown. Didn’t like the honey coffee at all, black coffee and honey are like oil and water failing to emulsify, they hit you as separate layers with no harmony. It's located at the end of a slope, so be prepared to sweat before u arrived! ⠀呢間位於普慶坊嘅cafe,行到上去都已經索曬氣啦🥵 亦因為位置上比較唔方便,所以環境夠曬清幽。附近都有好多外國人嚟放狗🤣 嗰日假期大概十一點到達,cafe已經接近全滿,不過都好好彩,比我坐到呢個室外嘅位置😍 陽光又曬唔到入嚟,又有涼風,真係好超好寫意呀~⠀食物方面我哋點咗一個意粉同埋一個bagel。⠀⠀Smoked Salmon and Spinach Fresh Spaghetti⠀煙三文魚菠菜意粉$118⠀All pastas are same price and we choose smoked salmon with spinach. The spaghetti is handmade. It's neither al dante nor too overcooked. Its texture is quite special!! The portion is generous, topped with lots of spinach, salmon and mushrooms!! Not too creamy but just right 🙌🏻⠀我哋就揀咗呢款煙三文魚菠菜手工意粉。呢度嘅意粉比較特別,係cafe嘅自家出品,口感有啲似伊麵,扁扁哋咁黃黃地咁。口感上唔算好硬、亦都唔算好稔,比較特別。 醬汁方面唔算非常creamy,但係我就覺得還可以接受,唔會話好漏!三文魚同菠菜嘅份量都幾多,好慷慨,仲有啲雜菇添~整體上,覺得可以一試喔!⠀⠀Black Truffle Scrambled Egg Bagel⠀黑松露炒蛋貝果⠀$98I have high expectations to this scrambled egg bagel but turns out no surprise for me tho. I thought it's thuck layers of scrambled eggs but actually just a thin layer on top of tomatos and lettuce 🙈 the truffle smells so good and scrambled eggs is juicy and tender too. However, bagel is not chewey but not soft too. SP_CE café & lounge-慢活小空間每個人都想有屬於自己既空間,礙於香港地方狹小想搵一個俾自己喘息既地方都好難,位於上環普慶街既SP_CE正正俾到一個慢活既空間。SP_CE環境清幽,全店以白色為主調配以水泥牆,簡約之餘亦不失時尚。🐻Avocado with Pesto Fresh Spaghetti $118SP_CE既意粉係自家製,比平時既意粉較為粗身,麵身偏黃,口感有d似粗麵,但比較彈牙。牛油果意粉好足料好大份,每條意粉都沾滿牛油果溶,仲有大量牛油果粒,入口有微辣,都幾醒胃。🐻Black truffle with mixed mushroom with Fresh Spaghetti $138離遠已經聞到好香既黑松露味,磨菇份量都幾多,入口黑松露味濃郁又唔會太油膩。🐻O Black (ice) $52哩杯咖啡非常特別,底層係橙汁,面層係咖啡,飲之前要攪勻,入口先有橙汁既酸味,之後有淡淡既咖啡味,夏天飲既話非常消暑解渴,亦都好清新。🐻Latte (ice) $48SP_CE一大特色係用酒杯黎裝咖啡,飲既時候感覺特別chill,latte牛奶味較濃,飲落口感好順滑。 continue reading

隔左一排無coffee hunting,又忍唔住要搵cafe chill下影下相。位於上環的普慶坊,遠離鬧市的煩囂,靜靜地又一個上午。Cafe的空間唔大,出面有幾個坐位,灰白色外牆加上木製擺設,影相打卡一流👍🏽店員告知食物需要等耐少少,大概等左15-20分鐘,終於上菜啦!雖然一早已經係ig睇過相關食物的相,亦因為咁而bookmark左呢間cafe,但當見到實物時都係會忍唔住哇一聲🙈實在太太太足料啦🤣🤣個炒蛋比想像中的大份,睇見都已經好滿足!🥯Black Truffle Scrambled Egg Bagel淨係望到個炒蛋已經不行🤣實在太吸引啦!大份之如黑松露份量好足,均勻地溶入左炒得好滑既蛋裡面,每一啖都有滿滿的黑松露,cheese bagel脆而香口,估唔到既係炒蛋下面竟然仲有沙律菜同蕃茄,真係非常豐富,根本食唔晒👍🏽👍🏽☕️Skim Latte咖啡入口順滑,只係味道偏nutty,個人比較鍾意fruity 多d🙊 continue reading

SP_CE cafe & lounge #上環 #黃店 💛❗️澎湃大大份超抵食型格水泥裝修打卡一流❗️好開心呢排食到好多高質嘅黃店🥰呢間位於上環普慶坊嘅sp_ce就係其中之一!喺上環樓梯側邊,售賣超大超澎湃嘅貝果🥯自家製意粉🍝特色咖啡☕️茶🍵,仲係打卡熱點!餐廳用上灰白水泥裝修,配襯啡色木箱,日頭陽光曬過嚟,坐喺度影返張相都幾靚㗎✨!能夠成為我喜愛嘅Cafe絕對有佢嘅獨特優勝之處👍🏻首先澎湃嘅食物已經非常吸睛,而且夠抵食,女仔嚟到一定超飽。另外佢哋仲有數種特色咖啡飲品,質素頗高👍🏻再配以舒適悠閒嘅環境,成為其中一間印象深刻覺得值得回頭嘅Cafe🥰。Black truffle scramble egg bagel🥯$98為咗呢一個黑松露蛋貝果慕名而來!賣相超級澎湃,啲蛋滿寫晒出嚟,黑松露味突出,配以少許沙律醬😋。特別欣賞佢用上芝士洋蔥貝果,非常香口,同黑松露蛋非常夾👍🏻 不過底下其實係啲生菜同埋蕃茄🙈而且蛋白同蛋黃冇發勻,蛋香爭少少,中間有少少熟咗。但整體食完之後真係好滿足,值得試一次!味道: 4.2/5性價比:4/5Yuzu chocolate cake (cake of the day)🍰$48超靚嘅玻璃雲石紋,味道亦有驚喜🤩酸酸甜甜嘅柚子配上多層唔同口感、濃度嘅朱古力,超級特別又好食😋分別有成五層layers:1️⃣朱古力coating、2️⃣介乎奶凍同麻薯之間口感嘅朱古力、3️⃣朱古力慕絲、4️⃣柚子醬、5️⃣朱古力粒同柚子碎嘅蛋糕。層次好多好豐富,真係好鍾意呢個蛋糕,推薦!味道: 4.4/5性價比:4.2/5Ginger latte (hot)🍶$46 聽過有人話呢度嘅薑汁latte係最好飲,果然唔錯👍🏻咖啡底非常順滑,香濃帶nutty, after taste超重。配埋薑汁,味道突出得來又唔會得個辣,同咖啡底非常之夾🥰。味道: 4.6/5性價比:4.3/5Summer saviour (cold)🥂$48其實係水果茶,用上檸檬百香果等酸酸甜甜嘅生果,同埋綠茶製作出一杯清涼飲品😚雖然味道唔算非常獨特,但夏天行到熱辣辣飲番杯真係好正✨甜度亦恰到好處。味道: 4.4/5性價比:4.3/5整體來講對呢一間Cafe嘅印象唔錯☺️係少數我覺得有特色而且食物質素高嘅Cafe,而且全部都大件夾抵食,又有靚靚環境打卡👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻絕對會想來試埋佢嘅意粉! continue reading
