Picked this new place for lunch today. Window seats look out to Happy Valley. Couch and chairs were comfortable. Waiter came with water and menu right a way, which was a bonus.

Lunch set ranged from $138 - $108, with Salad/Soup and Coffee/ Tea. 

We picked the set lunch of Pan-fried salmon with soup, and an appertizer of Crisp garlic shrimp Spanish style with toast. 

Soup was vegetable broscht (HK style). Fresh, sweet with nicely cubed vegetables. It showed the chef paid attention to details, and it came through: perfect sourness and sweetness.

Salmon was cooked to perfection. Crisp and cameralized outside, moist inside. The skin was nicely cooked, i.e., no fishy taste. There was a sauce that accompanied the fish, but I forgot what it was. Sides were mashed potatoes, broccoli and string beans (blanched): crisp and fresh.

Shrimps were well cooked, plum with nice bite, deep fried garlic, shallot, onion, chili pepper mix was at point; however, there was a bitter aftertaste from the garlic, and I would have liked it a bit crispier...(it ended with being chewy)

Overall, very happy with the quailty of the meal, and the price.

Nice brewed coffee to finish.

呢個星食左好多肉,決定dinner食清啲,之前經過呢度幾次,今次終於食到!呢度dinner 有set叫,價錢大概係$150到,都算合理。不過想食清少少,所以都係散叫,叫左一個三文魚凱撒沙律,有三大塊三文魚,沙律入面有好多蛋黃,味道同賣相都算唔錯。 仲叫左清酒煮蜆,好入味,蜆亦算大隻,自己一個可以清囇!

等唔到咖啡弄就黎左Hysan搵野食,又怕多人太嘈,於是上左黎Moments cafe, 入座時不用等位,環境不錯,有卡位,有街景位。叫左個afternoon tea set (for 2pax),甜品,小食同埋面包的數量都算平均。$238 一set唔會expect太高級.但甜品味道較甜,不過都好好味,個cheesecake好滑 ,marcaroon 就真的太甜了,一個是coffee味,一個是tuffee 味,中間的鵝肝biscuits都不錯 ,脆脆地,又好香鵝肝味 。鵝肝多士我只可以話- 一分錢一分貨囉. 都不錯既, 起碼無 “聲”味啦!Blueberry cheese cake 入口即溶, 好味啊! 第一次來食晚餐,看過餐牌後,感覺也可一試,有不同的Set Dinner,價錢大約每位$150-$200,也估計應該算是比較水準西式餐廳。入內環境佈置、燈光、顏色也不錯。再細看餐牌,打算點他們介紹的Set Dish,叫Hot & Cold。相信大家是重視的水準,價錢容後再說吧。冷盤有生蠔、青口、長腳蟹及蝦,感覺尚算不錯,水準屬於中規中矩(其實冷盤只要食物尚算新鮮,很難會吃不下)。到熱盤來,鐵板上有豬扒、肉眼扒、燒春雞、腸、燒菠蘿及少量蔬菜。食過了後,發現水準的確麻麻,我點的肉眼扒是Medium Rare,最後來了的差不多是Well Done,心想,究竟這餐廳有多細心去處理客人的Order,不難想像廚師只是照板煮碗的處理客人的食物。肉眼扒內裏是乾的,其他肉類也不比這好得多⋯我想最好食的算是燒菠蘿吧。我想説的,不是這些食物入不了口,但如果要我付這樣的價錢去品嚐大家樂或大快活的水準,我寧願去大家樂或大快活,不是說他們比較差,而至少,價錢同食物是成正比的。最後結帳$600有多,而我也不打算再來。

是日有事要辦到銅鑼灣一趟, 完事後正好是下午茶時間 想起Moments Lifestyle Cafe正同Dreyer's聯手為白色情人節推出限定甜品"桑子玫瑰雪糕伴千層酥",,就決意去試試!!下午茶時段由下午3時開始,, 此時人流不多立即被安排到窗邊的梳化位置見坐餐廳內比外私隱度較高亦能對大窗, 光線充足, 和暖舒適見店內大部分顧客都點了這個二人TEA SET可惜此時只得一人 還是點回我最初所想的 不消一會,甜點已到很美呀 千層酥配上雪糕球,, 很相襯不過雪糕溶既速度頗快, 只有快快影相後便開始品嚐 玫瑰雪糕散出淡淡的玫瑰味, 很清新千層酥很鬆脆, 可惜牛油味不夠香層與層間夾著甜甜的玫瑰吉士醬還有不太酸的紅桑子整體感覺甜而不膩, 清新, 正好迎花季的來臨此店環境舒適, 價錢在此區中亦相宜相信是與好友悠閑地過一個下午的好地方

麵條煮得恰好彈牙而不腍,而醬汁份量也是不多不少剛剛好,意粉油潤充滿松露芳香,層次分明。入口先是松露香,接著是芝士奶香,最後是作以點綴調味的黑胡椒與香草味。

配料除了煙肉更配以菇粒,唯一不夠好是煙肉大多為脂肪位且肉香不足,不過意粉整體香氣十足,好吃。

大蝦蜆肉意粉 $148

爸爸選了這客大蝦意粉,大蝦大而彈牙,配上蒜蓉 香草 白酒,是個不俗的選擇。

時到如今,我仍很掛念這家的意粉,無他,原本個人也很愛意粉,更何況是做得出色的呢?

琴晚見落大雨,所以決定去商場搵餐廳食飯,唔駛濕,由於朋友想食牛排,見呢間唔駛等位,環境又ok就入去食啦..入到去睇menu, no set dinner, 但就main course$148起,如果要加野飲,甜品,小食就再加錢我地叫左一個大蝦拼牛排,叫左7成熟..岩岩好..唔會硬..但係就無咩牛味只係有紅酒汁既味..反而個薯蓉就好creamy,好好味再叫左一個燒春雞拼著條,賣相幾好,隻雞份量好大,一個女仔食唔哂,但啲雞肉有啲"梅",所以覺得唔太得,得個樣但無內涵咁最後加左個tiramisu,味道一般,對於鍾意有酒味既人黎講會覺得唔夠酒味,但算不過不失總結而言,呢間餐廳環境同服務態度都好好,可惜食物水準太一般,唔值$250一個人,應該唔會再黎lu

跟十多年沒見的友人重遇,相約飯聚,選了位於Hysan Place的Moments Lifestyle Cafe : )餐廳前身就是以Croissant聞名的Le Salon。現在改頭換面,氣氛變得更輕鬆。星期六也有Set Lunch,選擇多多,價錢由HK$118(僅主菜)起,加HK$38可享用餐湯/沙律 + 飲品,再加HK$38可品嚐Tiramisu,非常靈活。上左圖是鮮果凍茶,味道不錯 : )餐湯酸酸的很開胃。友人點的「鹹牛薯仔餅」,平日吃的薯餅多是炸的,這個煎的也很不錯,加入鹹牛肉非常香口惹味,讚﹗「焗肉醬意粉配加拿大牛肉片及溫泉蛋」﹕啖啖芝士肉醬超級滋味,還要再加牛肉和蛋,連男友人也極級滿足,最後吃不完呢 : )我點的「香煎挪威三文魚配凱撒沙律」﹕ 我一向不吃生的肉類,沒想過這個三文魚只是略煎了數下,對我來說太生,吃不了 @_@幸好友人跟我分享了她的「香辣茄汁海鮮長意粉」,完全是我喜歡的意粉味道,充滿蕃茄香又帶微辣,而且份量也不少,讚﹗以這裡的環境和食物質素而言,每位HK$170的價錢非常合理,我們一行五人也非常滿意呢﹗

幸好友人跟我分享了她的「香辣茄汁海鮮長意粉」,完全是我喜歡的意粉味道,充滿蕃茄香又帶微辣,而且份量也不少,讚﹗

以這裡的環境和食物質素而言,每位HK$170的價錢非常合理,我們一行五人也非常滿意呢﹗

星期日去銅鑼灣,周圍都好多人,又要等位,呢間嘢難得唔使排,指吓個鼻walk in就有位坐低。$268 tea set for 2,對比好多酒店tea都平,坐位算舒服,唔使人逼逼。食物方面,叫茶嘅朋友,有一大壺,飲極仲有,咖啡一杯份量相對削啲,但味道亦合乎水準。三層架食物,下面兩層鹹點,頂層甜點,一碟scones牛角酥就用另一碟奉上,講真味道都系好麻麻。蟹肉沙律三文治冇特別,三文魚加塊餅唔覺鮮美,粒粒帶子加塊生菜,帶子冇味菜有啲苦,巴馬火腿木瓜火腿感覺太乾身,懷疑切咗好一陣。馬卡龍不嬲唔多喜,可能唔鍾意食太甜,弊在朱古力cake一樣甜得太過漏,好似夾層食梗拖肥咁,士多啤梨朱古力ok,scones最好味,本來牛角酥都唔錯,好似剛出爐咁鬆化,敗筆在裏面啲唔知咩醬,又系甜得太漏,唔好怪我失禮,最終吱晒出來棄於碟邊,齋包反而好吃咗。唔好有太高期望就唔會失望,呢度其實好啱傾偈飲吓嘢hea吓,只要記住下午茶5:30一定要交枱就得喇。

一直想找個機會到le salon (這裡的前身)來嘗嘗法國餐,可惜一直沒時間。。。現在還換了別家,餐廳好像沒大改變,只是餐牌完全不一樣。欸~ 很可惜。那這次再經過就試試看。餐牌換上了港式西餐的模樣,都是點套餐的。$148起,加頭盤和飲品就價錢,加起來,一個餐都兩百多。地點,餐廳環境,服務,這個價格絕對不錯。 食物呢。。。還好。不是精彩的美味,但總算過關。是日無限添飲是草莓茉莉花茶,OK喇~ 我選了龍蝦湯作頭盤,味道就像超市買幾十$的罐頭湯,正常味道。主菜我們今晚挑了香煎三文魚和燒春雞。食材也不錯,三文魚扒裡頭是半熟,煮得不錯,但我嫌黑椒多了點,可能廚師想闢腥吧。燒春雞小小的,但分量絕對剛好,肉質比樓上amaroni的柔軟很多,肉也不乾的,好吃。下次可以考慮再去,簡單普通聚餐都OK。
