To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以前次次黎都一定食呢度嘅滑蛋飯,呢度嘅滑蛋飯真係超出名又好好食!尖沙咀終於開咗旺記超開心!之前同朋友食嗰陣佢就食番茄午餐肉通粉+奶油豬,佢話好好食,今次等我試吓先!今次幾好彩假日中午嚟唔使排隊,我哋入咗之後就要排😂我嗌左蕃茄午餐肉粒通粉再+$5轉多士做奶油豬,男朋友就繼續食呢個滑蛋飯。奶油豬真係超好食!外脆內軟,仲要熱辣辣!配上牛油同埋煉奶,正!滑蛋就一如以往滑身有蛋味。重點係午餐肉,佢係一粒粒唔會太簿身,所以食落有口感。而且佢有煎過,所以外層係好香脆!最令我驚訝係通粉同一般嘅茶餐廳唔同,啲通粉係爽身唔腍嘅!一般茶餐廳嗰啲通常都係好軟而且黐埋一舊舊,呢度嘅通粉真係唔錯。個湯底係濃郁嘅蕃茄汁,仲見到啲新鮮蕃茄添。除咗滑蛋飯之外,今次發現咗原來其他嘢都唔錯,呢個特濃番茄湯午餐肉粒通粉餐值得一試,可以輪着食啦!

外脆內軟,仲要熱辣辣!配上牛油同埋煉奶,正!滑蛋就一如以往滑身有蛋味。

重點係午餐肉,佢係一粒粒唔會太簿身,所以食落有口感。而且佢有煎過,所以外層係好香脆!最令我驚訝係通粉同一般嘅茶餐廳唔同,啲通粉係爽身唔腍嘅!一般茶餐廳嗰啲通常都係好軟而且黐埋一舊舊,呢度嘅通粉真係唔錯。
