We booked the dinner to celebrate while have been waiting for 10 minutes until served because there's a birthday party inside the main area of the restaurant which shows they are understaffed and with unsophisticated arrangement. We requested for a quiet and private area which is the selling point of this restaurant while the waitress arranged a room with family and childrens playing inside. Very disappointing service experience in a grand hotel and we at the end refuse to visit again.
