友人過來尖沙咀相約吃點心放題,筆者見新意思,一於應約一試。放題$188/位,任吃點心,限時個半鐘。二人限聚令,每張枱二人,分開有一定距離,而且即叫即點,感覺比較安全。蒸餃系列每點一個,就是一粒餃子,可以每樣點一粒,試清楚之後再encore ,不會浪費食物。金蒜蟹肉菜苗餃,蟹子燒賣~從前上酒樓,例必蝦餃、燒賣、魚翅餃,但現今酒樓,往往蝦餃、燒賣,都是頂點或特點,所以嚟到點心放題,可以吃得放任一點。蛋白素苗餃,蝦餃幾款蒸餃系列,餃子皮夠薄,粒粒熱騰騰,正合心意。小籠包,鳳爪小籠包也是熱騰騰,也有高湯,所以吃時小心點,鳳爪夠腍夠入味。乾煸鮮荀肉四季豆,豉油皇炒蝦米腸粉。精美菜色系列,個人建議點咗一份先,試清楚是否啱自己口味先,才番點,因為有些菜色一人份量兩個人都夠吃⋯⋯衆多點心中,筆者喜歡這碟 “乾煸鮮荀肉四季豆”, 醬汁惹味,四季豆炒得爽脆。我們最後除了粥粉麵飯類別沒有點之外,兩個人竟然將整張點心紙的款式通通試齊,所以有時候,食嘢係要有合適的拍檔,遇強越強。但由於初時怕限時吃完要走人,所以忙著吃,沒有拍太多食物照,後來才知,如果未有客人繼續等的話,仍可繼續坐。整體來講:點心質素唔錯,尤其蒸餃系列,單點份量少少,可以滿足喜歡樣樣試少少嘅人。由於疫情唔算多食客,所以Last order 後,還可以在這裡自斟自飲,時間分配未算太趕。以午餐角度來看,茶芥加一,平均每人$249,單吃點心角度,算是有點貴,但能夠吃足多款點心,有食量而又喜歡吃點心的人,不妨一試。 continue reading

今天是Halloween ,估計西菜會有好多人,不如食中菜。南海一號這個名字已聽聞很久,剛巧去尖沙咀藝術舘睇展覽,不如順道試試。我們即日用Open Rice 訂台,仍可以訂到7:15 pm。👍🏻餐廳設計時尚新穎,地下裝上陶瓷階磚,別有特色。它除咗有中菜部份,還有一酒吧,可坐室內或室外。而室外更可望見維港夜景,美不勝收!餐牌亦製作精美,圖文並茂。我們點了鮮冬菇腐竹煑蕃茄($168)丶紅燒班頭腩($388)丶及美極煎黑豚($198)。其實它亦有特價海鮮,因朋友皮膚敏感,所以無試。一入座,侍者便上茶及前菜,前菜是印尼蝦片,又香又脆,yummy!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻鮮冬菇腐竹煑蕃茄,它以上湯及大蕃茄熬湯底,十分之鮮甜。蔬菜有車釐茄丶西蘭花丶鮮冬菇丶鮑魚菇及腐竹,一次可以食多種蔬菜,健康又美味。😋😋😋紅燒班頭腩是用煲仔上,上枱時吱吱聲,熱辣辣的香氣撲鼻,很是吸引。它有很多片班腩,厚身的啖啖肉。豆腐同豬肉煎得香口,好味。難得的是,它一點也不油膩,絕對值得推介。👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻接著上枱的是美極煎黑豚,上枱時樣子普通。(註圖中是已食咗四片。)這個餸食落卻十分驚喜,因為是黑豚肉,肉質好鬆軟多汁,而它亦醃得啱啱好,有美極醬油的香及甜。整碟餸實在太好味,雖然有點飽,亦俾我們KO 了。😍😍😍最後一記,南海的茶也是勝人一籌,我們叫了人參烏龍,滲透著淡淡的人參香,也有鳥龍的濃,靚茶。😋😋😋還有服務也是一流的,又細心又主動,當我行出戶外觀景,即刻主動開門並溫馨提醒,值得一讚。👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 continue reading

這算是高質素的下午茶,食物美味,蝦餃皮薄蝦多,個人認為菜苗餃及黑松露素餃更值得一試。茶係烏龍茶,好清純嘅茶味。蜜糖薑汁糕不太甜,好好味。豉油王炒腸粉好耐無食喇,這裡的不太咸,唔會太軟,軟硬度剛剛好😋😋滑蛋蝦仁嘅又好滑,話梅石榴,味道酸甜,係好開胃嘅菜式,還有椰汁紫米露,雖然都好食,但比較甜。蜜糖薑汁糕豉油王炒腸粉菜苗餃咕嚕肉黑松露素餃酒樓環境都很整潔,今天天氣很好,有充足的陽光,能夠對住海景休閑地嘆茶真係賞心樂事。而服務員的工作熱誠,食物夠熱,很快便上枱,能充足利用限時的放題時間可惜今天無小籠包提供 continue reading
