很早之前已經有朋友介紹過這間餐廳,今天到朋友的家,剛剛在一號銀海,所以便順便訂了這間餐廳,位置方面距離奧運站要步行6分鐘,雖然不算很遠,但始終有一段距離,難怪在定位方面十分容易!現場所見,可能由於是平日,位置很多,證明現在的消費力很弱!另外餐廳是位於酒店入邊,但明明在外牆上見到餐廳的標誌,所以我以為在外面也有入口,但我在外面找了很久也找不到餐廳的門口,最後要走到入邊才見到,這點大家要注意一下!入到裏面,講返啲裝修係唔錯,枱與枱之間嘅距離亦都都好合適,整體好舒服!坐低之後,由於係中午時間,所以盡量揀啲點心,揀咗金箔蝦餃、黑松露燒賣、鮮蝦粉腸、馬拉糕、和牛燒餅,另外亦都嗌咗啲小菜,包括燒腩仔、燒乳鴿、另外嗌咗個菌類的小菜,最後要提嘅係,我最鍾意佢嘅炒飯,今次剪咗欖菜炒飯,佢啲飯粒好煙靭,而且炒得乾身,值得推薦!而整體水準十分不錯,所有食物亦都幾好食!只不過份量少啲,不過整體可以的!下次有機會過來,都會試吓!

食物高水準, 侍應基本上熱情有禮。只是上菜速度順序比較怎麼說… 奇怪、缺了細心,以及提出請求時 第一時間回應不可以、不能。是不夠熟練、不夠彈性、還是什麼就不得而知。 是今晚的小小瑕疵。

餐廳為表歉意,所以款待我們,送了糖水給我們! 如果這是餐廳投訴我沒寫的款待而出不到open rice 食評。我在此申報。

I have made early reservations to celebrate mid-autumn festival in this restaurant. Since it’s my first time to dine there so I didn’t know much about the environment. The air-conditioning is really weak so my whole family sweat while we dined there. The food is considered ok but the staffs appeared to be really busy. 原本今天生日一家3人預訂到店內用餐,Reception 安排我們坐一張十分大風冷氣的枱,眼見有很多大一點的枱,我們便叫服務員幫我們轉台或者調細啲冷氣,但回覆不能及叫我們等細枱的人埋單再幫你轉,我們等了10分鐘又沒有開茶俾我們,最後我們都十分激氣便離開,一間這樣的餐廳如果有幾好食(係如果)但服務差都唔會再去。另外店內員工少及所有員工都欠缺專業,和一般普通酒樓無分別,如果要慶祝或者有咩特別活動都千祈唔好去!一肚氣!

原來大角咀近海皮的地方, 是有一間裝修相當暴發戶的酒店, 要不是我看餐廳的地址也不知道, 這家主打高貴粵菜的餐廳, 位於地下, 景觀一般, 但裝修開揚企理. 主理人雷師傅曾經是富豪御廚, 所以有不少菜式都是以鮑參翅肚為基本, 例如魚翅撈飯, 又或者是龍躉皮炆鮑魚, 我們幾個麻甩佬當然不吃這些, 又是品嚐比較基本的粵菜菜式, 這反而可以見到餐廳的基本功夠不夠紮實.叉燒和炸子雞, 做法基本, 如何突出就要靠火候和食材, 前者又是伊比利亞黑毛豬, 反而這種豬肉的叉燒最近變成了常態, 少了一開始品嚐的驚豔, 平心而論做得不差, 燶邊脆而不苦, 肉香而嫩滑, 但就是和其他酒店粵菜餐廳吃的沒有分別. 一隻炸子雞要六百多元, 五星級價錢, 外皮薄如蟬翼, 一咬即化, 雞肉熟度剛好, 但味道調得有點鹹, 就算不添淮鹽, 味道也偏重, 有點敗筆.沒有估計的是宮廷像烤骨有驚喜, 還以為是偏西式的烤肋骨, 但上枱時侍應將其切開, 骨肉分離, 肥美甘香, 嫩滑順喉, 有點像吃溫柔版的東坡肉, 醬汁吃得出蕃茄和菠蘿味, 除了中和本身的油膩感, 也有提鮮的作用, 配上白饅頭, 出奇地出色.
