To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

來到中環晚飯,享用了紫玉蘭的食物:灌湯小籠飽($96)是必吃的點心,一籠六件,外皮軟腍,豬肉肥瘦適中,湯汁微甜。竹笙繪全素($148)健康的素食,竹笙有四片,再加上雜菌及小堂菜,清新可口。菠蘿咕嚕肉($148)有新鮮菠蘿肉,加上車厘茄及青椒,酸甜開胃。咕嚕肉外脆內軟,有嚼勁。煎素鵝($105)一共12件,腐皮香脆,夾著菇絲,味道及口感有層次。富貴海鮮炒飯($188)賣相不俗,有帶子粒及蝦肉粒,米飯軟熟,炒得乾身。服務方面,不過不失。環境是新派中菜廳,優雅的風格。 continue reading

Business lunch 間唔中都會來紫玉蘭,有多種不同價位的商務套餐,今次一行8位就選了$788這個鮑魚精選套餐 。而這個價位來說,環境比較嘈雜,上菜服務正常 。點菜後大概15分鐘上菜,頭盤玉蘭三品很不錯乾燒蝦球調味重了一點,醬汁有點甜和超級多蒜,蝦肉挺彈牙,但下面的鍋巴早已被醬汁浸淋了 。燕窩羹味道口感都不錯 。原隻蠔皇大鮑魚,因為原本本寫了120克,而非幾多頭,上枱後大家都覺得比想像中大,而且很軟腍容易切開 。吃完已經很飽,而且炸醬麵非常不吸引,也不能更換其他菜式 。最後甜品是原個椰子奉上,一人一盅。很是清新開胃,有點椰子凍再加上楊枝甘露的感覺,上面雪糕椰子味不太重 。 continue reading

哇嘩🤩,中環的滬味大餐今晚真係搶鏡到!黎呢到,一定要試吓佢哋嘅經典滬式涼菜——馬蘭頭石榴果,每件都包裹得咁精致,咬落去清新得滯,完全唔使食住喊嘅感覺!跟住上的秋香皮蛋肉鬆拌豆腐,溏心皮蛋嘅甘香同豆腐嘅嫩滑,我可以話你知,嗰搭配,簡直係夏天裡面嘅一股清泉💧!家鄉米莧鮮魚羹呢度都超抵讚,魚茸滑而唔腻,湯底清中帶鮮,一啖啖食,心情都好似被療癒左一樣。而家嚟講下重頭戲——紫玉蘭烤鴨,正!鴨皮酥脆到爆表🎇,肉味又多汁,啖啖肉,真係幸福呀!再配上哈密瓜牛油果,眼前一亮,真係舊愛新歡一次過滿足!點完這啲,仲有土匪豬肝,叫喊痛快肝火!唉,肝火唔係生氣啊,係個名,食落辣得嚟又唔過,豬肝又煎得啱啱好,想像中嘅邪惡土匪,根本係隨和大叔👴咁慈祥。成晚食住笑,飯後嘅感覺就係即興滿分又唔覺脹,要我點評,呢度嘅食物,每一味都係滋味十足!凍氣中帶着暖意,味道層次分明,下次還會再黎探險,食遍每一款滬味美食!🍽️ continue reading

We had not been here for Quite a few years I’m very happy to say it is still the best. The decor and service is impeccable. it’s a very nice dining room. The food was really amazing. Tasty, tasty, tasty. After recently going to another Shanghainese restaurant in the Pacific Place, we could compare our experiences and we only have great things to say about Shanghai Garden. There was a large group of us, so we were able to try a number of different dishes which were all a generous size.Xiao long bao were piping hot and juicy, Shanghai noodles bursting with flavour, spare ribs and crispy eel with the The right balance of sweet, sour tastiness. We also ordered Peking Duck which was sublime. Everything came up, perfectly hot, tasty, and a timely basis, impeccable execution and friendly and efficient service- even on a busy weeknight. This is definitely one of our favourite restaurants Excellent value and we will be back continue reading
