To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 而即席切烤肉區好高質,供應4款肉:烤羊架、烤和牛肉、烤脆皮豬腩肉及烤雞。羊架肉偏瘦但羊味濃而不膻,肉質實但不紫。和牛肉贏好多酒店Buffet🥹 約五成熟,十分Juicy完全無渣,我食咗2大塊!烤脆皮豬腩肉同樣出色,唔係果種勁乾勁韌,至於烤雞就相對上失色,比較嚡口。

最後甜品有5-6款,居然有薄荷朱古力Mousse cake 🧡呢個好食,仲有芒果Mousse cake 酸甜度都剛好,其他如Tiramisu 、Crème brulee 、cheesecake 等相對上就較一般。仲有生果同雪糕~~
