肉類方面以美極黑豚肉西檸雞作代表。前者烹調過程並不花巧,並簡單以美極醬油作調味,顯然重點在於黑豚肉本身,以本質味濃鬆軟取勝
。後者西檸雞雖未算最出色之作,但可嚐性挺高。皮薄而脆,肉香而嫩,實屬難得。西檸汁偏向稀淡,不會過於酸及刺激。上菜時汁料另上,盡量避免影響雞件的原有口感,值得欣賞


菜蔬以簡單清淡為主。上蒜泡菜苗,以嫩綠的油墨菜為主要食材,面上加上惹味的蒜粒。蝦籽豆腐,豆腐做得白滑,豆香及蝦籽香味相輔相成,不失為一味好的菜式。

主食楊州炒飯,選料有叉燒、蝦及瑤柱等等,用料足,飯粒炒得色澤金黃平均,香氣撲鼻,值得推介


甜品以杏仁茶及蛋撻仔作結。杏仁茶味道調配適中,不會過甜,只是細滑度差一點點。蛋撻仔出品熱騰騰,酥皮鬆化,蛋香一般喇!

總括來說,此店食物水準令人滿意,可再光顧。

isquare 30樓,景觀一流,可以俯瞰維港景色。上次嚟好以出室外睇風景,今日就唔得,原來因保險未辦好,所以室外未正式營業,上次係偷雞咋。食開利苑嘅中菜,發覺這裡的出品不比利苑差,員工嘅service也很好。我最喜歡嘅係呢度坐得舒服。在eye bar飲野同朋友傾偈, 睇靚景都會係一個不錯的選擇。今日同爸媽來,他們也滿意呢.

When we entered the restaurant, the first thing we noticed was the view and decor of the place. Spectacular view with very trendy decor indeed. Referred by a friend of mine, i was very exciting to read the menu. The menu was standard but a bit pricey and we read for 15 mins, still couldn't figure out what to order. Referred by a friend of mine, i was very exciting to read the menu. The menu was standard but a bit pricey and we read for 15 mins, still couldn't figure out what to order. Then we decide to order something very basic and simple considering that that would be the safest way to do being in a new restaurant. The two appertizers Cucmber with garlic was good, crispy and well marinated, the beancurd with mushroom & vegetable was very disapppointed, the beancurd was hard and chewy!!! For main, we ordered tofu with crab meat gravy which was exceptionally good despite the unappealing presentation, then vegetable with garlic came in nice and hot which came in late but definitely entice the whole meal. The most disappointng dish was the steamed bun which came in cold and hard, it looks like it was re-heated by a microwave but lacking of time.

After dinner, we thought of hanging out at the bar and had a drink before round up for the evening, however, surprisingly, the bar didn’t looks like a bar but a kid’s and picture-taking corner.

Overall service was good, staff were young and helpful with good smile. Will consider to come back to this place if I have oversea friends visiting Hong Kong due the spectacular view unless they improve the food quality.

6月個陣同老公去左南海一號食飯慶祝. 服務方面真的不錯
1) 我一早放左個CAKE去佢地度, D服務員好醒目, 食完飯趁我老公去洗手間時問我係唔係上CAKE, SURPRISE FOR MY HONEY, GOOD!
2) 本身想叫一碟甜酸魚+個碟千層肉, 落ORDER個陣服務員話我地兩碟送都係酸甜味, 建議我地改鳳尾蝦, 好細心喲!
3) 時常換碟, 斟茶補水
可能我地6:30PM就到左, 未到晚飯時間好少客, 所以服務員多時間留意我地掛~

兩送一湯, 埋單$600左右, 其實都幾貴, 不過難得佢唔止外殼靚(裝修), 食物質素好+服務好, 係特別日子慶祝就唔計較多少錢銀啦, 值得推廌!

總括來講我地係滿心歡喜咁離開.

因為曾經在杭州菜館吃過的樟茶鴨十分咸
,留下了恐懼感,一直拒再吃這種以燻製的食物
但今次因為要吃的茶燻雞沒有,而選茶燻鴨
等了半小時才見樟茶鴨送到枱上來
顏色深茶色,味香欠奉,一啖食下感覺完全不同
味道不但不太咸而且有淡淡清不知名的茶香味
鴨肉稍為堅韌了點,鴨肉本身瘦所以不是啖啖鴨肉

蜜味河豚魚乾 $48
河豚魚乾的顏色驟眼看似豬肉乾,吃一口肉質也似豬肉乾

沒有肉汁的魚乾,味道帶微甜,相信魚乾面灑了糖烤製的

糖水店做不來的核桃糊,我確信這碗核桃糊核桃的比例較白米漿多
因為核桃雖然已被磨碎,但從色澤明顯見到核桃成份高

以這價錢加迷人維港景絶對超值

蘆薈蛋白杏仁茶 $30
蛋白少少的,吃到最後一口才吃到蛋白
杏仁香味啖啖的,不知道的還以為在吃蛋白糖水
以上兩款甜品的甜度極低,最適合一些要吃糖水又怕甜的人了
但不夠甜的糖又怎算是糖水

為方便可以去, 貪個場靚靚地可以去, 招呼下外籍朋友可以去(因為有個lounge可以吹水, 拍拖要求情調可以去,記得訂個window seat (有海景送飯當然要比最低消費, 呢個可以接受呀!) . 如果你想食餐好的....... 就算把啦! 又一次証明要裝修, 就要放棄食物, 即係無理由佢又靚仔又有錢又叻囉!!!

明明同一餐廳, 隔離張檯就已經唔洗有最低消費, 真係好奇怪!! 好啦, 咁我地唯有轉返去坐 "普通位", 當時係8點! 我第一時間問個侍應A有冇佢地signature dishes, 例如: "宮廷醬燒骨", "雲海豆腐" (炸豆腐之類), "唔知咩焗原條銀雪魚", 佢答我全部都賣晒!!!
大佬呀, 你set得呢D野係你既招牌菜, 乜唔係應該預左會多D人叫, 會預多D架咩??? 同埋當時只係8點, 餐廳只係8成full, 點解可以咁多野都冇咁早賣晒架呢?!! Ok, fine, 賣晒咁我問佢仲有 d咩係未賣晒, 佢介紹貴銀雪魚倍幾兩倍既唔知咩 "炆龍躉" 比我................ 我終於明白, 點解佢地既招牌菜成日都話賣晒, 因為佢根本就唔係想你食佢果D唔算太貴既招牌菜, 請留意, 只係 "唔算太貴" , 並唔係等如 "便宜", 即係一個 "醬烤骨" 都索價近百, 但其實佢係想你食鮑參翅肚, that's why 所有招牌菜都話賣晒!!
咁我就梗係唔理佢, 最後order左 "海山骨" (炸排骨), 同埋其他幾樣超普通既小菜, 當我地食到七七八八, 仲爭個 "海山骨" 遲遲都未見蹤影, 個侍應B竟然比左個甜品 menu問我地洗唔洗order D甜品?!?!
我問佢個海山骨仲未到, 佢話 "下? 海山骨一早冇晒喇喎!" 我真係火都黎好想鬧爆佢!!!!!
我話你問返侍應A, 係佢話我知有呢樣既, 8點已經order左, 點解個幾鐘後你話我聽 "一早" 冇晒!!! 最後, 當然無論我點樣鬧, 個海山骨都係唔會出現返, 我同侍應B解釋今天是我媽咪生日, 但呢一餐令我地全部人包括主角都非常失望, 要咩冇咩, 就算答你有最後都係冇, 阿侍應講左句 "唔好意思" 之後就閃人了....

如果有人擺兩圍 (只係兩圍!!), 廚房做唔切, 點解唔加人手? 一係就索性唔好接散客囉!
menu中mark了是招牌菜的菜式不少, 但叫咩就冇咩, 招牌菜就預左多人叫, 如果做唔黎既不如唔好mark做招牌菜, 不要令客人失望!!

I had the chance to go there to celebrate my two aunties' birthday. My brother's girlfriend made the booking at a table by the window, with a great view of the harbour at night, which was charming. However, the decor did not match the food quality. Not to say their food was not ok, it was just passable. I nearly fainted when I looked at the price of the menu! Most dishes are around 500 to 600
. The quality was nothing to write home about. I agree that the lobster rice in soup is nice, but that was the only item on that night worth remembering, My aunty ordered their Mapo Taufu, it was just like a block of taufo with meat sauce poured on top of it and microwaved! Unbelievable they charged 498 for that!!!


I had to mention the service was not as high class as their decor. The music was playing so loud like a bar, we had difficulty talking amongst ourselves. They keep trying to get us to order desserts (surprisingly cheap at around 30 per item). We just had to leave and go somewhere quiet to finish the evening. The bathroom was beautifully decorated and very clean. However, this is not a place I would go again, nor even bringing my overseas friend to try. This place is gravely overpriced for what it is.

I haven't tried many things here because I've sort of been eating the same stuff every time I come here .Basically, there are two things that are really good1) Salt and chilli squid (椒鹽龍鬚) - This is seriously the best salt and chilli squid I've ever had. I haven't tried many things here because I've sort of been eating the same stuff every time I come here

Basically, there are two things that are really good:

(1) Salt and chilli squid (椒鹽龍鬚) - This is seriously the best salt and chilli squid I've ever had. It is so light and soft, yet crispy. This is a must try.

(2) Rice in lobster soup (龍蝦泡飯) - The soup has a very heavy lobster flavour to it, except there is actually no lobster meat. You won't feel too cheated though because this dish is only around $130 (I mean, lobster for $130, really?) and there's enough for six bowls. There are also a lot of prawns to compensate for it. There's a mixture of rice and crispy rice bits in it, giving it lots of texture. The soup has some parsley in it so remember to tell the waiters if you don't want any parsley.

Dim sum is alright but the selection is too small in my opinion. Just the usual shrimp dumplings, cheung fun, etc. The roasted crispy pork is very crispy but too salty.

I've also tried this tomato in broth. It looks very interesting as you can see from the photo above. However, it's just what it looks - a tomato in broth. There's also a hazelnut in the tomato, which is a bit odd.

There's a section of the restaurant that's a bar so it's possible to just come here for drinks and salt and chilli squid
. The ambience is also really nice because the view's amazing and the ceiling is very high.

Remember to try their "Nanhai Tea" too! It's got a very refreshing taste to it.

Okay, the story was just to begin.

My gf and I felt being traated badly and walked away.
I thought this discrimination would not happen in Hong Kong but in fact it did to me today in this restaurant.

Now I understand the meaning of "Dog eyes see people down" and don't know why the owner hires this kind of manager.

I will surely black list this restaurant and will not recommend anyone comes to this restaurant.

If anyone likes the bad service or never have experience being discriminated, feel free to take a chance to have a miracle trip

I can't help but give the first crying face to this restaurant. First impression was a total disaster. We arrived late and when we got there the lady at the front desk asked whether it was ok to sit at a window table with a minimum charge or to sit at a 卡位 instead. Since my friend was in the elevator on her way up, we told the lady that we'll decide when my friend arrives 1 minute later. I was furious and she told me that we were late and that they had to rearrange table seatings because other customers had also made reservations blah blah blah. That conversation killed my appetite. I expect better service from restaurants of this caliber period. In the end they gave us free desserts to compensate. The worst part to my surprise was with the desserts. My friend had a 合桃露 which had a "burnt" smell. And towards the bottom of the bowl she almost ate a small piece of sharp 玻璃! We had no idea where it came from and informed the manager so they wouldn't give the rest to other customers. He kindly asked if we wanted another bowl but of course we declined. Just to be fair, the rest of the dishes were quite acceptable. Not super tasty but for the price it's better than average. I especially liked the 龍蝦泡飯. According to my friend who had been here before, their services have markedly deteriorated since their initial opening. But I guess most places are similar, services usually are best in the beginning.
