I booked the table 1 week in advance, to celebrate EARLY Father's day I did not ask for the Window seat which is HKD 200 / head. Well, it is a Sunday dim sum lunch, don't think we can reach the min. when we hv few kids.- total 10 person ( Yap, HKD 200 apply to kids )Even with 1 week in advance, they give us the WORST table in a dark corner. Even with 1 week in advance, they give us the WORST table in a dark corner. Stuffy & uncomfortable. .......definitely take off points fm the meal tasting.

There is actually over 10 tables for 2-4 person without the min. charge & just adjacent to the window. Pls.be sure to ask for that when you book.

you will get the best view at no. min.

Overall, I would prefer the Chinese restaurant on 31/F of the same group in terms of food quality, ambiance , service

Just had a causal lunch with my friend there, the view is great, can look over the whole victoria harbour, food got no surprise, I had about couple kind of Dim sum, Shrimp Dumpling, Roast Pork Cheung Fan, Egg Tart, Vegi dumpling...etc. Seriously, Dim Sum quality are about the same quality as Tao Heung Restaurant!!! Don't expected too much on food quality, but enviornment is the selling point for people who would like to try, I recommend to go during dinner time, the view is georgous. Min c

蘋葉角: 每次必點的甜品。一籠三件. 以蘋果葉裹著豆沙餡的糯米糰。好好味
菠蘿桂花糕: 新鮮的搭配。入口好清新。飯後甜點不二之選。

食物外, 服務非常周到!! 值得一讚!!

蔬菜點了兩份 "禪關萬象", 是溫室蕃茄 + 溫室豆苗 + 一點菌類, 味道清新, 自己很喜歡的配搭

另外點了一份肉碎四季豆, 味道不俗
"肉魚湯西施粉" 用鮮魚肉煮湯再配搭西施粉 (本人應為是米線), 湯很甜, 魚肉亦夠鮮, 但米線有點偏軟, 能再有點咬口會更好~
飲料點了豆醬, 竹蔗水, 羅漢果茶, 味道都不錯

埋單四大一小合共 $730.00, 單是吃環境已回本, 會再來~~
P.S. 店員很有禮貌亦夠熱情, 詳細給客人講解食物及酒家的資料, 抵讚!!
