今天放假,想吃正宗韓燒,久聞這兒大名,連韓國奧巴也來此用餐。餐廳簡約雅致,可眺望銅鑼灣景色。點了牛排骨,海鮮餅和餃子。牛排骨是侍應燒的,肉鮮而味道甜美,好吃。餃子是韓國傳統包法,饀很豐富,味道OK。饀餅很大個,抵吃,有小蝦和魷魚仔,蔥也多,唔錯。很對辦的韓國料理,會再來。 continue reading

食得太多部隊鍋,點都要食返啲傳統啲嘅韓國菜。今日同兩個友人,一齊嚟到依間米芝蓮推介食韓國燒肉嘅餐廳,睇下佢究竟有幾好食。呢個泡菜炒飯有少少辣,,味道算正常,唔係好特別本來想叫個韓牛,但因為無哂, 結果叫咗個燒魷魚,醬料都好足牛肉方面都無乜筋,燒十零秒就可以食,都幾鮮嫩多汁,唔錯豬頸肉就同普通果啲無乜分別,燒烤必點,唔會有錯要小心注意唔夠熟呢個燒牛舌就唔係厚切果啲,可能食開厚切會比較JUICY,呢個就無乜特別雖然放左上去塊鐵板度都係一樣咁吸引佢重跟埋幾樣小食比你,跟返個傳統,當然個泡菜都係咁好味啦 continue reading

友人介紹呢間韓國餐廳好食,就放工之後試下啦!位置處於利舞臺,對於港島區返工既人黎講夠晒就腳。韓國餐廳一坐底就會放上小菜,不過唔係間間小菜都好食,試過食有d餐廳既泡菜酸酸縮縮好難食,但呢間既泡菜唔錯幾好食點左餐牌主推既手肉鍋,味道雖好,但份量太少另外朋友話未試過韓式芝士肋骨就點左一齊食啦,點知d肉超un齊瘦肉,完全無肋骨肥瘦洽到好處既優點,諗住加左芝士既野應該唔會伏,點知都係...埋單每人200左右,係韓國餐廳隨處可見情況下,我下次應該會試第二間 continue reading

點樣知道係唔係食緊好既韓國菜其實好簡單,睇泡菜同蘿蔔尼間正宗得黎有自己特色,最記得配菜其中之一既蘿蔔絲就加入左柚子皮一齊醃,就算唔係獨創都較其他好多韓國餐廳有心。特別係叫左兩次肉眼食,太多肉有啲滯,配菜夠清夠爽令我地可以連戰兩碟肉眼。 continue reading

Nice decor. BBQ : they use a fat that doesnt work very well so by the time the BBQ surface is hot the food sticks and there are a lot of black little burnt bits on the plate.To avoid this the staff come around regularly to change the hot plate (including when you have meat cooking on the plate) ... But this means you are putting half cooked meat onto a cold plate so the meat is stewing! Not bbq-ing!!!You are supposed to BBQ meat on a HOT plate! Not a cold one. continue reading
