To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 。中環Porterhouse原來搬左新舖,佢由中環加州大廈7樓搬到上面嘅24樓,搬高左搬大左,個影色都靚左。依家餐廳新舖新裝修變得更加典雅舒適,而且仲有魔術表演,有機會可以近距離同魔術師互動。-Salmon Crude三文魚好鮮味,配上mulberry同mayonnaise一齊食,食落酸酸地,好有風味好開胃。-Shellfish Cappuccino 好特別嘅一道菜,將海鮮湯做到一杯Cappuccino甘,入面有龍蝦肉,食落好彈牙,而個湯好濃郁綿密,無論視覺定係味道都一流。-Ribeye & Striploin牛肉方面分別叫做Ribeye同Striploin,Ribeye油脂豐富香濃,食落軟腍。而Striploin牛味同樣濃郁,而且肉質厚實有咬口。Ribeye同Striploin兩款肉,一次過食到唔同嘅肉質、油脂同口感,真係雙重享受。-Yuzu Cheese CakeYuzu酸甜清爽,味道好Fresh好輕盈,配上綿密嘅cheese cake,兩個味道非常夾。-Sour Plum Cocktail & Lilly Lychee n Fizz品嚐左兩杯與別不同嘅Cocktail,第一杯Sour Plum Cocktail就好似酸梅湯咁,首先味道甘甘地酸酸地,然後慢慢Gin同Wriskey嘅味道又會返出黎,非常特別。而另一杯Lilly Lychee n Fizz就係一般荔枝味泡泡嘅Cocktail,甜甜地唔會好重酒味,而且PinkPink色,好有少女心。- continue reading

其實對比起dinner buffet,我更加喜歡lunch buffet😂因為食完有多啲時間消化🤣價錢又平啲🤭🦪🦞Seafood brunch $528係Weekend先有的🤭種類唔算超級多,但係海鮮同埋扒類質素好好🤩👍🏻👍🏻海鮮當日有龍蝦、長腳蟹、生蠔、翡翠螺等等。生蠔係可以任食🌟🌟而家唔係間間酒店都做到任食生蠔!長腳蟹蟹肉飽滿鮮甜,好好食,質素過好多酒店🫢另外因為佢原本係扒房嘅關係,烤肉區極高質,大推和牛牛扒同埋羊架🥹我同朋友都一致認同生熟程度啱啱好,兩款都好軟腍,分別攞咗兩次🤣😋除咗海鮮、烤肉🍖仲有沙律coldcut、熱葷、即煮意粉同埋甜品🍮款式都唔算少,同埋質素一啲都唔hea! continue reading
