因為申請了AE信用卡 ,所以打算試下d平時唔會去食既貴中菜😂😂 ,雖然有40%off 但埋單仍然好貴。我地只係叫左兩款湯 、一個虎蝦河粉 、兩壺茶,折左都要四百幾蚊 😮😮!不過老實講所有嘢包括食物、茶 、服務,都真係好好 ,只可以怪自己唔係有錢人啦 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️⋯⋯1️⃣生拆蟹鉗竹笙湯:先講講呢個由店員推介既湯 隻蟹鉗好吸睛 ,一黎到即刻咬啖先 ,好鮮甜 ,店員話唔係日日有 ,係用新鮮肉蟹鉗 ;唔好見個湯清澈見底 ,其實係用雞湯煮竹笙 ,十分十分濃郁 。店員話所有湯都係0⃣️味精!2️⃣松茸海螺燉土雞:呢個湯好得意 ,係個中式紫砂茶壺裝著😂 ,每次好似飲茶咁倒出黎 ,慢慢品嚐湯味 ,雖然一個湯無上面嘅蟹鉗湯咁濃 ,但係如果係無對比既情況下都已經好濃郁架啦 。3️⃣鳳脂花雕蒸虎蝦配灼河:呢個真係好正 ,虎蝦大隻彈牙 ,仲有好多蝦膏🤤🤤 !河粉同埋蛋花都非常滑嘟嘟 ,每條都充滿左花雕既酒香 、虎蝦既鮮甜 ❤️❤️!4️⃣茶原來無40%off架 。我地分別叫左壺極品碧螺春同埋春黃菊 ,用玻璃壺裝著 ,望著茶色漸黃漸濃都幾治癒 ,而且好貼心咁下面放著蠟燭 ,讓茶時刻保持暖暖的溫度。老實講我地呢d小市民都係因為有信用卡優惠先會黎食,如果要比正價應該就唔會黎啦 ,無咁多錢😅。 continue reading

星期日飲茶,大多數酒樓都要等位,好的酒樓分分鐘要等一個鐘以上,今天來到中環交易廣場的翠玉軒,雖然價錢畧貴,但勝在地方舒適寧靜,裝修新蔟,華麗典雅,人流不太多,最適合三五知己閒談,一邊飲茶,一邊享受週圍的環境,實在一樂也。我們三人點了數款點心和炒飯,先來XO醬炒腸粉,腸粉嫩滑,加入XO醬,非常冶味可口,鮑汁炆鳳爪火候十足,雞腳非常入味,菠蘿叉燒包皮脆餡靚,是必吃之選,金腿帶子粒炒飯,色香味俱全,廚師炒飯的功架相當不錯,人均消費$142尚想合理。 continue reading

真的無法理解,非常震驚🤯開水喔,泡茶的那種開水,收費和茶費一樣,每位30。上開水的時候也沒有提前告知。服務出奇的差勁,上菜慢,買單10分鐘都沒人回應。菜品是正常無奇的,雖然無法算是match它的價位。另外服務人員/清潔人員拖著兩個大垃圾箱從我們身邊經過,在吃飯的時候,是什麼回事??總之,是體驗很不好,感受很好差勁,不會向朋友推薦,自己也不會再光顧的餐廳。希望餐廳工作人員可以認真考慮我的評論(真實)、加強服務水平。 continue reading

We tried this Maxim Chinese restaurant for the first time for lunch in working day. We reserved a table near the window which had some view of the sea. The menu was very thick but the choices for lunch was limited, especially for dim sum. There were only around 7 dim sum available in lunch in weekdays. However, the siu mai with shrimp on top was really delicious and the ingredients were clearly fresh and of high quality.We also ordered the Cha Siu Pastry, which was in the shape of little pigs. They were really cute and the taste was great.We ordered The Square Fried Rice but it was very ordinary, not worth the 158 we paid for it. We also had a plate of vegetables in fish soup with fish bladder and dried scallop. It was quite delicious but it tasted the same as Jade Garden, only differ in the fish bladder and the dried scallop.Even during the peak hours in lunch time, there was a few empty tables in the restaurant, probably due to the limited choices. Overall, the food was good and the service was also thoughtful. continue reading

昨午和家人去赤柱購物,黃昏坐巴士回到中環已是下午七時,去了交易廣場的翠玉軒晚飯,這裡環境不錯,是多間美心集團旗下食肆我喜歡的其中一間。我們簡簡單單選了三款菜式,江南百花鷄半隻,這是一道頗為精緻的菜式,先將雞斬件去骨,雞肉附上一層蝦膠,再落鑊炸至金黃色,皮脆肉嫩,蝦膠彈牙鮮甜,配以特製醬汁,非常美味。昆布海蝦豆腐鍋湯底鮮甜,豆腐嫩滑,昆布有藥用價值,涼血降火,有降低血脂功能。最後的梅菜蕊蒸芥蘭遠,此菜式清談得來有梅菜甜味,配搭相當不錯。甜品點了合桃露和杏仁茶,因有七五折信用卡優惠,埋單$560,都算美味便宜的晚餐。 continue reading
