To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 南海一號營業才剛4個多月,餐廳內境以艘船設計,侍應的製服更全是水手裝內廳設計華麗堂皇,燈光昏暗每張枱相距稍遠,具有一定的私人空間輕聲詳談卡位的只望單邊維港海景,離窗較遠的枱依然不會被前面枱遮擋,因為全部地板加高了數級以供欣賞夜景,餐廳內還有樓上貴賓房四川樟茶鴨半隻)$130因為曾經在杭州菜館吃過的樟茶鴨十分咸,留下了恐懼感,一直拒再吃這種以燻製的食物但今次因為要吃的茶燻雞沒有,而選茶燻鴨等了半小時才見樟茶鴨送到枱上來顏色深茶色,味香欠奉,一啖食下感覺完全不同味道不但不太咸而且有淡淡清不知名的茶香味鴨肉稍為堅韌了點,鴨肉本身瘦所以不是啖啖鴨肉蜜味河豚魚乾 $48河豚魚乾的顏色驟眼看似豬肉乾,吃一口肉質也似豬肉乾沒有肉汁的魚乾,味道帶微甜,相信魚乾面灑了糖烤製的肉質比較硬,若以保溫器皿盛載,或者可以令魚乾保持軟身更加添好味白飯是幼身長米飯,莫非米飯又加價了,這裡的米飯適宜炒飯還是來一份甜品終結生磨合桃露 $30是糖水店做不來的核桃糊,我確信這碗核桃糊核桃的比例較白米漿多因為核桃雖然已被磨碎,但從色澤明顯見到核桃成份高以這價錢加迷人維港景絶對超值蘆薈蛋白杏仁茶 $30蛋白少少的,吃到最後一口

以上兩款甜品的甜度極低,最適合一些要吃糖水又怕甜的人了
但不夠甜的糖又怎算是糖水
