To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次試新野,呢間係新開左冇幾耐,lunch時間見都坐滿人,就貪新鮮去試下。同行兩個朋友,我地都比佢既滑蛋飯既圖片吸引左,點左3個蛋飯,分別係叉燒蛋同蝦仁滑蛋飯。食物好快上台,吾洗等好耐,而且見份量都好大份同埋蛋同叉燒同蝦都新鮮。要比個like佢!另外佢地既餐飲都比較多選擇,可以加錢飲椰汁紅豆冰、樽裝牛奶同鮮薑汁奶茶等等,岩晒鐘意飲吾同野試新野既朋友,但個人覺得領錢適中,講吾上平或者好貴,總括而言,我都算幾滿意。

是日不停想著試旺記冰室的滑蛋滋味,真係心動不如行動😁😁😁在網上不睇看旺記冰室的食評同介紹, 我就不自覺地走到阿士厘道時即刻轉去旺記冰室試一下滑蛋的風采😋😋沒錯!果然進口的日本雞蛋非常滑溜,味道可口。可惜我不喜歡甜,配上了咖央味道不是很夾,如加花生醬不知道味道又會如何🤔🤔🤔 今日係旺季旺記冰室試業中,開放時間由早上7時至中午5點,我猜明天應該是正式開業。下次要來試一下滑蛋叉燒飯😉😉😉

今天見到亞士厘道有新餐廳試業,人氣旺盛。這家餐廳主打港式冰室食品,如通粉、滑旦叉燒飯同奶油豬仔包等等。餐廳裝潢光潔企理,設有有卡座及堂座共36個。午餐有七款選擇,定價$46-$58, 是一般茶餐廳的定位。自家製叉燒滑旦飯$54這滑旦飯賣相吸引!白飯完全被滑旦同叉燒遮蓋。叉燒大大片,唔韌亦完全無乜肥膏,味道甜甜地;滑旦出奇地滑溜!加上特製醬汁同白飯,實在唔錯。鮮薑汁豬膶鮮雞湯通粉$46配鮮牛油麥包多士及4.3牛奶炒滑旦這通粉真是一流!那豬膶又嫩又滑,還帶點粉,而雞湯雞味十足又唔油膩,還透出薑的辛味;通粉彈牙爽口,好吃!滑旦十分滑溜,滑不溜口,旦味濃郁,原來是用了比3.6更濃的4.3牛奶製作,真的覺得比北海道牧場的炒旦更勝一籌。凍奶茶/熱奶茶奶茶茶香奶滑,有一貫茶餐室水準,幾好。以後食晏又多一個落腳處了!

這滑旦飯賣相吸引!白飯完全被滑旦同叉燒遮蓋。叉燒大大片,唔韌亦完全無乜肥膏,味道甜甜地;滑旦出奇地滑溜!加上特製醬汁同白飯,實在唔錯。

這通粉真是一流!那豬膶又嫩又滑,還帶點粉,而雞湯雞味十足又唔油膩,還透出薑的辛味;通粉彈牙爽口,好吃!
滑旦十分滑溜,滑不溜口,旦味濃郁,原來是用了比3.6更濃的4.3牛奶製作,真的覺得比北海道牧場的炒旦更勝一籌。

之前喺灣仔「旺記冰室」嘗過店裡嘅滑蛋叉燒飯,覺得好有水準,滑蛋用咗日本雞蛋配 4.3 牛乳同炒,入口半熟超滑溜,配上叉燒,非常美味。最近餐廳喺尖沙咀開咗新分店 新開幾日已經大排人龍炒蛋真係好滑溜,個豉油汁好好味,蛋和蔥花一齊炒,至於蝦仁有五粒,爽口但蝦又好味飲品方面我叫咗凍檸檬茶.....冇特別但見到下午茶時間有波蘿冰同紅豆冰,下次有機會下午茶就試試地方闊,重有卡位,冷氣又夠凍總體食物質素唔錯,炒蛋真係好滑又好味,份量岩岩好食到飽;雖然lunch時間分秒必爭... 就算要排隊都要再試,因為性加比高,係尖沙咀比$5-60食重要咁好味道我找不到另外一間見到每日精選: 香茅咖哩牛脷飯, 沙爹牛肉煎蛋飯, 咖哩龍脷柳飯, 三䓤雞扒飯, 三䓤豬扒飯..... 我決定要集郵全部都要試
