To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐廳環境好,一入去好暗似去咗bar。坐下後侍應殷勤sell套餐,但最終我哋散叫。成個用餐過程感覺侍應們都好想趕及客人必須10點前離場,明白的! 但係客人感覺真係覺得不斷被催促。簡單撮要幾個重點:1. 我地有5位一位遲來,未齊人時上湯米線侍應幫我地分左4份,但好快留意返有5位主動話幫我地分返5份。如一早留意到免卻要分來分去會更好。2.食完一round已好快問我地要唔要叫甜品,其實時間尚早,不用咁早問。3. 朋友拎出一盒獨立包裝嘅聖誕曲奇送俾大家,我哋分完送在一旁根本一直冇拆開,有侍應過來話唔可以食其他野。明,但可以觀察到我地食先同我地講,唔使專登提嘅。4. 問侍應有關茶芥價錢,唔識答。5. 接近10點前,燈光突然大開,明顯趕客,以為自己去咗戲院。6. 正常,唔覺好突出,價錢貴。其實,可以book枱時一早提客人幾時last order,last order時再提客人10點要走。開燈開光50%都已好夠,太光感覺好rude!
