To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 原意係去Eye Bar, 後來才知道這裡吃中菜, 預先訂位, 被安排坐在半圓形的梳化位, 上佳的位置呢!餐廳坐落30樓, 景觀開揚! 唯當晚天色很差, 我們並沒有往露台看看。我和摯友先點了兩杯Chille紅酒, 再點了以下菜式:俄羅斯沙律 - 蔬菜極新鮮, 最欣賞那自製的source, 帶點點酸甜, 好味道! 鳳尾蝦 - 蝦鮮, 蝦肉彈牙, 有咬感! 海山骨 - 一點也不油膩, 好香的肉味! 兩位女士吃的不少, 但不忘點了令此餐劃上完美句號的甜品:桂花糕 - 味道不特出, 略為遜色; 蘋葉豆沙角- 蘋葉滲進糯米皮, 熱辣辣, 煙煙靭靭的, 好好味! 服務員態度友善, 常常留意客人需要, 且反應快捷, 抵讚!!!
