訂了窗邊位置和家人冬至聚餐,最低消費是每枱2000元,但就景觀而言,不算太吸引,亦因為在窗位放置了兩行餐桌,感覺有點擠迫,用餐過程中我的椅子被職員踢到不下5次。餐前小食是口味極重的蝦片,味道很咸吃後非常口乾。5人晚餐,點了兩位和牛套餐和3位鮑魚套餐。但由頭盤開始我便一直奇怪,和牛套餐的每道菜都是每人份量上枱,但鮑魚套餐卻都是3人一碟上枱,不但吃起來不方便,而且就3人來說份量偏少。我本身不吃牛,終於等到了主角鮑魚,見侍應在一旁分碟,端上的鮑魚伴菜竟然是2條尾指大小的西蘭花,令人無言。再主菜之後的一道是蔬菜,兩種套餐都是碟上,但份量竟然是2人餐比3人餐更多,向經理查詢,最後他請廚房換了一份比較大的給我們。整晚用餐的體驗比一般集團酒樓的水準高不了多少,包括食物味道和服務水準,也令人非常失望。連同茶芥(小食)收費,最後結帳是人均800元的晚餐,根本談不上有CP值可言,絕對不會再光顧,亦不推薦朋友來嘗試,無不論集團酒樓或者一些小店私房菜,食物味道和服務質素都高太多了。這個價位的晚餐,結果掃了家人的興。

生日去了南海1號慶祝食了午餐點心放題,用了很開飯網優惠訂位星期日$198+$20+10%.但去到服務員說荃星期日不適用,統一收費:$218+茶芥+10%但無所謂,最緊要佢留單嘅情況好嚴重,說就90分鐘限時食,但留單已經第二次我再點時候他說已經差不多截單,因為這店客人太多,所以留單情況真的好嚴重,至於食物方面,我之前食嗰一次OK唔差,但今次食物已經下降了很多尤其是辣子雞完全唔好食,菠蘿咕嚕肉,海鮮炒飯。。。。。真的很一般,所以我應該唔會再去了

滿以為以南海一號的名堂,期望是一間很不錯的食肆,誰不知第一次惠顧,卻帶來了失望又失望~我們選擇了任點任食點心放題,點心質素很一般,味道跟一般酒樓一樣,沒有帶來驚喜之外,其中葡汁鱈魚酥的味道簡直與吃咖哩角的味道一樣,不知為何叫“葡汁鱈魚酥”?奇怪的是只提供一款茶葉而沒有任何其他選擇?部分服務員的態度並不友善。所以這次算是不令人愉快的體驗,結論是:再不會惠顧了。
