今日要去中環做嘢,經過呢間叫餃掂既鋪頭,覺得個名幾得意,又差唔多午餐時間,就入去試左試。望過menu, 見到有好多種唔同嘅餃子,最後叫咗碗芫荽豬肉餃子麵。見到出邊又有好多唔同嘅醬汁,諗住到少少醋出點餃子。點知飲完淡湯之後就發覺冇必要加醋,因為啲湯本身都酸酸地。再試佢嗰啲餃子,每一粒都皮薄餡料充足,而且食得出豬肉都幾新鮮,同啲芫荽配合得恰到好處,好好味。食完之後望一望舖頭長身嘅裝飾,發現原來有老闆嘅金句,不得了。

主角當然係松茸餃!我點了龍鳳松茸煎餃,咬開就見到入面包住了好多松茸醬!松茸同松露都係珍貴的菌類,一個圓形一個菇形,我覺得香味好接近,都係有一種強烈又獨特的香味!
