紅雨黃雨💦💦💦交錯下。。約了朋友試試點心放題。。幸好預早出門否則就好狼狽🤦🏻‍♀️差不多11:30服務員為我們安排了窗邊的位置。。。但可惜今日天氣欠佳只能看滿天的雨景☔️。。唔通連個天都唔鍾意我😆。。話說今天只是星期一Monday 估唔到九成滿座。。。香港其實都幾多得閒嘅人(包括我🤣🤣🤣)侍應為我們開茶。。。但比較失望他們說只有普利或者南海茶。。。坦白說茶就十分失色。。算吧🤷🏻‍♀️我們重點來吃點心放題唯有落眼在點心紙上。。第一輪當然唔執輸蝦餃🦐燒賣。菜苗餃鱈魚酥🐟。馬拉糕鳳爪小籠包樣樣多點少少來一試原來發覺蘿蔔糕足料好味金蒜蟹肉🦀菜苗餃我覺得比蝦餃🦐還吸引第二輪當然要點小菜一試。。蟹肉冬茸羹。。淡淡冬瓜蓉味更加入蛋白很香滑😋。。另外一樣值得推介就係辣子雞球。。可能很久沒有上深圳這味辣子雞球🐔實在吸引。。麻麻香香。。其他我們還叫了四季豆滑蛋蝦仁京蔥炒牛肉和咕嚕肉。。有兩樣實在需要返兜再叫。。。就是辣子雞球🐔和鮮果咕嚕肉。。當然點心亦都需要再翻兜啦。。我們再吃小籠包。鱈魚酥🐟。蘿蔔糕。。跟手再點香芒果凍和凍南瓜西米露。。。凍南瓜西米露一定要添食。。。最後一輪當然係星洲炒米粉。干炒肉片河粉和乾燒伊麵每一樣都叫一人份量返嚟試吓啦。。。其實90分鐘真係好趕。。。11:30食到1:00其實時間麻麻哋足夠。。。因為中途蒸的點心比較慢。。而且還有點漏單要追。。但服務員哥哥仔💁🏻‍♂️就很友善和禮貌。。如果能主動幫我們密啲換碟。。不用我們自己要求換就更加好。。不過整體都有80分以上論價錢168加茶位$25再要比多$28指定小食(蝦片)。。然後再加一大概每人差不多$230其實不算貴。。咁舒服環境食物又OK。。大致也滿意了如果能食兩小時就更完美 continue reading

位處尖沙咀國際廣場高層的「南海一號」,一向是自己相當喜歡的中菜館,樓底高,環境好,氣派堂皇,又可外望尖沙咀以至對岸香港島的美麗景色,而且服務到位,加上食物有質素,整體上絕對有酒店級的水準。因為近幾個月香港深受武漢肺炎疫情影響,飲食業正處於水深火熱之中,不少食肆紛紛推出各項特價優惠,務求吸引多些食客幫襯,希望度過這段前所未有,不知何時才會結束的艱難時刻。最近這兒就跟不少備受疫情影響生意的高級餐廳食府一樣,推出了一個原價 $250一位,現在特價 $168一位的「午市任食套餐」,14款點心,11款小菜,4款飯麵,全部都可以在上午11:30至下午2:30三小時內任點任吃。如此抵食的優惠,立刻吸引了我訂座光顧。因為只得夫妻兩人,我倆被安排坐在靠窗的座位。幸運地更不是二人桌,而是圓形的四人桌,雖然這天天色欠佳,昏昏暗暗的,在優美的環境下用餐,心裡仍覺高興。先說點心:「鶉蛋燒賣」這傳統點心,我已很久沒吃過了,這天再嚐,特別有感覺。「晶瑩蝦餃」皮薄又夠大隻,水準不俗。「金蒜蟹肉菜苗餃」可以吃到絲絲蟹肉,但蒜味不太濃。「葡汁鱈魚酥」熱燙酥化,又夠特別,賣相平凡,但好味道。「脆皮素春卷」的春卷皮頗為脆身,餡料雖是素菜,口感仍然豐富,不比以肉作餡的春卷遜色。「黑糖馬拉糕」口感鬆軟,味道亦不太甜,不錯呢!「凍薑汁菊花糕」蠻特別的,不過薑味不足,只是普通。「合時糖水」原來是「喳咋」,味道適中,不會過於濃甜。因在網上平台預訂座位而免費奉送的「金箔椰汁糕」,椰汁味不算太濃,味道尚佳。再談小菜:是日老火湯原來是「粟米羹」,味稍鹹,仍及格。堆得高高的「麥糖脆芋絲」賣相吸引,味道與口感俱佳,酸甜脆俱備,讓我不禁點完再點。「話梅石榴」石榴爽脆,下了話梅粉,夠開胃。「鮮果咕嚕肉」的咕嚕肉雖然偏瘦,但酸甜醬汁的味道拿捏得好,水準不差。「上湯浸時菜」用的是白菜仔,味道正常,是這套餐中「話梅石榴」以外的另一綠色之選。「乾煸鮮筍肉末四季豆」味道濃郁,下了我喜歡的竹筍,更合我意。「滑蛋鮮蝦仁」這道家常便飯也會烹調的菜式,蛋雖質感較黏,但頗滑,伴以蝦仁,都不錯。「麻婆豆腐」的麻辣度只是小兒級,對我來說已經足夠,麻辣麻辣的味道,適可而止的刺激,正!飯麵有四款選擇,分別是「星州炒米」、「乾炒肉片河」、「欖菜肉碎蛋白炒飯」和「銀芽雞絲煎麵」。不過這天我一心來吃點心和小菜,飯麵我全都沒吃,就不予置評了。兩夫妻在這兒舒適優美的環境下,吃了兩個小時午飯,吃了九款點心,八款小菜,有些小菜,好像最好味的「麥糖脆芋絲」和兩口子都喜歡的「鮮果咕嚕肉」,我倆更是好事成雙,一再點吃。埋單結帳,連加一小帳,才不過四百元多些,平均每人只需二百元左右,便可以吃到一頓豐富又美味的中菜午餐,可以不滿意嗎? continue reading

食物種類極少,味道一般。但其中個鱈魚酥勁咸,冇法硬食。惟一好處是點心係逐粒叫,飯麵都係按人數一碗一人量,一定冇得浪費。我叫咗兩碗蟹肉羹(即係兩碗仔),食物已送到枱前,佢都驚我食唔晒,將一碗收番入工作枱,只俾一碗給我,等食完問佢攞至俾埋另一碗。尖沙咀收$168,本來好低食,原來魔鬼在細節,另收茶錢$25位,都接受到,最唔明係一般前菜小食都係一碟仔花生,酸菜唧,佢哋就放咗籃蝦片喺枱面,係西餐廳嗰種麵包籃,一籃蝦片量咁多,點算餐前小食呀!仲要收$29!加埋茶錢成$54,得於個放題嘅三份一囉。試過就算喇,反正仲有好多地方做點心放題👹 continue reading
