之前喺長沙灣食過這間店舖,原來搬咗嚟深水埗, 記得上次食嘅時候食材好新鮮, 今日出咗糧又再嚟食一食喺門口睇餐牌就見到 鳥海山鐵板餐二人份有龍蝦,有鮑魚,仲有鵝肝多士第一道菜前菜 - 沙律第二度菜就係是日刺身-有四款侍應介紹順時針咁食一睇就知魚生新鮮鐵板料理的重頭戲,莫過於「活龍蝦」與「活鮑魚」整整一隻龍蝦起肉鐵板炒, 最特別係醬汁係以蝦膏調製所以蝦肉蝦膏味濃,師傅精準火候鎖住肉質彈性, 絕對係食到停唔到口活鮑魚彈牙有口感, 調味唔會好複雜,食返原本鮑魚的海鮮味, 覺得鮑魚最好嘅烹調方法就係鐵板 燒, 有鑊氣又惹味牛肉薄燒裏面捲咗一些蔥同埋炸蒜好期待的鵝肝多士厚切鵝肝煎至外皮酥脆, 下面多士以牛油煎香, 每一口都是熱量與幸福的拉鋸戰再嚟炒飯粒粒分明,有蛋香同埋櫻花蝦最後再加一個炒雜菜鐵板燒嘅精髓係既可以品嚐美食又可以睇到師傅炒功精湛餐廳逢星期一休息 continue reading

朋友生日話想吃鐵板燒,我就係Openrice 搜尋鐵板燒餐廳,見到評價唔錯同高質,所以就試試。估唔到深水埗舊區會有間咁高質嘅鐵板燒餐廳,外邊裝修好似日本居酒屋,街角小店位於青山道。餐廳裏面設有吧台位,可以近距離見到師傅烹調食物。鐵板燒龍蝦夠晒大隻,仲有好多膏,好香蝦膏味,食完一隻好想食多隻!燒鮑魚鮑魚鮮甜彈牙,醬汁濃郁提味,火候恰到好處,令人回味無窮。香煎鵝肝外層香脆,內裡嫩滑,油脂豐富,入口即化,奢華滋味令人難忘,非常好食。炒野菜食完肉食返菜中和下,椰菜因為鐵板炒,食落好有鑊氣同埋爽脆,食到野菜嘅鮮甜・鐵板燒櫻花蝦炒飯呢個真係不得了,成碗都係櫻花蝦,非常豐富,炒飯粒粒分明,層次相當豐富,味道啱啱好! continue reading
